Dear Diary.
I had another dream about him again, this time it was different though. I was not in my room just talking to him like always. This time we were walking around the mall just being silly. I loved it! I hate that I'm falling in love with someone I have never met before. Some one that I only see in my dreams... Why do I dream of him though? I understand that girls my age dream about guys but not ones they never met, or ones they don't even know the name of. I know everything about him from his looks to what his biggest dream is. How can I think all of this up? I know his not real deep down but I still don't want to believe it. Maybe one day-
I stop writing and laid my diary on my bed and got my phone out of my pocket since it started ringing. I picked it up to see I got a text from my friend Lacy
Lacy: Hey me and Lilly are going to the mall do you want to come?
Me: Sure when will you get here?
Lacy: We are leaving the house now so 30 minutes maybe.
Me: Alright see ya then.
Lacy: Kk
I threw my phone on the bed as I got off of it. I walked over to my closet and started digging threw my clothes. After 10 minuets of digging I found this. I grabbed my phone, keys and some money then ran out of my room yelling to my mom that I was leaving and running out of the door shutting it behind me.
"Hey sexy." Lilly said joking when I got into the back sit and shut the door.
"I thought you were taken." I said as Lacy started driving off.
"Not anymore I got dumped that's why we are going to the mall I need to fined a new lover."
"Oh."
"We need to get you a someone while we are out to. At lest give your number out." Lacy said giggling from up front
"I'm good thanks."
"Oh come on ____! You need to fine someone, anyone. You only talk to us you need to get out with a guy and be silly or a girl. If your scared to tell us that you like girls its ok you know that it took Lilly forever to come out."
"Yeah I know. I just don't want to get a boyfriend right now."
"Fine." Lacy said turning on the radio.
"I thought you were dating some one." Lilly said
"____ date some one? No she has not dated one guy since I have known her."
"Then who is she writing about in her dairy?"
"You have boyfriend and you didn't tell me!" Lacy yelled throwing her hands up in the air but quickly grabbing the steering wheel.
"I don't have boyfriend and Lilly you read my dairy?!"
"Yeah sorry I was bored one night when you were taking a shower and I wanted to read a book. I was going to stop as soon as I knew what it was but it was really good and I could not put it down. Sorry...."
"Whatever it don't matter there mostly just dreams anyways so its not like it really happened or they matter or anything." I said looking out the window.
10 minuets latter we were at the mall and getting out of the car. I grabbed my bag and started walking behind Lacy and Lilly as they were talking about the guy and girl in the car next to us.
"Lilly you know they are most likely together so that means she is taken and into guys." Lacy said rolling her eyes
"Oh don't even act like you didn't think he was hot I could see you fallen for him and he didn't even look at you."
"I don't think there together." I said softly
"Why do you say that?"
"Because." I said pointing to them talking behind us.
They were trying to talk softly but like Lacy and Lilly they were being kind of loud.
"You see I told you she is into girls. I wonder if she would go out with me." The girl said chewing on her cheek
"I don't know ask her."
"No way you ask her sister for me. I can tell you like her."
"Fine I'll ask her sister out if you ask the one you like out to."
"Fine." The girl said the stop talking when she seen that we were looking at them.
"Oh umm...Hi.." The guy said scratching the back of his head.
"Lacy, Lilly I'm going to go on ahead I will see you guys latter ok?"
"Yeah sure whatever." They both said at the same time not even looking at me.
I walked into the mall with a sickly feeling in my stomach.
Maybe I should look for a boyfriend. I mean I'm ____ years old I think its time I should get one. 'But what if I get one and he his mean to me? What if he beats me?' What if he thinks I'm weird for dreaming about one guy for so long and he thinks I have another boyfriend. What if's kept running threw my head as I sat down on one of the couch things in one of the sitting spots in the mall. 'I want a boyfriend though. I want someone I can really feel and touch. I don't want to be dreaming all my life....'
I didn't know I was crying till I felt someone beside me.
"Why are you crying?" Said the voice that I have heard so many times in my dreams.
It was soft but had a slight hiss to it like the sound of when water touches fire. His laugh was kind of the same it cracked like burning wood. I looked up to see red tint eyes that met my ___ ones.
"I-i'm not." I choked out
"Then why are there tears on your face?" He asked brushing the tears off my right cheek with his thumb making a shiver run down my spine at his touch.
"Its nothing its silly."
"Its not silly if it made you cry. ____ please tell me what's wrong I want to help"
"How do you-"
"Please. I can't make you feel better if you don't tell me what's wrong."
"Its just that I keep thinking that I'm never going to fined anyone to be with. I will be alone forever with just my dreams and stories I make up in my head to love me. I want to feel the touch of some one real..."
"And?"
"What do you mean and?"
"I can tell there is something else what is it?"
"I just hate feeling the way I do. Why do I feel as if everyone is just faking to be my friend. I never seem to be worried about or cared for. I'm just wasting space. I don't understand why people ask me to hang out with them then forget I'm even there...." I said looking down as I watched tears fall off my face and land on my jeans. I felt a warm hand lay on my right cheek. The red eyed man moved my face to look at him but I kept my eyes down.
"____ how could you think about yourself like that? You are loved and cared for. I worry about you everyday and I always want to hang out with you I just have never been brave enough to talked to you till now. ____ please look at me. I want to see your lovely ___ eyes." He said laying his other hand on my other cheek trying to make me look at him.
"How do you know me?" I said looking up to met red eyes
"Your dreams silly."
"Your-"
"Yes I'm real. I know everything about you. You know everything about me."
"So your a-"
"Yes I'm a demon. Your not going to scream are you?"
"No....Hey can I ask you something?"
"Yes butterfly ask anything you want." He said as he started to play with my necklace.
I smiled at the nickname that he would always use in my dreams. 'Could this really be him? Am I just dreaming again? I really hope this is not a dream!'
"What's your name?"
"Oh that's right I never told you my name did I? Dream walkers cant give there names out."
"Why not?"
"Because its our only weakness. The human who knows my name can make me do whatever they wish. My life is in there hands. If they want me to kill some one I must do it if they want me to save so one I must do it. I'm there slave. But only the first human who knows it holds the power over me. Also a human can only have the power of one demon."
"Well can I at lest get a name to call you?"
"You can call me Jinxx." He said smiling.
"Jinxx I like it."
"Good. So are you feeling better butterfly?"
"Thanks to you!" I said smiling and hugging him.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me back tightly.
The kiss/First date
Me and Jinxx walked around the mall being silly getting weird looks from everyone. We didn't care though we were together and having fun that's all that mattered. We were in hot topic looking at band tees when Jinxx wrapped his arm around my waist and growled lowly. I looked up to see Lilly and Lacy walking into the store with the people that they thought was hot from before.
"Oh hey ____ where have you been and who is your friend?" Lacy asked skipping up to me.
"Yes who is your friend?" Asked the guy fallowing Lacy
When he step closer Jinxx tightened his grip around my waist.
"I'm Zane nice to meet you." Jinxx said holding his hand out to Lacy
I could not help the smile that came to my face when he said that is name was "Zane". That means he told me his real name. He trusted me with his name. But am I the first person to know his name?
"I'm Lacy and that is my sister Lilly" Lacy said smiling shaking his hand then pointing to Lilly
"Its nice to see to see you again Jinxx." The guy said with a dark smile on his face like he told something that he should not have said just to hurt someone.
I seen Jinxx smirk.
"You to Blade." When Jinxx said that I seen the guy I knew as Blade face drop.
"Wait I though your name was Blake and didn't you just say your name was Zane."
"It is Zane I just go by Jinxx sometimes and no his name is Blade not Blake."
"Why did you lie!" Lacy yelled turning around to face Blade
"Hey why are you yelling?" Lilly asked coming to stand next to me the girl I'm guessing she was Blade's sister following her.
"Because he lied to me. He said is name was Blake and its Blade. Why would you lie about something as stupid as a name?"
"You told her his name? What's wrong with you? Out of all the years that we have been around no one has ever known our names ever! I bet she don't know your name dose she?" The girl asked smacking Jinxx' arm
"His name is Jinxx." I said smiling
"Why-"
"____ I think its time we should leave don't you think? I want to take you somewhere anyways." Jinxx said leading me out of the store.
I smiled and waved bye to Lacy and Lilly though I don't think Lacy seen since she was still yelling at Blade.
"So where are we going? And why were you acting weird back there?"
"Because ____ Blade and Selena are one of they most deadly demons out there. They kill other demons for there powers. They were born with the power to dream walk so they never bothered me much. They might though now since I told a human Blade's name." Jinxx said leading me out of the mall and into his car.
We had to run to his car since it was raining really hard outside. When we got into his car I was wet from head to toe and shivering.
"Here put this on." Jinxx said handing me a blanket he had in the backseat
"Thank you." I said softly taking it from him
It was warm and had a smell of burning wood. I smiled laying it over my lap as Zero started the car. Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift came as soon as he started the car.
"Sorry." Jinxx said blushing as he started to turn of the radio.
"No leave it I like it." I said grapping his hand softly
"Okay."
Jinxx started to drive to my house I didn't know why we were going till we got there. I was to busy talking to Jinxx. I found out that he can control fire. I already knew he could dream walk. Dream walking is not as fun as it sounds. Demons that are dream walkers are meant to give humans nightmares and feed of there fear but he said that there was no need for him to add more nightmares in my life. I was already having one every night. It was always the same watching my friend Emily kill herself or finding her in a tub of blood. So instead he tried something he read about how dream walkers were ones good and would help they humans with dealing with there lives. That they could live off there sadness that they let out from talking about there problems.
We pulled up in my drive way and Jinxx turned off the car.
"So I guess this is goodbye for now?" Jinxx said turning to look at me
"I guess so." I said taking the blanket off and laying it in the back seat.
"Bye Jinxx." I said softly kissing his cheek then getting out.
I ran into my house and up to my room. I took a hot shower and changed into a pair of black cotton shorts and a pink tank top. I laid down on my bed feeling cold. I got under the covers and closed my eyes thinking about everything that has happened today.
I woke up around three in the morning with my head hurting really bad and the sound of something hitting my window.
"____ are you awake? Please open the window I need to talk to you!" I heard Jinxx' voice from outside.
I walked to my window and opened it up to see Jinxx standing on the tree outside of my window. He was wet from head to toe since it was still raining.
"Can I come in now?" Jinxx said pouting
"Yes you can." I said giggling at his silliness and sitting back on my bed.
Jinxx came threw the window and sat on my bed beside me.
"Are you okay?" Jinxx asked looking worried
"What do you mean I'm I okay?"
"You didn't let me in your dreams. I thought something was wrong with you. I'm not saying you have to let me in your dreams every night I was just worried about you. You seemed a little down when we said goodbye."
"I'm fine. I was just a little tired is all. You need to get some dry clothes on or your going to get sick." I said moving his wet hair our of his eyes
"I have some in the car. I'm going to go fined somewhere to stay for tonight then I will look for somewhere I can stay for a longer time."
"If you have clothes you can stay here tonight. My mom is still at work and most likely wont be back for a day or two."
"Are you sure you want me to stay? I don't want to make you feel weird."
"You have been inside my head I don't think you could make me feel weird anymore."
"If you say so. I'll be right back."
"Okay." I said smiling as he got up.
After he jumped out my window I got up and walked into my bathroom to look in my mirror to see I had make up rubbed off my face. I had black eyeliner on my cheek. I giggled at my bed head and started trying to fix myself to look a little bit better. After my face was washed off and my hair was in a messy bun I walked back into my room. Jinxx was standing in my room facing away from me digging threw I'm guessing a bag of clothes. I walked up behind him and hugged him not caring that I was getting wet.
"Hey butterfly." Jinxx said turning around and hugging me
"Hi." I said hiding my face in his neck.
"Your getting wet." He said laying his forehead on my shoulder
"So I don't care I want to hug you. Wet and your still warmer then me."
"Its a demon thing butterfly." Jinxx said laughing
"We I like it. It keeps me warm."
"I'm glad to know I can keep you warm. But I need to take a shower and get some clothes on so I can be warm to."
"Oh right sorry." I said blushing and pulling away from him
"Its ok I didn't mined." Jinxx said kissing me softly
I didn't do anything at first I was shocked that he would kiss me. I felt Jinxx frown slightly and try to pull away. I wrapped my arms around neck pulling him back. I kissed him back roughly yet sweet. Every thing I felt for him, ever feeling I had for him since he started coming to me in my dreams I put into that kiss. He smiled into the kiss and kissed me back wrapping his arms round my waist pulling me closer to him. I started to play with his hair tugging on it here and there. Jinxx licked my bottom lip entrance. I giggled and pulled away from him slightly.
"You need to take a shower to get warm remember?"
"But I was getting warm and it was a lot more fun then taken a shower." Jinxx said pouting but I could see the smirk in his bright red eyes.
"Well your just going to have to deal with it for now." I said smirking
"Tease." Jinxx said grabbing his bag of clothes and walking in to my bathroom.
How he proposed/Five years latter
It has been five years since I met Jinxx. We have been together ever since. Lacy and Lilly stop talking to me around a year of us dating because they said it was my fault that Blade and Selena broke up with them after a month of dating them. Really it was because they tried to kill me so Jinxx had to kill them. That's when I knew that I loved him and no matter what I would always love him. He had to tell me how to keep him patched up for the next three months. It was scary when your the only one that can keep your boyfriend alive...
At the moment I was laying on my bed with Jinxx' head laying on my stomach. I was almost asleep playing with his hair when he sat up and looked down at me.
"What?"
"Nothing. I just wanted to see your face."
"Shut up." I said blushing
"See it gets cuter all the time." Jinxx said kissing my nose
I giggled and kissed his cheek then kissed him softly. He kissed me back laying down on me slightly but he was still holing himself up enough not to hurt me. I felt something warm beside my ear and heard a soft nose like wings. I opened my eyes and turned my head to the left to see a butterfly holding something. The butterfly was red orange and yellow. It looked like a little ball of fire at first.
"Happy birthday." Jinxx said kissing my head.
I smiled at him and head out my hand. The butterfly dropped a ring in the palm of my hand then moved to rest on my finger tips. I looked down at a ring that was made out of butterflies and flowers. "Sorry its not a big diamond." Jinxx said softly looking down
"I would not want a big diamond if I had to pass this ring up to get it." I said laying my right hand on his cheek making him look up at me.
"No do I have to put this on myself?"
Jinxx smiled showing the little dimple on the left corner of his month. He took the ring out of my hand making the butterfly fly away. It vanished into thin air. Jinxx slid the ring on my left ring finger and kissed my palm.
"I love you ____."
"I love you too Jinxx."
Future.
You and Jinxx had three kids. Two boys and a girl. The girl looked like you in ever way but she had Jinxx' powers. The oldest son looked like you but had Jinxx' bright red eyes and blue/black hair. He also had the power to dream walk. The youngest son also your last born looked like Jinxx but had you hair and eyes and the power of fire. You kids didn't find out about there gifts till your girl was 12 your oldest boy 14 your youngest boy 16. You all lived happy ever after.
