The Beach
“So someone form a television show called The Voice approached me at Warped and wanted me to audition for it.” Juliet told me and Andy as we waited for the other’s to arrive.
“That’s awesome! I love that show!” I answered excitedly. It was great news and would get her the attention that she deserved.
“I don’t know if I’m going to do it though.” She replied.
“Why not? It’s a good opportunity.” I asked.
“Because people on those types of shows don’t sing the type of songs we do. They sing country or pop.”
“Well, then that means you’ll stand out more.” Andy chimed in. “If someone came up to you that means you obviously have a good chance in this whole competition thing.”
“I’ll think about it. The auditions are still like a month away.”
“Well if you decide to do it I’ll definitely be one of those people who wait backstage while you audition, cheering you on.” I said with a smile.
“They have open auditions, you should try out.” Juliet had a grin on her face.
“Um…no thank you. I’ll see if you survive first and then maybe think about it for next season.” I was done performing for a little while.
“Aw…I was hoping for some good competition.” Juliet smirked.
CC and Katelyn were the first to show up, which totally surprised me because Katelyn was supposed to be at work.
“What are you doing here?” I asked excitedly.
“I told them I was sick, woman problems, so they let me have the rest of the day off.” She answered with a grin.
“And people don’t think you’ll be a good lawyer. You lie like a pro. Any ways, Katelyn this is Juliet Simms, Juliet this is Katelyn Star.”
“So you’re the best friend I’ve heard so much about this summer.” Juliet smiled.
“Yep, that’s me.” Katelyn responded. “Have you guys seen the pictures and video from last night?” Katelyn changed the subject.
“Pictures and video?” What the hell was she talking about?
“The boys? CC has pictures and a video of their party last night.” Katelyn answered.
“You told her!” Andy said looking at CC accusingly. “What happened to, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas?”
“What are you talking about? We weren’t in Vegas; we were in your apartment.” CC asked looking confused.
“It’s the concept, CC.”
“Do these pictures and video explain why my underwear are all over the living room?” I asked Katelyn.
She nodded and grinned, “Yep. Now we have to show her.” Katelyn held out her hand and CC handed her his phone.
“Are there any of Andy?” I asked laughing.
“I found out the true reason he wanted you to get the batman bra and panties set.” Katelyn said trying not to laugh as she navigated through CC’s phone.
“I’m not sticking around to see this.” Andy said.
“There are drinks and food in the house if you need an excuse to go somewhere.” I suggested and handed him the key.
“Want something?”
I nodded, “Yeah, I’ll take a water bottle please.”
He nodded and headed towards the house with CC following him.
“Pictures first.” Katelyn said showing us a pic of Andy with my batman underwear set on. He had his shirt off, but his pants still on under the batman boy shorts. “CC said that Danny dared him to get back at him for the whole jumping out at us dare. So at least the Hot Sexy Singer doesn’t cross dress for fun.”
“Well he looks like he’s having fun.” Juliet pointed out as Katelyn started flipping through the pictures. There were even ones where he had a ‘cape’.
But then came the ones with Ashley and Ben modeling in my underwear…they weren’t as thoughtful as Andy and had their pants off.
“Why am I not surprised by this?” I asked covering my eyes.
“Ben always joked he was going to get into your panties.” Juliet pointed out laughing uncontrollably.
“Dear God, I won’t be able to look at them the same again.” I complained.
“Oh that’s not all.” Katelyn said laughing as she found the video.
CC showed up on the screen, “Welcome to the first Victorian Secret…”
“Victoria’s Secret’s.” I could hear Andy correct him.
“Victoria’s Secret’s fashion show brought to you by Black Veil Brides and Asking Alexandria.” CC announced and then Not the American Average by Asking Alexandria started playing. CC turned the phone’s camera so that it was showing the bedroom door. Out walked Ashley in my black lacey bra and boy shorts.
“I think I’ve seen enough.” I laughed covering my eyes as Ben followed in my favorite rainbow zebra print set.
“No if I had to watch it so do you.” Katelyn responded.
“I’m never going to be able to wear that stuff again.” I said pouting.
“Well now you have black mail.” Juliet said. “Tell them they have to buy you new stuff or this goes on youtube.”
“Will that work though?” Katelyn asked. “They kind of seem like the guys that wouldn’t care.”
“They’re the biggest womanizers I know.” I answered. “This could totally ruin their game.”
“What game?” Jake asked coming over to see what we were watching. “What the hell are you guys watching?!” He exclaimed.
“The fashion show from last night.” I answered.
“I thought you were watching like a baseball game or something! I didn’t want to see this sober!”
“Andy and CC are in the house if you need some manly time.” I laughed.
“Definitely.” He answered and headed towards the house.
“I think we scarred Jake.” Katelyn mused.
“I’m sure he’s seen worse. CC likes to randomly walk around naked while on tour.” I answered.

“I’m actually kind of excited to move in with you guys.” Sammi Doll said. Us girls were all sitting in the sand talking while the guys talked and ran around. A few of them were throwing a Frisbee at each other and I actually mean AT each other. Of course it was CC, Ben, Danny, Ashley and Andy.
“Nobody better get hurt!” I yelled at them. “The last thing we need is another trip to the hospital!”
“It’s all fun and games until somebody gets hurt; then it’s fuckin hilarious.” Ashley responded with a smirk as he chucked the Frisbee at Andy. Andy thankfully caught it.
“I know.” I said turning back to Sammi. “It’s going to be weird without the guys.”
“Yeah you never get used to it.” Sammi answered. “Especially at night. It’s torture not having Jinxx next to me.”
“Don’t remind me.” I groaned. “I had a hard enough time last night even though I had Katelyn there.”
“Yeah, you’re telling me.” Katelyn chimed in. “You kept kicking me and trying to spoon me. I love you and all chica but not that kind of love.”
“I heard that a lot of musician girlfriends get dogs or cats.” Juliet mentioned.
“Hmmm…I wonder if Andy will agree to a dog.” I looked in his direction.
“I would just get one. Forget about asking him.” Katelyn suggested.
I looked at her and grinned. “I would but Andy wants us to get a place together after the tour.”
“AWWW.” Sammi and Juliet responded as Katelyn looked at me dumbstruck. I have never seen her so speechless.
“You’re just telling me this now?” She said exasperatedly. “This is something you tell your friend as soon as he asks you!”
“Well he mentioned it earlier and it kind of just slipped my mind until now.” I shrugged.
“You’re the only girl on planet earth that would forget something like that.” Katelyn pointed out. “I probably wouldn’t have known when you guys had sex the first time if I wasn’t there to hear it.”
“Really?” Juliet said laughing.
“Yeah.” I answered. “CC and Ashley also had a little peek show.”
Sammi nodded, “I heard all about it from the guys. Talk about embarrassing.”
I nodded and was going to say something but Andy came over and picked me up. “What the hell are you doing?” I asked wrapping my arms around his neck. I was afraid he was going to drop me.
He walked out to the water and dropped me.
I stood up and spit the water in my mouth out at him, hitting him in the chest because he was too frickin tall. “My mouth was open Asshole.”
He laughed at me, “Well you wanted to come to the beach so I thought you should at least get some time in the water.”
“That was so cliché; it feels like I’m in some chick flick or something.” I answered running my fingers through my hair.
“And now you ruin the moment.” Andy chuckled. He bent down and kissed me. “And that is why I love you.”
I laughed and splashed him in the face.
“Really?” Andy responded with a smirk.
I nodded and backed away from him. He started walking towards me. He had something planned and I didn’t want to find out what.
I tried running away but his legs were a lot longer than mine so he caught up to me fast. He tackled me into the water and thank God this time I closed my mouth.
When I got back up Andy was soaked and laughing at me. “You suck.” I said walking towards the beach.
“No that’s your job.” He answered wrapping his arm around my shoulders.
I pushed him away playfully, making him chuckle.
He grabbed my hand and laced his fingers through mine. I loved moments like that.
