Stolen Heart

The guys and I were on our way home from a bar when we saw three men walking towards a scared looking girl. Andy shouted when one of them hit her on the head with a beer bottle, and she fell to the concrete. I started running across the street, the guys right behind me, the three men ran off before we got there, so I just dropped down next the the girl. I checked a plus, steady and strong. She didn't seem to be bleeding from her head wound, which was good, I picked her up easily, and began walking.
"who is she?" Jake asked, looking at her in awe,
"no clue. Andy, mind getting her bag?"
"sure. What are we going to do with her?" He responded, leaning over to grab it,
"Take her to the hotel until she wakes up, we'll go from there."

~About ten in the morning~

I sat next to the girl, Jade, as we discovered from looking though her wallet. She was laying on my bed, i'd taken off her coat and boots. She's curled up and looked comfortable, but hadn't woken up yet. Just as I was begging to worry, her eyes fluttered open. Beautiful green eyes met mine, clouded from sleep. She sat up slowly, rubbished eyes, not seeming to notice where she was. She winced slightly, which I found kind weird because her hands went to her back.
"how are you feeling?" Jinxx asked, walking over to us.
"Fine. Where am- holy crap."
