Stolen Heart

I sat on Andy's couch. Looking at the range of emotions on Andy, Cc, Jake, and Jinxx's face.
"What do I do?"
"You should tell him." Jinxx told me immediately.
"Fucking lie." Jake and C.C. agreed.
"Wait, then tel him."
"I don't want to lie. And I can't.... I don't know. I can't live with him though. He'll find out and be passed." The guys nodded.
"I got a job at the hospital. I can move out after my paycheck. I only have to hide it for a month." They all nodded. Jinxx looked like he though this was a bad idea. Ashley arrived though and I rushed off to make dinner because I couldn't lie in his face and he wanted to know what was wrong. I put on my Pandora to listen to music, and one of my favorite songs came on. Figuring no one would come with me into the kitchen I started singing.

"Let me be the one to call you baby all the time
Surley you can take some comfort knowing that you're mine

and let me be the one who calls you baby all the time."

my eyes clouded with tears. Ashley didn't love me like I loved him, and he never would. He didn't want a family. I couldn't pin him down like this.
speak of the devil and he shall come.
Ashley's strong arms wrapped around my waist. I turned to him and burrowed my head into his neck sobbing slightly.
"Sh ahhh. What's the matter Sweatheart?" I just shook my head crying harder. "Its all right." I rubbed my back and comforted me. When I stopped crying I took a deep breathe and looked at Ashley.
"Ash... i.... I can't."
"Cant what baby?"
"I'm leaving. I'm sorry. " I kissed him one last time "I love you." and walked out.
"Jade wait!" I held my breathe, waiting for him to say something. "Tell me when you get where you're going. So I know you're safe." My hope died.
