Stolen Heart

~Ashley~

A faint thump came from my bathroom,
"You guys hear that?" I asked, turning to go investigate,
"Yeah..." Andy followed close behind me. I had to brake the stupid door handle to get in,
'Pain in the ass." I muttered, slamming my boot into the door, when it crashed open I saw Jade, laying on her side, breath shallow, blood pouring out of her legs, "JADE!" Andy and I both scrambled to the floor next to her,
"What do we do!?" Andy shouted, paler than usual, but I barley noticed,
"Go call 911, I'll stay with Jade." He nodded, running to his phone, shouting something at the rest of the guys, but all I could do was stroke the hair our of Jade's face,
"Come on sweetheart, it's okay."
Ten minutes later the ambulance came, I went with them, but was shoved away from her so they could work.

~Time Skip 10pm~

I sat next to Jade, holding her hand. She was pale, hooked up to a ton of IVs, and looked like she'd just been hit buy a bus.
She was still the most beautiful girl I'd ever met.
I Just sat there looking at her, smiling slightly. Loud clicks came from down the hall, alerting me to someone's presence. Confused I looked up. I'd had to lie and tell the doctors I was her fiancé for them to let me stay, who could possibly be here this late?
My question was answered when Ella appeared, her stomach was slightly bumped, showing me the reason I couldn't be with Jade.
I won't make the poor kid be in between parents. Until it was eighteen, I would stay. I was not, however, ever going to marry Ella.
Ever.
"How could you!?" Ella shouted, looking furious,
"How could I what?" I asked calmly,
"How could you stay with that... that.. whore!? We have a child together!"
"We both know that I wouldn't cheat on you. We also know I don't love you."
"So how could you be with that bitch!?"
"If you insult her one more time, I swear I'll dump you. Baby or not. And I'm not with Jade, I simply wish to be beside the girl I do love while she's in the hospital." Ella was practically shaking by the time I was done with my sentiment.
I looked back at the bump that was my child. weren't fathers supposed to love their kids instantly? I felt nothing.
Nothing.

~Jade~

I knew I should make it known I was awake, but the girl shouting at Ashley clearly hated me, so I continued to fake sleep.
"We both know I wouldn't cheat on you. We also know I don't love you."
Ashley doesn't love her?
"So how could you be with that bitch!?"
Um, do I know you? Fuck off!
"If you insult her one more time, I swear I'll dump you. Baby or not. And I'm not with Jade, I simply wish to be beside the girl I do love while she's in the hospital."
Yeah! Wait what?! Did he just say he loves me?
"AAAHHH! Ashley! If you don't leave now I swear I'll-"
"You'll what? We're stuck together. You need my child support- which you won't get if you leave, seeing as we are not, and never will be, married- and I won't put our child in the middle of us."
"Go to hell Purdy!"
"I already did when I got stuck with you."

~Ella~

I glared at Ashley one last time, then at the bitch -Jade- and turned on my heal to leave. I looked at my stomach. I knew the baby wasne't Ashley's, but I also knew he was one of the few guys I'd slept with resently who would stay because of it.
Dumb ass.

I am soooo sorry for not updating in forever, I started school, so it's pretty hard to update around homework. So, I promise every weekend, and I'll try over the week.
