Cammi's Final Project
I'm Not Blind
Cammi's POV
I had never brought anyone to my house, let alone my guest house, so I was nervous as fuck.
Andy didn't seem scared at all, it kinda seemed like it was a routine for him or something.
I unlocked my ten locks on the door and opened it up, my automatic lights flickering on.
He immediately walked over to my camera and green screen equipment, running his long fingers over the lens caps.
I turned on my first camera I got because it was so old fashioned and took a picture of him.
Smiling at the pose he made, I brought it over to my computer and plugged it in to make sure I had the photo saved.
"Whyyyyyyyyy......" He said over-dramatically.
"I like taking pictures." I mumbled against my hand.
"As a matter of fact," I paused, grabbing his attention.
"Let's have a photoshoot."
"Okay..."
We walked over to the elementary park and he automatically went to the slide.
"Don't hurt yourself dear." I joked.
"I wont, Mom." He chuckled.
He slid down on his knees and flipped me off at the bottom. I quickly snapped the picture and the paper shot out from the base, me grabbing it and waving it around to develop it. When it cleared out, I showed him the picture and he smiled, oh that fucking smile.
"Now get on the monkey bars."
"I must warn you now, I barely have any upper body strength. Dont laugh." He scratched his head and I couldn't help but giggle.
He climbed to the middle and hung there.
"Now what?"
"Swing back and forth until you catch some air and I'll take a picture of you jumping." I replied.
He nodded and did exactly as I said but falling on his knees on the gravel.
"You okay?"
"Yeah." He chuckled.
His sleeves of his sweatshirt were pulled up to his elbows, his arms exposing the most frightening and unexpected thing I would see out of Andy.
"What are those?"
He pulled his sleeves down past his hands.
"Just a rash."
"Andy, I'm not blind..."
He gulped and bit his lip.
"Yeah, you are."
He started to walk toward the rich neighborhoods.
"I can't believe it." I tilted my head to the side, walking after him.
He started to speed walk.
"You. Why? You're so handsome, and popular-"
"And outstanding and talented! JUST STOP I'VE HEARD ALL THAT GARBAGE BEFORE."
"I just wanna help." I said in a small voice.
"If I wanted a shrink, I would buy one."
He walked away leaving me shameful. Just shameful.
