Seven months pregnant.

“You sure you don’t want me to come along, I can reschedule this interview.” Andy said, it was Saturday afternoon and he was getting ready for another interview about the new album coming out this October. Pandora was going to head out to the baby store, she was going to write down everything she needed so if she didn’t get everything she needed at the baby shower, she knew what to get. But Andy didn’t like the idea of her going alone, Collin was busy at work and couldn’t join her and since Andy and the members were busy they couldn’t come along. He didn’t know what Ella, Brittan and Sammi were doing, or else he’d send one of them with her.
“Andy I’m fine, promise.” Pandora told him, he sighed softly and heard a car horn outside. Ashley was here, they decided they would all ride with Ashley.
“Okay if you say you’ll be fine, I believe you. But please call if something goes wrong, okay?” Andy said, Pandora nodded and looked at him with a smile, her green eyes sparkling.
“I will, now go.”
Andy smiled and walked over to her, hugging her tightly. He placed a soft kiss on her temple then pulled away with smile, he started to back up.
“Be careful, drive carefully and wear a seat belt.” Andy told her, she giggled and nodded.
“Yes sir.”
Andy smirked and turned around finally, she stood still until she heard the front door close. She sighed softly and turned towards Crow and Buttercup, both of them laying on the couch and looking at her.
“What?” She asked them, they only blinked. She giggled and walked out of the living room, she needed a shower before she headed out. She felt dirty, and she hated that feeling. Her stomach was getting bigger, she could hardly see her feet and shaving was a challenge. She entered her bathroom and turned on the shower, she wanted the water a bit cold since it was so hot today. She got out of her clothes and hopped into the shower, the cool water soaking her immediately. She felt better, she always did when she took a shower. She washed her hair with her favorite shampoo scent, strawberry. She washed with her favorite body wash as well, Dove. She shaved, then turned off the shower and grabbed a white towel, wrapping it around her body. She got dressed quickly and dried her hair and straightened it, she wasn’t in the mood to wear makeup so she didn’t bother to put it on. She entered her closet and slipped on flip flops, putting sneakers on by herself was a bit hard. Being pregnant wasn’t easy, especially in the summer, you were beyond hot. She headed downstairs with her bag hanging on her shoulder, and grabbed the keys to the mustang, then walked outside. She locked the door behind her, then headed towards the mustang and hopped inside. She started the engine and immediately turned on the air conditioner, wanting to feel the cold air. She placed her bag on the passenger seat and grabbed the seat belt, putting it on. She put the mustang in reverse, then started to back out of the drive way carefully..


The baby store wasn’t packed, but it was still busy. She went to the furniture section first, and grabbed her notepad and pen from her bag and began writing down the things she would need.

Crib.

Car seat.

Dresser.

Changing table.

She bit her bottom lip in thought, looking at the prices for the furniture. There’s no way she’ll be able to afford it if she didn’t receive it at the baby shower, also along with clothes, diapers, formula, toys and other things you needed for a baby. It’s a lot of money, and she knew Andy would do anything for her, and he did say he would help her but she didn’t want him to spend money on her baby. As she walked around she stopped at the baby clothes, a smile on her face. Baby clothes are so cute she thought, there was beautiful dresses that she was dying to buy already. She couldn’t wait for Skye to be born.
“First child?” A female asked who was also looking at the baby clothes, Pandora slightly jumped, she didn’t even see her. Pandora nodded.
“Yeah, what about you?” Pandora said, seeing the woman’s pregnant stomach.
“Second child,” The woman replied with a smile, she looked older than Pandora and she was guessing somewhere in her twenties possibly. “How far along are you?”
“Seven months, you?”
“Six months, but it looks like I’m nine months already.” The woman said with a giggle, Pandora smiled.
“Girl?”
“Yep, my first girl. I’ve heard girls are easier than boys, but I guess I’ll find out.” The woman said, Pandora smiled.
“I’ve heard that to.”
“I wish you luck with your baby.” The woman said with a smile, Pandora returned the smile.
“I wish you luck as well.”
The woman smiled and nodded and walked away, Pandora let out a long breath and headed over to the toy aisle, looking at the toys.
“Pandora?” Said a female voice, Pandora’s head lifted up and she couldn’t believe what she was seeing. Gail, Sierra and James heading her way. The first thought she had was what the hell were they doing here? Sierra didn’t look pregnant in her opinion, but didn’t mean she wasn’t. James eyes glanced at Pandora’s stomach, then he sighed softly and his eyes moved to hers. They stopped a few inches away from Pandora, Sierra looking at her sister with a blank expression.
“What are you guys doing here?” Pandora asked suspiciously, stepping back an inch.
“We knew you would be here.” Gail replied, Pandora looked at her mother in confusion.
“Have you been stalking me?”
“No, but Sierra saw a picture on Facebook that you were here. So we figured, we’d be able to catch you here.” Gail replied, James bit his bottom lip.
“Where’s that Andy boy?”
Pandora looked at James. “He’s at an interview.”
“Is he the father?” James asked suddenly, Pandora shook her head side to side.
“No.”
“Who is then?” James asked, Pandora dodged that question and looked at her mother.
“Why did you want to catch me here?”
“When we heard the rumor on the news and the tweet from Andy, we found out you were pregnant and we wanted to check on you and our grandchild.” Gail said, reaching out to touch Pandora’s stomach but she stepped back another inch. Pandora didn’t want them around her daughter, not yet anyways.
“So, am I having a granddaughter or a grandson?” James asked Pandora, she ground her teeth.
“Girl.” Pandora replied, Gail smiled.
“Does she have a name yet?”
“Yes she does.” Pandora replied, not feeling comfortable about discussing this right now and right here. It’s been months since she’s seen her parents, and now all of the sudden they show up and act like Pandora didn’t tell them she wanted them out of her life for good.
“Well, what is it?” James pressured, Pandora sighed.
“Skye.”
“That’s a beautiful name,” Gail said with a smile. “Pandora, I know we haven’t got along so well but I think we should at least try. I mean, for your daughter. She needs her grandparents in her life Pandora, you know that.”
Pandora sighed. “I don’t know, I haven’t even thought about it. All that I’m thinking about is my daughter and what life I can give her, I’m not thinking about fixing a relationship with my parents and sister that I never had.”
“We understand, but I think it’s a decision you need to start thinking about.” Gail said, Pandora sighed.
“I have to go.” She told them, she turned around and left the aisle and immediately left the baby store. She got into the parking lot and started the mustang and pulled out of the parking space and headed back home, she wasn’t going to make that decision now, she didn’t even know if she wanted her parents and sister back in her life, most importantly around her daughter..


Pandora was sitting on the couch eating a bowl of Vanilla ice cream when she heard the door open and several voices talking at once, she turned down the volume on the TV and suddenly Jake appeared beside her.
“What’s up Pandora?” Jake asked with a smile, all the band members appeared and started to take seats.
“Nothing much, eating ice cream.” Pandora replied, Jake nodded.
“Can I have a bite?”
“No.” Pandora replied seriously, Jinxx chuckled.
“How was the baby store?” Ashley asked, sitting down on her right. Pandora sighed, shaking her head side to side.
“I ran into my parents and sister.”
The room went silent, everyone looked at her.
“What the fuck did they want?” Andy snapped angrily, Pandora sighed.
“For me to think about letting them in Skye’s life to be grandparents.”
“Hell no,” Ashley hissed. “I know they’re your parents and all, but I don’t trust them. They could come see her if they wanted, but they can’t take her or watch her or any of that. There’s no telling what they’d do, what they did to you should have never happened, and I’m definitely not going to let them do the same to our daughter.”
Jinxx nodded. “For once in his life, Ashley is right Pandora. There’s no telling what they’ll do.”
“But, what you decide on doing we’ll support you every way we can, right boys?” Andy said, the boys nodded in agreement.
“I don’t know what to do..” Pandora mumbled, then she sighed and looked at the ground. Jake rubbed her arm.
“You don’t need to decide right at this moment Pandora, you need to be focusing on your daughter and yourself.”
“I agree.” CC said, Pandora nodded.
“That’s what I’m going to do.”
Andy smiled. “Good, or I’ll be even more worried than I am now.”
“Me too.” Ashley said, Pandora giggled…
