Fallen Angels
Andy's Birthday
Alese POV:
She rolled over and looked at her clock, 12:13a. Why was she awake? What had woken her up? She was sleeping just fine, not even any dreams, and then she felt something that pulled her out of her slumber. She had a strange feeling that something major was going to happen, good or bad she didn’t know, but she knew something was coming.
Andy POV:
He had done it! He had merged with his soul and was now in an earthly body. That meant he could sing once again, and also that meant he could woo Alese. Since it was midnight and he knew she would be asleep, he went to his studio. He needed to sing, 16 years without song was torture. He had all his earthly memories and knew that he was working on a song. He didn’t have a name for it, but it was about the bullying he endured.
He had most of it written and recorded; he just needed the guitar and drums. He had been planning on recording the instrumental part during the break, and they would be coming to do it in about 2 days. He walked around the studio, familiar to his earthly body, but unfamiliar to his angelic being. He had memories from both his halves, he just had to get used to it. He had 500 of his angelic years’ worth of knowledge, and the 16 years of earthly knowledge.
He got in the booth and turned it on and started singing, at first it was the songs he would sing in Heaven, but he started to feel his mind wander, and before he knew it, he was singing the song he wrote.
Alone at last we can sin and fight.
And I've lost all faith in this blurring light,
(Stay right here we can change our plight.
Storming through this despite what's right.)
One final fight for this tonight.

With knives and pens we made our plight.

As he was singing he could feel the power of the words flowing through him. He never felt as strong as when he was singing. He felt like he was on top of the world and he could move mountains. He loved the feeling of not feeling, just singing. Once the song was over, he felt drained, mentally and physically. He hurt from the Fall and his shoulders ached from where his wings were supposed to be. He knew he would probably sleep all of the next day away.
However he forgot that it was his birthday and his parents were not going to let him sleep it away. His mom made a huge breakfast and invited family over. He got presents, money, clothes, the usual, but his parents told him they had a surprise for him. They lead him to his studio in the basement, and there was an electric piano. It was brand new and portable. He had been playing the piano for years, but never owned one because they just didn’t have the room. This one was perfect! He went up to it and examined it.
After he plugged it in and got accustomed to it, he started playing. His whole family went silent as he started to sing. He sang and ethereal song, one that told of the original Fall. By the time he was done, everyone was in tears. He had not realized what he had sung until he looked up and they were sobbing and telling him how beautiful it was. He realized he would have to pay more attention; he couldn’t lose himself like that.
After things at his house were winding down, he bundled up and went out for a walk. He went to his favorite park where he had a hiding spot. Off the side of the park were some trees that the kids always climbed and sung from, well behind that clearing of trees was some bushes that had an opening in them. Andy normally took a blanket and his notebook and wrote or drew for hours.
As he neared the clearing, he could tell something was off, he heard sobbing. Someone was there. No one ever came to this place; he didn’t even think anyone knew about it. But there someone was, sobbing with her back turned to him. He saw blue hair and his heart skipped a beat.
It was her, his soul mate. Alese Luc, and she was crying.

Hey guys I'm back! I went to a family reunion, and we camped and it rained most the time, so we pretty much had swimming pools in our tents! Good thing about it is my sister is here in Dallas with me for a little while, we are going to a concert called 3OL tomorrow, anyone going? I honestly have no idea what it is!
