Chapter Twenty-eight
Develin's POV
We where at the reception of the wedding. Me and Ashley where dancing and sometimes stealing small kisses. I smiled. I really loved this guys.
Suddenly Blade walked on the little stage where the microphone was.
'Ehm excuse me. may I have your attention? First I wanted to say congratulations to Mr. and Mrs Pitts. I wish you two the bets of luck. Second, I need to ask this. This question has been on my heart for the past month and now it is time to ask it. Angel will you please come here?' he said.
Angel smiled and walked up to him. I felt Ashley put his arms around my waist from behind and he rested his head on my shoulder. I smiled and leaned into him
When Angel was close enough, Blade took her hands in his and went down on one knee. I smiled at her. 'Angel, the first time I met you I just thought you where annoying.' he started. Everyone laughed. 'But then I started to see you in another light. You are the most beautifull girl I have ever seen. We have been toghter now for 5 months. I know it might seem soon but, I don't want any other woman at my side.' he said. He took out a black box and opend it. 'Will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?' He asked. I smiled.
Angel had tears in her eyes. She nodded. 'Yes!' She said and she lowerd to him and kissed him. Everyone clapped. I looked at Ashley and pecked his cheek. Ashley smiled and kissed my lips lightly. Angel and Blade came up to us. 'Congratulations guys. I can't believe! My two bestfriends are going to get married!' I shouted in excitement. Angel smiled widely.
'Yeah and I have more exciting news. I'm pregnant!' She said. Blade looked shocked but there was a smile on his face. 'Really?! O MY FUCKING GOD I AM GOING TO BE A DADDY!' He shouted. He picked Angel up and spinned her around. I smiled at them. After a few more minutes everyone started to dance again.
Ashley took my hand and leaded me outside. We just walked enjoying eachother. 'Have you ever thought about it?' he suddenly asks. I looked at him confused. 'Thought about what?' I asked. 'You know. Thought about us maybe getting married one day, having kids?' He said looking at our braided fingers. I shrugged. 'Sometimes yeah.' I said. Ashley smiled. He turned me around so I was looking at him.
Slowly he started to get closer and in no time his lips where on mine, kissing me slowly.
