Found Again

After we finished getting ready Andy came back over to my bus and we got alcohol and paper cups and stuff set up. I was really excited for all the new bands and the old bands to come over and mingle. Two hours later a shitload of people started arriving it was great and a lot of fun. It was just as well we set up a lot of tables and stuff out front too because the bus doesn't exactly hold many people there was only like ten people on the bus anyway talking at maximum, everyone else was outside since it was a warm summers night. I ran around talking to everyone. I was talking to synyster gates, a really great friend of mine who has helped me a lot since the start of my music career plus he practically lives in my house because he basically never leaves unless he's on tour or whatever. But anyway, I was talking to synyster when I spotted Juliet standing on her own beside the bus. I was kind of feeling sorry for her now and a bit bad. "Hey syn I'm just going over there I'll be back in a minute" I said "okay Ri" he replied. I made my way over to Juliet hey was standing looking down at her cup. "Hey Juliet" I said quietly. She looked up in shock "uh h-hey" she stuttered "hey uh, I know its a stupid question, but are you okay? Why don't you come over here and talk to some people?" I asked her. "Uh yeah, I just kind of wanted to stay away because I thought you wouldn't want me here and stuff and then Tommy kind of dragged me here" she replied looking down at her glass again "okay Juliet look, how about we forget everything that's happened now, I know its kind of hard considering what went down, but I don't like to hold grudges for long and that way we can just move on from what happened rather than dwelling on it. And to be honest I'd rather be at least civil with you than fighting with you because like I said before, holding grudges for a long time isn't my thing" I replied "okay I agree but what would Andy say? Because I know he doesn't like me and you're his best friend so how is that one going to work out" She asked quietly. I wasn't going to tell her that Andy and I were dating yet because its kind of the wrong time... "I'll talk to him about it don't worry, so civil?" I asked with a smile "sure, civil" she replied with a smile. We hugged and she walked back into the crowd. I walked around in search of Andy and eventually found him talking to syn "hey riot" he said and put his arm around me. I could see syn eyeing I us suspiciously. "Uh hey bestie" Andy pulled away and looked at me for a minute and then realization crossed his face. We both looked back at synyster again. He smirked "mmhmmm" he said still smirking and walked away "shit..." I said, Andy just chuckled. "Ah well, by the way, was that Juliet you were talking with over there?" Oh shit. I turned to look at him "uh yeah it was " I replied. Andy just looked at me for a few seconds before talking again "why were you talking to her riot?" He asked apparently kind of angry "because she was standing by herself Andy and I felt sorry for her. I know what she done wasn't right but she's human Andy and she has feelings and no one should stand on there own at a party Andy that's just kind of mean" and once again he is still angry "don't talk to her riot" he said quietly. Big mistake "you don't want me to talk to her? Well Andy you can fuck off then! You should well know by know that the last thing I do is take orders from someone or be told what to do. If what you're looking for is someone to give orders to then go find a slave because I'm not one of them so fuck you Andy" I said quietly but angrily and walked away before he had a chance to respond. Fucking idiot, how fucking dare tell me what to do. Fuck that, I'm going to enjoy the goddamn party then. "Hey riot!" I turn around to see Alex running towards me, he lifts me up and spins me around making me laugh "hey Alex" I laughed "what's up?" He asked with a huge grin "the sky? Birds? Superman? Take your pick" I said sarcastically "oh how I missed you sarcasm" he says sarcastically "great party by the way its so much fun!" He continues "thanks Alex, its so tiring me out now though, I feel like I've been running around like a blue arsed fly all night" I laughed and he smiled "oh your Irishness who can resist it?!" He laughed "no one! Duh! That's why I'm so lovable!" I laughed. Alex looked at me again "riot, what's wrong?" I laughed "how can you tell there's something wrong?" I laughed in astonishment "riot we dated for almost a year I can tell there's something wrong just by looking into your eyes because they change colour. Its fucking amazing and so cool" he said and I blushed. Why the fuck am I blushing?!? "Oh my god is THE Riot blushing?! I can't believe my eyes! Can we get a goddamn camera over here to capture this rare moment" he joked. "Oh my god Alex fuck up!" I laughed along with him but he turned serious again "but seriously, what's wrong?" He asked I sighed and told him what happened "yeah he is kind of acting like a dick. Even I know not to tell you what to do!" He laughed "but just sleep it off tonight. I'm sure you guys will be fine" Alex said "and if not then it wasn't meant to be and fuck that shit" he said and hugged me "thanks Alex you really know how to make everything better" I said "of course I do I'm Alex!" He said still hugging me "well I'm going to head on to the bus to go to sleep, night Alex" I said and pulled away "want me to come with" he said wiggling his eyebrows "as perverted as ever" I laughed and he hugged me and kissed me on the forehead "night riot, I'll talk to you tomorrow" we pulled away and walked our separate ways. I climbed onto my bus and headed to my bunk. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. I woke early the next morning remembering we had a show at 3 today on mainstage. I love playing shows. Its so fucking awesome seeing all our fans singing along to our songs or chanting the chants at the start of some of our intros for songs. I cant even describe the feeling. Its fucking awesome. Roxie and I also had an interview before the show so i was getting ready for that first. Once we were bother ready we headed up to meet with the interviewer for kerrang podcast. when we found them we got settled into seats. "Hi everyone this is laura, here for kerrang podcast and we are here with two members of one of the biggest bands in the world right now, Aimless Venom Reaction." She said "hi I'm Roxie" Roxie said in her strong British accent "hey I'm Riot" I said in my strong Irish accent too "so guys how are you doing? She asked "yeah we're good, just having lots of fun at warped and stuff" Roxie said "so what's it like being in an all girl rock band?" Laura asked "yeah its really cool, I love it. I mean we have our ups and downs but all best friends go through that and that's why it isn't hard living with the girls because they are literally by best friends and practically my sisters" I replied "well that's great" she said "so are you guys still working on your new album? We haven't heard many updates in a while about it" she asked "we actually just finished tracking it so its going to go through the editing process when we get back from warped" Roxie answered "yeah were hoping to have the whole album complete by the time September is over and have it released around the middle of October" I furthered the answer "that's great, I look forward to hearing it, can we expect a new song release or music video anytime soon?" Laura asked " we're actually working on that at the minute so when we get out sorted the twittersphere will be the first to know as usual" I replied " you guys seriously have the biggest and most supportive fan base, what's it like having that kind of support and encouragement?" She asked "it really is phenomenal. We Couldn't be more grateful for all of them. I mean I live for my fans, we wouldn't be where we are today without them all. That's why I try to do everything I can for them, including the way I write my songs. I try to write my songs from my personal experiences that a lot of people can relate to, I want my music to make emotion arise within people to make them feel like they're not alone and they're not the only ones that feel the way that they do." I replied "yeah I love playing shows for them, they're amazing to perform for, the way they chant and sing along to our songs is unreal, it still feels like a dream to me a lot of the time because its just so surreal" Roxie said "wow guys wish I had that" she laughed "speaking of fans, are you aware of your fan fiction?" Oh my god I knew this would get brought up, our fan fiction is very...imaginative to say the least. My family love to send me emails of it to take the piss "yes we are very very aware of it. We are also aware of 'Rixie' which is apparently fan fiction about Roxie and myself. Its strange, what I can't understand is the fact that it is teenage girls writing these fan fictions, teenage boys maybe I could understand but I don't even know anymore. I always expect fan fiction to be associated with the male rock bands so when I found out there was fan fiction about our band I was shocked because usually you assume that the teenage girls are falling head over heels for the male rock bands and like to make the fan fiction about how they would like their lives to be along with that male rock band member not the girl ones so that surprised me but in a good way. If that makes our fans happy then may they continue to do it." I replied a and Roxie chuckled "I suppose so, it is kind of strange in a way." Laura replied the interview went on for another half an hour after that "well guys this has been laura for kerrang podcast hope you enjoyed the interview and this was AVR goodbye everyone" she said a and the cameraman shut the camera off then "thanks for the interview guys" she said and smiled "no problem anytime. We have to go now to get ready for the show so thanks see you later laura" I said and Roxie and I left then and went back to the bus to wait to do a quick practice. After we had our quick practice we made our way over to mainstage. Eventually after A7X it was our turn to go on, syn seen me and came running off the stage to hug me before I went on "good luck Right! Talk to you later" he smiled and ran off. Lily was jumping up and down "okay guys see you out there!" She said and ran on stage to her drums and started the beat. We all went on one by one getting more and more screams as we all went out. I was waiting to go out when I heard a voice behind me "uh, good luck out there Riot, you'll kill it as usual" I turned around and Andy was standing there with his hands in his pockets. He looked up at me and I gave him a smile and he grinned back. I walked over to him an he hugged me like really fucking tight "I'm sorry Riot, I should never have said that, you're entitled to do what you want" he said into my shoulder "its okay Andy, let's just forget about it? Okay? It was stupid and petty anyway" I replied. He grinned at me and wrapped me in his arms again before tipping my head up by my chin and kissing me softly on the lips for a few minutes "kill it Riot" he said and smiled touching our foreheads "don't I always?!" I laughed and ran out on to the stage "How are you fine fuckers doing today?" I asked into my microphone. I laughed as the crowd screamed. "Happy fucking days well, we are Aimless Venom Reaction from Ireland/Britain/America but judging by the screams I think you know who we are right?" I said and got answered by even louder screaming "well then here we go this is Ideal Idiot motherfuckers!" I said and began to scream. The fourth song on our set was murdering you. The mosh pits hadn't stopped it was great and I was jumping around stage like an eejit as usual. I had made my way up to the front of the stage and was getting the crowd worked up and waiting for the drums and guitars to hit the heavier sound at the chorus so I could stomp. When it did come up I lifted my foot to stomp but when my foot was supposed to come back down and hit the solid stage, instead my foot hit air and I managed to literally throw myself off the stage. I blacked out for about three minutes and opened my eyes to see shocked fans staring down at me from the barriers with a worried look on their faces and four of them actually crying. Not shocking when i fell from a stage that is about 8 or 9 feet, possibly 10 feet, tall. Security started to surround me. I waved them away and picked myself up and kind of stumbled but I made my way back on to the stage and finished the set. I know for a fact that I have definitely done some serious damage to myself but I couldn't feel it yet because I was still on an adrenaline high. We finished the set successfully anyway with still some worried faces from the front row. "Thank you so fucking much! You have been fantastic. We definitely have the best fans ever! We hope to see you crazy motherfuckers at our tent later! We love you!" I said and ran offstage and as soon as I did, the adrenaline wore off and I literally collapsed to the ground in agony. I know now for definite that I have fucked up my ribs, my wrist and I have at least sprained my ankle. I was still lying on the floor when I heard Andy's voice, I knew it was his because of how deep it was. Its was like he went into panic/doctor mode all of a sudden while still kissing my forehead repeatedly "someone help her now. Go get paramedics she's going to need them. Make her lie down she might have a concussion!" After that everything went black I think I literally passed out from the pain. Fucking hell!
