Sad But True (sequel to Nothing Else Matters)

I am in the car out of breathe. "Breath angel." Jake whispers caressing my tummy.

"Shut up." I groan my head is aching.

"Andy!" CC yells at him, as he just staring at me with his eyes wide.

"Andy!" Ashley yells slapping Andy hard on the cheek. "Oh my god snap out of it!"

I grip Andy's hand tight. I wish my mom was with me now. "I can't do this." I whisper.

"No, why?" Jake question. "You have to!"

"I need my mom!"

Andy looked to Jake and nodded. He grabs his phone and held out to his ear. "Hey mom, I need you to come to the hospital, Belle needs you."

All I heard was screaming from the other line and it went dead. "Call my dad please!" I yell

"I did." Jake says caressing my hair.

"Almost their!" Jinxx yells.

"Why is everyone yelling!" I bellow.

"Don't know! We are freaking out!" Jinxx yell.

Five seconds of screaming and I was out the van with the black veil brides. "She is going in labor!"

Three nurses came to putting me in a wheelchair.

"Only family!" The nurse yells.

"We are her family!" CC groans.

"Okay come on!" She says pushing through the white doors.

"Contraction is 2 minutes apart." I cried out. "They are coming."

"Good, you counting, almost their sweetheart." The nurse groans.

"Baby!" My dad bellows seeing him running to me.

"Four only." The nurse yells pushing in.

"Go, we will be here I will call the guys." Jinxx smiles giving me a quick hug.

"Who?"

I get pushed in, I got dressed and lay in the bed.

Amy, Andy's mom came in with tears in her eyes. All in blue scrubs. "You doing good baby."

"Ahh!" I yell feeling them, they are trying to push out.

My dad came in with Jake and Andy. "Dad, I am scared."

"Don't be, I am here."

"I am doctor James, are we ready?"

They all looked to another and nodded, they all turn to me. "What! Just get them out now!"

"You heard her!" Andy groans.

"Okay Mrs. Biersack. Its time."

I nod and took a deep breathe. "Push."

"Fuck!" Tears spring in my eyes as I feel as I stretch. "Get him out!"

"Almost there!" The doctor has a smile on his face.

••Andy's P.O.V••

Belle looks in pain, I don't like her in pain. "Almost their Mrs. Biersack just one more push!" The doctor laughs.

"You can do it angel." I say kissing her forehead.

"Its a boy." The doctor says. "This time will be easier."

"Really! Just fucking do it! Before I break your nose!" Belle yell at the doctor.


I turn to her dad who has a huge smile on his face, its the first time he smiled since his wife died. Jake has the fainting look. My mom on the other hand is just encouring Belle to push.

"The head is out!"

Flash back came to me the first time I met Belle, in the dressing room. God even then I fell for her.

"Final push."

"Fuccccckkk!!"


"Its a boy!"

"Twins?" Lars asks.

"No." The daughter grins.


"Mrs. Biersack, would you like to hold your sons?"

The beeper begin to raise. Belle's eyes closed and it went off.

"Get them out!"

"What!" I yell.


"She is losing blood. We have to save her."

They pushed us outside without any warning. "No!" I yell with tears in my eyes. Lars gripped me behind me the back.

"Son, breathe. Stay strong for your boys." He whispers.
