Scarlett’s pov:
I’ve been in LA for about a month no and I love it I still don’t know what im doing for that company because they rescheduled the meeting for today im extremely nervous and I don’t even have Andy today to support me he has a meeting with their new merch designer so im on my own I have 4 hours left to wait before my meeting Charlie and Blake aren’t hear so it’s just me. To pass some time I got out my sketch book from my desk draw in my room and went and sat in front of the floor to ceiling window that looks out over the city. I started to draw the city but it ended up being a batman scene. I still had 2 hours so I took a shower and decided to go and get a Starbucks on my way to the meeting. I was absolutely shitting myself I was so nervous that the coffee didn’t even calm me.

Time lapse: in the lobby of the corporation building

I couldn’t sit still my leg was jumping up and down so much I put all my wait on it to try and stop it but failed miserably I was 10 minutes early. Time passed at a snail’s pace nausea settled in my stomach I was getting goose bumps all up my arms.

A smooth voice called out my name “miss Scarlett Carrie” he said “its Benson actually I changed my name sorry I forgot to tell you” I said giving myself a mental slap in the face “no worries miss Benson I will change that on the forms when we get to the board room”.
We walked down numerous corridors and climbed 3/4 flights of stairs .we got to the board room and sat in there were the 6 people 5 of them I never expected to see today. Sat around the table in the centre of the room was Andy, Ashley, Cc, Jinxx, Jake and there manger that I have only met once on the plane. I walkedd into the room only Cc saw me I placed a finger to my lips so he knew to be quiet. I placed my hands over Andy’s eyes and he jumped the guys laughed as he was stressing “please get off me I have a girlfriend” he pleaded “I know you do but the thing is I have a boyfriend” I said holding back my giggle “holy fuck Scar what are you doing here” he asked standing up and pulling me into a hug.

“ I told you that I had a meeting with work today and I said I didn’t have a clue what my job was apart from a designer so I guess my job has something to do with you guys” I said explaining to the guys and their manger. “Bingo” said the smooth voiced man whose name was hector smith aka my new employer. “so she’s our new merch designer” Cc smiled as Ashley asked. “Yes” hector said. The rest of the meeting was just about designs and shit.
Time lapse: back at the apartment building

Andy’s pov:

Not only is she my girlfriend but as our merch designer she gets to come with us when we go on tour I was buzzing all the way home “hey how about we go get pizza” Jake pitched in when we were getting close to pizza hut “im in” scar said from the Bluetooth connection set we had between our phones in the cars “okay someone get hold of Purdy” I said pulling into the parking lot of pizza hut seconds later scar pulled in followed by Purdy on his bike.
We walked in to pizza hut and the hostess at the door almost passed out she could barely get her words out “H..h..how many” the young girl stuttered “6” I said Cc smiled at her and she almost fainted whilst getting us to the table. She was cute 5,11 maybe raven hair a nose stud and a single lip ring but she had nothing on Scar but I don’t think Cc felt the same he could not keep his eyes off her as she walked away to serve another customer who just walked in. Scar had picked up on this “hey Cc you’re drooling a little” she laughed as she threw a napkin at his head. A eruption of laughter filled our booth from every one apart from Cc who blushed and sunk down in his seat. “aww dose Cc have a crush on the hostess” she teased “okay I think you teased your brother enough” jinxx said smiling “no fair mamma jinxx” scar exclaimed in the most childish voice she could muster.

We all ordered then ate, about half way through our food Cc accidently flicked a pineapple piece at scar who retaliated with a piece of peperoni it almost broke into a full on food fight but mamma jinxx stepped in again “okay you too knock it off right now” jinxx said razing his voice “no fair” they both said in unison “but mamma jinxx she started it” Cc said like a 5 year old.

whilst Cc was trying to convince us that Scar had started it a group of girls and a few boys had gathered by our table the girl at the back was only short and young around 15/16 and the others a bit older nearer scars age they all seemed to have a partner apart from the girl at the back and the girl who Cc recognised as the hostess from earlier they all had things they wanted us to sign mostly cd’s as they probably just got back from the record shop in the mall across the road.

We were signing all the merch that was placed in front of us the line getting closer to the end the young girl was next as soon as she stepped forward to the table a girl about my age steps around the corner obviously she is the girls sister, she is scanning the room for the girl as soon as she lays eyes on her she storms forward. Annmarie what the fuck do you think you are doing. She noticed us, “oh I see you leave me on my birthday to hang around a bunch of emo fags” she yelled this time scar had stood up the girl continued to advance we signed all her stuff and paced it back to her she looked scared “N.no I’m sorry I just want...Wanted to meet black veil brides” Annmarie was almost in tears as the older girl went to slap the younger one but the girls hand didn’t get very far before scar’s hand was wrapped around her wrist “ I don’t think that Is a smart idea do you” scar asked the girl. The girls whose name was jess raised her other hand but before she could do that scar had her other hand on the girls other wrist.

“Okay as you can’t be nice we are going to take this outside” scar explained to the girl who when to kick scar in the shin but scar moved in time for the girls foot to contact the wall behind scar. The girl huffed as scar took her out through the door so everybody could see them exit. Annmarie walked over to the table she as sat at before and came back with her mom and dad her mom who was in a weal chair with a oxygen canister attached to it my heart broke as I saw the girl walk with her farther who was pushing her mother towards us I stepped out from the table and spoke to the family. “ I really don’t think you want to see what is happening out there” I explained they all nodded and I invited them to sit with us.

Scarlett’s pov:

“Emo whore witch one of the band are you fucking then you groupie bitch” jess yelled at me as we got outside. “Look her bitch listen to me you can’t just hit a child in public and expect someone not to do anything and you don’t just hit out at someone that is stopping you from getting arrested for abuse” I was yelling through gritted teeth I had let go of her wrists but had my hands in fists “you cant tell me what to do you emo bitch” she yelled at me lunging and swinging a punch towards my jaw I stepped back but not In time and her hand made contact with my ribs I heard a sickening noise I staggered but stood and pushed the girl back turning to walk in she jumped me and pinned me to the ground.

I managed to turn so I was facing jess she went to hit me I blocked her and pulled my knee up to meet her spine it did no damage just gave me a second to move. Standing up jess gave me a swift kick to the abdomen and then the face. That was it she wasn’t getting any more free punches I it her square in the nose and kicked her shin. Her nose didn’t bleed just swelled up and she started to cry. She walked back into pizza hut I pulled myself to the bench that was outside and managed to sit down.

Andy came running out seconds after jess had walked back in my nose was bleeding im sure she broke at least two of my ribs and my nose I knew I was going to have bruises on my hands and stomach. “scar oh my fucking god what the fuck did that bitch do to you” he said almost in tears the rest of the boys had come out at this point followed by jess and her family the younger girl Annamarie ran over to me “thank you so much for saving me from my sister im just so sorry she hurt you” she cried and hugged me carefully “it’s okay im fine as long you are okay she didn’t hit you did she” I asked her concern showing in my voice “no I don’t think she will again now that dad has seen her do it to you thank you so much” she said through the tears as her farther shouted her back to the car, she waved and walked back to her parents and was engulfed into a hug from her farther and her mother weekly hugged the girl around the shoulders.

“scar are you okay” Andy asked with tears rolling down his face. I wiped the tears moving my arm slowly not to case injury to my already broken ribs “Andy im still breathing aren’t I so yeah im okay but I think I have broken a few ribs and maybe my nose” I said “im taking you to the emergency room” Andy said throwing his keys at Jake “drive my car to my apartment please” Andy asked Jake he just nodded as Cc who had his arm over the hostess’s (Jamie) shoulder passed my bag and keys to Andy as we walked past “ayyy well done Cc” I said walking towards the car everyone laughed “even when she is injured she still gets at Cc” jinxx said “sorry mom” I shouted from the car as we flipped each other off.

Back at the apartment

Andy’s pov:
Everyone was in my apartment waiting for me and scar. We got in around mid-night fucking waiting times were horrendous. But we were back now I didn’t let scar go back into her apartment and wake the others so she agreed to stay with me till later that morning. We walked in well I walked scar shuffled holding on to my arm.Her nose wasn’t broken but she had 2 cracked ribs. Cc was first up out of his seat when we came through the door “how is my little sister” he asked making scar laugh a little “im okay 2 cracked ribs and hell of a bruise on my stomach and legs” she said in the most adorable sleepy voice. “you need to rest” jinxx said as she yawned again “yeah thanks for the news report mom” she said sarcastically “don’t sass me missy” jinxx said making us all laugh.

“You can have the spare room or you can sleep with me” I whispered in her ear “I think I will go for the second option” she smiled “okay” I replied “guys you are more than welcome to have the couch or the spare room if you wish to stay and drive home tomorrow im going to put scar to bed and probably sleep myself so keep the noise down” Cc wolf whistled “mama Jinxx slap Cc for me” scar said as she yawned and followed me to the bed room as I shut the door we herd Cc yelp in mock pain.
