Chapter 2 : plane rides and band members
Scarlett’s pov:
There were only 12 seats on the plane the boys took over the middle and there manger took the first seat he passed whilst I went right to the back corner and slumped into the seat The captain came over the loud speaker “we have a 6 hour flight to LA please enjoy your flight we ask for you to stay seated with your belts on until the seat belt sign light goes out above you chairs” so much for getting up and moving. For a while I forgot that bvb were on the plane I started to sing along with the songs playing through my ear buds it was lost it all.
I ruled the world.
With these hands I shook the heavens to the ground.
I laid the gods to rest.
I held the key to the kingdom.
Lions guarding castle walls.
Hail the king of death.
The lights when out above the chairs and suddenly I felt a weight on the chair next to me I didn’t think anything of itso carried on singing
Then I lost it all
Dead and broken.
My back's against the wall.
Cut me open.
I'm just trying to breathe,
Just trying to figure it out
Because I built these walls to watch them crumbling down.
I said, "Then I lost it all."
And who can save me now?
I stood above
Another war,
Another jewel upon the crown.
I was the fear of man.
But I was blind.
I couldn't see the world there right in front of me.

Before I could sing the next verse I heard that familiar voice not from my IPod but from Andy who had come and sat next to me

And who can save me now? His perfect voice next to me rang out above my iPod I pulled the buds out of my ears and remembered that they were on the plane with me “sorry I forgot you guys were hear too” I blushed as the statement left my mouth.
“That hurt..” CC yelled from two seats in front of me I laughed and yelled “lies and my name is Scarlett” “well Scarlett that hurt” CC said with a fake cry. “baby” I saidmaking it look like I was trying to whisper it to Andy “heard that” CC pouted “meant to” I sungand every one laughed as CC stood up and trudged to my seat. Earning another round of laughter I jumped up “do you wanna go” I said “bring it girly” CC mocked and turned his back on me to walk back to his chair everyone was trying not to burst out laughing at my reaction “okay let’s do this coma” I laughed as he turned at my challenge with a surprised look on his face “what’s wrong Christian scared to fight a girl” Andy stood and walked up to CC he placed his hand on his shoulder “dude she’s a girl I cant fight her” CC saidI walked over to him “dude I was joking I don’t fight way to lazy for that shit” I winced waiting for the smack to come but it didn’t all the guys were staring at me
Andy’s pov:
“why did you wince when you swore” I asked her looking concerned “I guess im so used to being hit for swearing it comes natural to suspect a hit or a beating” she whispered before I could move CC had her in the biggest hug I have ever seen him hug anybody she hugged him back almost as hard and you could she her trying to hold herself together. It actually pained me to see her like that.
I guess Jake saw that and moved me to the side “you like her don’t you Biersack” he said with a smile “I haven’t seen you smile like that since you started this band dude you really like her” “who likes who” I heard Jinxx ask “well mister here likes miss Scarlett who is at the moment fighting cc over the cookies the air hostess brought out” ”awwwww Andy” Jinxx and Ashley chimed in“what is everybody awwwwwwing at” Scarlett chimed in as she held her hand a CC’s face whilst shoving a cookie in her mouth with the other.
"oh nothing " I shouted before anybody could say something. but knowing Ashley he opened his mouth " we were awwwwwwing at the fact that Andy here has huge crush on you" she blushed a deep crimson colour and with that she sunk back towards her seat leaving CC to grab the cookies squealing like a small child.Jake pushed me towards her “talk to her dummy” they all said in unison apart from CC who threw a cookie at me and said with crumbs falling out of his mouth “give her the cookie” he said that like a five year old.
Suddenly the cutes giggle came from the back of the plane were scar sat everyone looked at her she blushed bubble-gum pink when she noticed 5 pairs of eyes on her.
Scarlett’s pov:
Fuck why did I giggle I sound like a child when I do that and now they are all looking at me like im a kitten trying to be terrifying “what have you never heard a girl giggle before” “yes but not as cute as that was” Andy said then realised that he said that out loud giving himself a slap on the forehead. The guys laughed like hyenas and pushed him towards me.
We sat and talked for the remainder of the flight it was funny we had so much in common our love of batman being the main topic of conversation I completely relaxed with Andy until he asked about why I as going to LA and I visibly tensed up
“Are you okay scar are you okay” Andy asked with terror and concern in his voice it must have concerned the others as they had become really quiet. I just couldn’t talk I realised that I had nobody even though I had nobody I’d had my ex (even if he raped me he was still there until 3 months ago) my sister and auntie even if they beat me but now I had no onetears stung at my eyes and silently rolled down my cheeks.
I had my new apartment and my job as a designer for some company (they didn’t tell me the name just were to send the designs and that I would get the money the day after the design got the yes or no from the boss) that paid well and I work from home so I didn’t have to go to an office every day. Meaning I had time to do things during the day but I would be lonely.
“are you okay scar are you okay” Andy repeated if the guys weren’t worried before they were now they all came and sat in the row in front and turned around. I still couldn’t talk so I just shook my head. “What’s wrong” Cc asked in the most baby voice he could. I couldn’t help but smile at CC’s tone “yay she smiled” Cc yelled and threw a cookie at me I gladly ate the cookie Andy pulled me from my seat until I was sat on his lap and he was hugging me
Andy’s pov:
I couldn’t help but hug her she was so venerable and it upset me that she was sad. She let me hug her when she calmed a little I told the boys to go back to their seats. “Do you want to talk about it” I whispered in her ear she turned her head up and looked me dead in the eyes and nodded her head.
I let her go so she could sit back in her seat we still had a 4 flight left so she sat crossed legged on the seat and turned to me “I don’t know where to start” she confessed “well if you have time you could start from the beginning” I asked she just nodded “when I was young my mother barely cared that I existed so my dad took care of me my mom only cared for my sister and thatcarried on tillthe day she and my father diedthat happened when I was 10 that year my sister and Igot sent to my aunties I lived there ever since” she blurted that out like she had been holding it in like a bad taste in her mouth.
I could tell she had needed to tell someone for a long time “my auntie dotes on my sister she couldn’t care less about me the first boy she met that was my age she flung me at so she could find my sister a boyfriend I tried to end things with him but every time I did he would tell her and she would beat me senseless.

“im sorry you had to sit through that” she said smiling all I wanted to do was take her with me so she could never have to be alone and never get hurt again “I wanted to know I want you to know that when ever you need to talk or just need someone to listen im hear for you okay.... do you have a phone” I asked her “yeah i brought on this morning here” she said passing me the phone.
I typed mine and all the guys phone numbers in to her phone. ”here in this are mine Jinxx Ashley’s Cc and Jakes numbers” I said giving her the phone back. “Look were in LA for the next 4 months we have a brake before warped tour I would love to see you if you’d like?” I asked blushing a bright red.

Did Andy biersack just ask me out I asked me. “Di....did you just ask me out biersack” I stuttered he just laughed an nodded shyly “yeah I will” I smiled on the outside I was fangirling like a child. He kissed my cheek and hugged me. “you might want me alive for that date” I gasped “sorry” he said as he loosened his hold but never let me go. I shuffled so I had my head on his shoulder and his arms around me. We stayed that for the last 2 hours of the flight I slept for the remaining hour.
When the plane landed all I saw were flashes of light “fucking paparazzi” I heard Andy say as I awoke “what’s going on”I said groggily “sorry babe but we landed and the paparazzi are every were they have unloaded yourcar and are unloading the bag’s now they are in piles outside and the pap’s are going crazy because your bags were not expected so they think something is going on” he laughed. “do we give them a show I guess the guys know about us” I asked “fuck hey guys we me and scar are going to give the pap’s a show you want in on this” Andy yelled there was a collective “yeah” yelled from the lads as they made their way over to us. “what you got in mind kiddo” Jake asked
“Okay that’s the plan......... oh and me and Andy are dating just so you know” I said as I stood and the guys got them self’s ready for their small performance for the reporters.
