Hayley’s pov
I walked out of the bathroom after throwing up all of the alcohol I had drunk I could hear the countdown being screamed at the top of everyone’s lungs looks like I was going to miss out on the news years kiss but that didn’t matter. As I turned the corner I got a sense of day ja vo I saw Andy kissing Juliet. In my shock I dropped my glass everyone was staring at me and back at them. I ran back to the bathroom with the shattered glass in hand. I shut and locked the door tears running down my face the shard of glass was digging into my hand making it bleed I looked down at my pale wrists the old scars had faded. I was finding it hard to breath I needed release I brought the shard to the top of my wrist and pushed down hard blood was running down my arms making me feel dizzy I did the same to the other I was now sitting in my own blood I could hear Andy knocking at the door he sounded worried but I don’t care I hate him how could he do this to me my Batman my hero my saviour but not anymore.
Andy’s pov
I sent everyone home apart from my mum and dad. Dad helped me open the door to Hayley she was sat hunched up in the corner covered in blood. I was about to walk up to her and hold her in my arms but my mum held me back “let me sort this” all I could hear was her saying “not my batman” over and over again it broke my heart. “Hayley it’s me Amy let me look at your arms” she lifted her arms I could see two deep cuts across both wrists I couldn’t help but start to cry. I made my baby do this “Andy get the first aid I will stich the cuts up here so Hayley doesn’t have to go to A&E”. Once Hayley was all stitched and bandaged mum lead her up stairs and put her to bed. When she came back down she looked at me in disappointment “you need to sort this Andy don’t lose her. Make sure she gets pain killers in the morning so long as she speaks to you” she said leaving the house so I was now alone.
