Chapter 17
Colette's POV
CC carried me into the back room and sat me down on one of the big chairs they kept in there "please hun I hate to see you like this please tell me what happened" "well I’m gonna have to start from the beginning, when me and phoebe were 14 she got with this boy called Joey and he was lovely, then I found out he was beating her so I started taking self-defence classes so if I needed to I could protect her, and as I got stronger he got worse and because I couldn’t protect her from him I started cutting, then on her 16th birthday he raped her so I beat him up really bad and then freaked out because of what I had done so cut deep into my thighs then other things that I can’t say right now happened and today it just brought it all back because whenever Joey got bad phoebe would hide away and not speak to me and she would cut and so it brought back horrible memory’s that I would rather forget" I said sobbing as he bandaged up my thighs "hey baby come here" he said pulling me into his arms "it’s all fine now "I looked up to him and leant down gently pressing his lips to mine. I was really shocked so just sat there thinking about what I should do before kissing him back. when we came up for air his hand went to my cheek "you know since the moment I first saw you I knew there was something special about you and now I know, it’s the fact that you were the first girl to ever have my heart" "cc" "sshh I want to ask you something, will you be my girlfriend" "but what about the fans what if they hate me, and your band members and phoebe I can’t let her know" "baby calm down we don’t have to tell anyone" "you promise me no one will know" "I swear" "well I trust you more than I have ever trusted any guy so yes I will be your girlfriend" i smiled. Then we heard a crashing sound. CC ran out and then came to get me. We hid in the bunk doorway and saw Andy throw all of Juliet’s stuff out of the bus "Goodbye Juliet" Andy said as she left the bus "yay" I whispered to CC, "he actually listened to me!"
Phoebe’s pov
The last few days I have spent in bed. I haven’t eaten or made contact with anyone. I know Colette’s worried as I have it bad this time I won’t even go to work. Andy brought me a new Phone to try and make me feel better but to be honest I just feel like he’s taking pity on me. He never really did care god I’m such a fucking idiot. “Hey babe are you going to have some breakfast, we brought you lucky charms like you wanted last week” I simply grunted which was my response as a no. I could hear her sigh in disappointment but I just have no motivation to do anything anymore I just feel like giving up. It didn’t help that Juliet was attacking my twitter and blamed me for hers and Andy’s break up which of course the fans are agreeing with even though Andy tweeted and said that was not true. I pealed back the bandaged and looked at the damage he had caused. I had rows of dark red cuts that stood out against my pale complection, fuck my life.
Colette's POV
I back out of the bunk area and slammed down the tray of food. "Is she still refusing to eat?" I nodded, starting to cry. CC came over and pulled me into a hug before pulling me over to sit down with him. "Hunny I no this is hard for you and you are being very strong still going to work but you need to eat too look at you, your clothes are the smallest size and they are still baggy" "They have always been baggy" "yeah but now they are worse okay please tell me how I can fix this" "There is only one way..... When she next falls asleep Andy you have to ...... carry her into the back room...... CC you and me will be there too...... when she wakes up....... I ....I will ....... have to tell you guys what happened to us after I beat the almighty crap out of joey" "okay well she is asleep now so let’s do this" I whimpered but went through. We sat down and waited for her to wake up. She opened her eyes and looked confused. "Hey baby we need to tell the boys what happened to us okay" I said holding back tears and taking her hand. She looked terrified and then nodded her head. "right well after I beat him up I freaked out and so me and phoebe decided to skip town so joey couldn’t come and find us..... well it went wrong...... we were in the car and everything was fine ........ then suddenly we couldn’t stop....... we went swerving off the road........ Phoebe threw me into the back of the car even though I was screaming at her to save herself......... because it was my fault........ when I came around I was alright except for cuts, bruises and a broken leg........ but when I looked for phoebe she ......... she ........ she had been flung out of the front windscreen........ and she had a pole......... stuck through her chest........ when I was finally allowed to go and see her....... I got told that it had missed her heart but had punctured her lung so she had surgery to repair it and was now in a coma.......... I didn’t leave her side for the two months.......... the whole time she was out I would talk to her while I was making plans for us to leave the country ............ when she finally came around I told her everything.........when she left hospital we came here she had only been out of there for two days by the time we got here......... the worst part for me is that before the crash I used to worship you guys but because Die For You was playing when we crashed I now class that song as a curse and I haven’t been able to listen to you play since and I hated you for a long time......... now phoebe has been left with a horrible scar........ and I have been left with voices that constantly tell me that I should have died in that crash and that I should leave phoebes life because everything I do causes her problems and I constantly shout at her even though I don’t mean too ............. I vowed to myself that if I couldn't keep her happy I would either leave or die depending on which one fit the bill at that time........ I would die for you phoebe" I cried bursting into tears. Phoebe pulled me into her arms crying too, "I love you so much phoebe" "I love you too bub" "Omg phoebe you spoke to me" "yeah bub I’m so sorry for keeping you out I just......" "I know do you want me to make him apologise?" I whispered in her ear she giggled and nodded.
