Car Crashes and Saviours.

Michelle's POV

~Dream~
I was in the car with my family. We were on a freeway and I was looking out the window when we were struck by a large truck. We were flipped and When we landed I hit my head. I look up front and see my mother and father have been thrown from the car. I look over to my little brother and see him laying limp in his car seat. He was getting paler by the second and I knew he was dead I then felt a sharp pain in my neck and screamed.

~End of Dream~

I jolt awake in my bunk crying from my horrible nightmare. I don't want to go back to sleep and I can't stop crying. I try climbing out of my bunk but end up falling on my butt. I crawl over to Dad's bunk and peek inside. "Dad?" I say pushing my shoulder lightly. He wouldn't budge. I shook him but he still wouldn't wake up so I went to Andy's room. "Andy?" I say sitting on his bed. "Hm?" He mumbles half asleep. "I had a nightmare." I mumble tears lightly going down my face. Was it about the accident?" He asks. "Mhmm.. But worse." I reply. "What do you mean?" He asks. "It was different.. In my nightmare Alex didn't survive.. He was just laying there limp and was getting really pale really fast." I said sobbing. He sat up and embraced me in his arms. "Wanna sleep in here with me tonight?" He asks. "Please?" I ask. He pulls back the blanket and I climb in with him snuggling into his chest. He wrapped his arms around me and I soon fall asleep dreaming of nothing but blackness.

The Next Morning

Ashley's POV
I woke up and looked at my phone. 8:30. I got up and went to the bathroom and peed then went to check on the kids. Alex was sitting in his bunk quietly. "Hey buddy." I said sitting with him. "Hi Ashwey." He replied. "You know you can call me Dad." I replied. "Ok Daddy." He crawled over and sat on my lap. "Is Sissy ok?" He asked yawning. "Yeah I think she's still sleeping." I replied. "Oh.. Did she do anything bad last night?" He asked. "What do you mean?" I asked him. "Sometimes at night she does mean things to her arms." He said laying his head on my chest. "What bad things Alex?" I asked concerned. "She makes marks on her arms with knives and other sharp things because James and Lacy used to hit us." He said crying into my chest. "Are James and Lacy your old mommy and daddy?" I ask hugging him. He nodded and I picked him up. I went out and sat on the couch with him. "Alex look at me." I said. He leaned away from me and looked at me. :Nothing bad is going to happen to you anymore ok? I promise ." I said. "Ok Daddy." He replied. I sat him on the couch and turned on the tv. I put it on cartoons and went to Michelle's bunk. When I looked up though her curtain was open and she wasn't in there. I looked and the bathroom was empty too.I was starting to get worried now. I checked Andy's room and saw her curled up in his arms tear stains on her cheeks. I went over and unwrapped Andy's arms from her and picked her up then carried her and layed her in my bunk to sleep more. I'll talk to her later about why she was in his bed though. I went back into the living room and found Alex watching my little pony and singing along to the theme. "You like My Little Pony Alex?" I asked. "Yep it's mine and Sissy's favorite show!" He squealed happily. I sat down and watched it with him to find out it's a pretty good show. "Daddy do you have Netflix?" Alex asked. "Yeah why?" I replied. "Can we have a MLP marathon?" He asked laying his head on my lap. "Sure why not?" I said. I went to Netflix and we ended up watching every episode.. I think this kid just turned me into a bronie.. Oh well it's a good show so fuck it! Not too long after we finished though Michelle came out looking like a tornado hit her hair haha.
