-----AFTER THE CONCERT-----

“Ashley!” Andy screamed at me, holding my fist back. “The fucking punching bag is dead!”
“Then let me rip it apart!” I screamed.
“Dude! It’s not Josh! This isn’t going to make you feel any better!”

I pulled my fist from Andy, then marched outside into the rain and leaned against the bus. Jon was looking at me with a worried expression on his face as he and our roadies loaded the trailer. I shook my head at him and he simply nodded then continued what he was doing. I can’t believe that asshole fucking hit Nicole then had the nerve to show his face to me! If I see him ever again, I vow to rip his head from his body then mutilate his corpse.

“Ashley,” Nicole cooed.
“Yeah?” I asked facing her.
“Are you okay?” She had a look that instantly made the anger melt from my heart.
“I’m fine...now that you’re here,” I smiled, holding her hands. “Let’s go inside the bus, you’ll catch a cold in the rain.”

I handed her a towel from the bathroom of the bus and, while drying myself off, turned on the lights. I then noticed that she was wearing a white shirt with a black bra that was clearly visible. I blushed and chuckled to myself, handing her a clean and dry shirt of my own. I then notice she was blushing as well which, for some reason, gave me butterflies in my stomach.

I turned my back to Nicole, allowing her to change, as I removed my shirt and pants then put on my sweat pants. I then turned to see that she was staring at me with eyes that slightly bulged out of her head. I chuckled and felt the blood rush to my face, feeling her eyes almost burn holes into my back as I tossed my wet clothes into the hamper of the bathroom. The rest of the guys and Kaitie joined us on the bus and I crawled into my bunk to fall asleep watching Netflix.

-----JOSH’S POV-----

“Excuse me miss,” I smiled at the ugly chick at the front desk, “the band that just checked out, I know they're using this chain of hotels, could you tell me where they’re going next?”
“How’d you know that they stay in this chain of hotels?” she asked as she blushed.
“I’m a huge fan,” I winked with my fingers crossed.
“Alright. They’re heading to Miami Florida tonight.”
“Do you know how long they’ll be there?”
“About a week.”
“Thank you,” I smiled placing both hands on her face.

Quickly, I snapped her neck and dragged her to the dumpster out back, I didn't need any witnesses. Such a waste of air she was. I don’t understand most people, how do they find these women attractive without any make-up on at all? Oh well, that’s not my decision to make. I closed the lid of the dumpster and, smiling, hopped on a motorcycle then drove down the highway to Miami.

-----ASHLEY’S POV-----

I awoke to the sound of CC bitching at somebody. I crawled out of my bunk to resolve the conflict then found he was bitching at Nicole. She actually beat CC at GTA, which is his game. I began laughing, which seemed to piss CC off even more.

“What’s going on?” Kaitie giggled.
“Nicole beat me at GTA,” CC whined.
“Ha!” Andy laughed and pointed at CC. “Suck on that!“
“What?” Nicole asked, confused. “I thought this was your game, CC.”
“It was. Now I’m guna go watch Netflix or something.”
“Pouty face,” Kaitie giggled.

I laughed at this whole event and smiled now that all thoughts of Jos...you know who, are gone. I was so surprised that on a day like today, everyone was enjoying themselves on the bus.

-----TIME LAPSE-----

I awoke to the sound of terrified sobs and heart broken tears falling to the pillow. I silently crawled out of my bunk, stepped over the drunken Jake on the floor, opened the back lounge door, stepped inside, and shut it behind me. I sat beside her on the bed and began rubbing her back. Startling me, she ‘came to life’ and cried into my chest as she hugged me.

“Shh,” I whispered, hugging/rocking her.
“I-I’m...s-s-so...sorry,” she sobbed.
“Shh, it’s okay. I’m right here Nicole,” I whispered, getting a brilliant idea. “Would you like me to sing to you?”
“Uh...uh huh.”
“Okay. Andy just finished it today so I know how it goes. When I sing this to you, I want you to remember that I will always be there.”

My screaming wasn’t nearly as good as Andy’s but it seemed to do the trick because Nicole was sound asleep. Fortunately, vampires don’t need to sleep so I lay there with her, not moving single muscle. It’s fascinating how she can go from a terrified girl who is crying to a calm angel who is sleeping perfectly. I smiled down at her then, kissing her forehead, decided to fall asleep in the same bed as her.
