I Would Die For You

I held tightly onto Jasey's waist, as we waited in line to order our coffee from the neat cafe we found across the street from our hotel. She was looking at the menu, and I had my chin rested in the crook of her neck.

It was our turn to order so we walked up to the counter.

"What'll it be today?" The women said, in a thick British accent.

"Black coffee for me." I smiled.

"Uhm I think just coffee with cream." Jasey said.

"That'll be four pounds." The women said. I handed her my sliver credit card, and she ran it through her machine. "Thank you." She said handing it back to me. We waited for our coffees, and when we got them, sat outside at a table underneath the canopy lining the sign of the cafe.

I rested my hand on top of Jasey's, and sighed looking around us. The buildings were tall, and beautiful. Old bricks made them up, and colorful potted plants decorated window sills. I looked at Jasey to see her looking around in awe.

The air around us was chilly, and a small wind was blowing through our hair. Jasey's cheeks were rosy red, and her eyes sparkled.

"So," I said, taking a sip of my coffee, "You know what tomorrow is right?"

She shot me a look, "No." She said, sarcastically. "How could I possibly forget? It's our one year anniversary!"

I smiled, "Just checking! Well we have a day off before we get on the road, and head to the next venue, so I have something special planned."

"Ooh, give me a hint!" She pried, taking both of my hands.

"No way!" I said, chuckling, "It's a surprise!"

"Ughh." She groaned. I shook my head.

"So what do you want to do today? It's all up to you!" I said, excitedly.

"Hm I don't care! How about we go and see Buckingham Palace?" She said.

"I like it, wanna get going?" I asked her.

"Sure." She said, grabbing her cup, and standing up. We immediately linked hands, and started walking down the crowded streets.

People stared at us as we walked by, mostly me, seeing as Jasey looked slightly more normal.

After at least thirty minutes of looking for the palace, we found ourselves standing in front of it.

The palace was massive, and so gorgeous. Jasey looked up in awe, as I wrapped my arm around her waist. We asked a random person to take a picture of us together. I held her close to my body, as we smiled for the camera. I saw a few other flashes go off, and noticed some paparazzi taking pictures of us.

"Thank you." I said taking my phone from the women who took our picture, and she nodded. "Okay, where to next?"

"How about the London Eye?" Jasey suggested. I smiled widely, and nodded. We walked over to the large Ferris wheel, and waited in line.

Finally, we reached the front, and got inside one of the glass compartments with a group of other people. We leaned against the window, wrapped in each other's arms. The Ferris Whell started moving, and I took my phone out. The picture we took in front of Buckingham was amazing, but I liked a picture we took in the line better. I made it my wallpaper, and slid my phone back in my pocket. The wheel stopped moving, and Jasey laid her on my chest. I kissed her forehead, and looked out at the beautiful view around us.
