The "High School Experience"

JUST IGNORE ALL OF LAST CHAPTER PLEASE! It turned out different then I wanted and it was a terrible chapter! I am so sorry pretend it never happened…I would probably delete it anyways….
I woke up in the morning to find both my Mother and Father gone, as always. I crawl out of bed and throw on an outfit of black skinny jeans, gray v-neck, and a leather jacket. Walking to the bathroom, I hear the doorbell ring I yell down the stairs “Come in Andy!” I turn back to the mirror applying a layer of mascara. I straighten my hair quickly and nearly burn myself 3 times. I walk out of the bathroom and bound down the stairs. I accidently run into Andy’s chest and hit my head, “Oh I am so sorry Andy!” I yell and he just laughs at me. “It is fine KitKat, is your head okay?” he asks, I nod and grab his hand as I approach the kitchen. We only had about 5 minutes before we had to leave so I did not really have time to make actual food. Still holding Andy’s hand I drag him with me to my kitchen counter. I scrounge for food I can eat quickly and resort to a yellow banana. I dreaded bananas and never liked them. I cringe as I grab it and start peeling the yellow shell off. Once that is done I try to eat it all as soon as possible, I choke down the food as we walk back to the front door. Grabbing my backpack, I throw it over my left shoulder and open the door for Andy and me. I see Brian again and cringe at seeing him. He just pissed me off, not as if I did not have a reason to not like him. Andy tensed as he saw him and squeezed my hand.I swing our arms between us as we approach the bus stop. We face away from Brian and the other jocks and have our own little conversation. We exchange a few pecks on the cheek or lips as we wait for the bus to arrive. I see Brian out of the corner of my eye glaring at us. I smirk as I kiss Andy softly; he smiles at me and holds both my hands. I beam back and see the bus coming around the corner. Once it stops, we wait until all the jocks had piled on; we climb on and sit in the same spot as yesterday. The bus was terribly loud, but it suddenly got quieter. I was still stuck in converse with Andy when suddenly hear, “He is a fag, have you seen the way he dresses? He probably uses her as a cover for himself.” I know it is one of Brian’s friends. Andy tenses in his seat and grabs my shoulders. He makes sure the jocks are in eyesight of us and Andy presses his lips against mine. I wrap my arms around his neck and deepen our kiss. I notice the bus has gotten eerily quiet and realize almost everyone is staring at us. We both smirk into our kiss and continue until our bus stops. We both sit until we see the jocks pass our booth, “does it look like he is into guys? If anything you are the fags, slapping each other’s butts after playing football.” I say and feel satisfaction from the glares I earned. Once the vast majority of people left Andy and I climbed out onto the school grounds. Andy had not talked about the text messages so I had assumed he resolved whatever issue it was with Brian. But you know anything could have happened between the two of them. I glance at the time on my phone as I grab Andy’s hand, we have 10 minutes until we need to get to Mr.Iero’s class. “So I texted Brian last night…”Andy says and he glances over at me. I look at him to let Andy know I am paying attention. He continues, “Well, apparently Brian thinks that I don’t deserve you and he should be dating you not me.” I gawk at what he just said, why would he do that? First off, I am not some preppy girl, I don’t like football, and has he seen the way I dress? I am not his type of girl. “That is surprising to say the least.” I say and look forward again. “And he says that he will steal you from me because I am supposedly a fag and don’t deserve you.” Andy mentions and I hate that Brian thinks he can do that. I would rather die than have to be with Brian. I squeeze Andy’s hand as I think about the situation. Ok so, Andy and I are technically together and Brian thinks he can steal me away from Andy. What I am confused about is why Brian likes me in the first place anyways and if he does not understand, I will not ever like him. I sigh and hear the first bell ring. I walk with Andy over to Mr.Iero’s class hand in hand and Andy opens the door for me. The teacher glances at us and we take our lab desk in the back. After we settle in we take out last nights homework and I check his one last time. I give him a smile of approval as class starts. Both of our homework is right and we turn in our first assignment. Mr.Iero starts droning on the chemical makeup of alcohol and the class goes by slowly.
**4 hours later**
Andy and I walk to the cafeteria and get into the back of the line. Andy looks down at me with loving blue eyes as he squeezes my hand gently. I smile at him and just try to savor this uninterrupted moment. I go on my toes and give Andy a quick kiss on the lips as we get closer to the front of the line. I hear someone snicker after we kiss and I turn around to figure out whom it was. Andy did so as well and we found it was one of Brian’s friends. I turn back around and try to ignore him. Andy orders 2 pizza slices for the both of us in his deep voice and I eye the desserts. I decide on a large piece of cake that I plan to share with Andy. I pull out my wallet as I order the cake and we walk to the register. “Let me pay KitKat.” Andy says quickly and I attempt to protest, “But, I want to pay for my cake Andy!” Andy shushes me and pays fully before I can say anything else. Andy holds the food with his hands and tells me to go grab forks. I let go of his hand as he walks to claim our table in the corner. I find the utensils and grab two forks. I look back to see if Andy is already sitting down, but before I can see the table someone obstructs my view. “Get out of my way.” I say as I look up. Standing in front of me in a pale tall skinny boy with black hair. “Sorry, hey aren’t you friends with that Andy kid?” the guy says. “Yea, what about him?” I ask as I look upat the boy. “I heard he can sing is that true? I am into music and everything and I always wanted to be in a band.” He says. Wait, it sounds like he wants to be in a band with Andy…”Yes actually he is really amazing at singing, what do you do?” I say and I begin to walk back to my table with the boy. “Oh sorry I haven’t really introduced myself, I am Jake and I play guitar.” He says while reaching his hand out. I take it and shake his hand. “Nice to meet you Jake, uhm if you want to talk music you’ll want to talk to Andy, I don’t think I know much about the subject.” I say as we finally approach the table. Andy has already downed his pizza slice. “Finally, I was waiti-Who is this KitKat?” Andy asks. “Uhm this is Jake, and he wants to talk music, he plays guitar.” I say as we sit down. I snuggle into Andy’s side and Jake sits on the other side of me. The men start talking about frets, bands, etc. while I eat. I finish my pizza and poke Andy’s arm before I begin eating the cake. Andy wraps his arm around my waist as he starts poking at the cake and is still turned speaking to Jake. Suddenly the first bell signaling the end of lunch rings and I aggressively stab bites of the cake to finish it. “Let me grab the trash Andy.” I say as I begin to pick up the plates. I walk quickly to the trashcan that’s 3 feet away and swing my backpack on. Andy hugs me and kisses the top of my head lightly. We let go of eachother as we separate to our next classes.
