Chrissie POV

I woke up expecting to see Trenton by my side but he was gone.

My phone was buzzing like crazy, and I was getting extremely annoyed.

Andy had messaged me.
Lightning Thunderstein: I'm so sorry Chrissie.

So now he felt guilty.

I checked my instagram to see everyone hashtagging their pictures: #wakeuptrenton

This was terrifying. What were they talking about?

I go on Trenton's profile to investigate and see his video and note he left me.

My eyes watered as I ran to my car and sped over to Trenton's house.

I yanked on the door handle, but it was locked.

"Trent! Trenton!" I was screaming so loud I could feel the losing of my voice.

I pounded on the door bawling. This was all my fault!

I ran to the side door and realized it was locked too.
I scurried to the lowest window and broke it with my fist.

I ran to his bedroom and looked through his closet.

His bathroom light was on so I pounded on the door.

"Trent! Open up!" He had made his post hours ago. What was I gonna do?

I kicked the door handle off and pushed open the door, seeing the most horrifying thing I had ever thought I'd see.

He was hung by his throat with a scarf on the shower curtain pole.

"NOOOO!"

I heard loud shouting from the front door and I heard the side door behind slam open.

Paramedics heard me crying and rushed into the bathroom, using a blade to cut the scarf down.

I jumped up to push them away from him but a pair of hands grabbed me and pulled me away.

Andy POV

I drove over to Chrissie's to check on her but her car was gone, so I automatically assumed she went over to Trent's.

I finally got to his house and saw her car was there and the ambulance was there too.

I could hear Chrissie crying from the side door.

Running to the bedroom, I saw Chrissie on the bathroom floor crying.

She was about to get up to grab Trenton when I grab and pull her back.

"NOO!"She screamed. "GET AWAY FROM HIM!"

She tried to struggle from my grasp, but she was too weak.

They were already taking Trenton away on a stretcher with a white blanket draped over his body.

She gave up on trying to escape from my arms, and rested her head on my chest.
