Chapter 22: Exordium (Part 5)
CC's POV
The first day of the tour
Jake was a ball of stress again, this time because he couldn't find his laptop. He'd been looking for it since last night but gave up because he was tired. He woke up this morning, stressed and a pirate. He didn't realise that Andy and Juliet had drawn on his face until he looked in the mirror to check out his hair. He scowled at me while I literally rolled on the floor laughing. When I finally stopped laughing he asked, "CC, who did this?" He pointed to his face. "Andy and Juliet, it's been there since you fell asleep yesterday." I replied trying not to laugh. "I'm guessing you tried to replicate your own dick." I looked offended. "No, we both know my dick is bigger than that puny thing on your face." I was serious. "You're right." Jake admitted. I got dressed into similar clothes to what I had on yesterday, I then tided my clothes and began to pack my other bag. Jake raced back and forth about five times each looking for his laptop. I looked under his side of the bed. "Jake I found your laptop." He dashed over to me and grabbed his laptop off me. "Thank you." He said kissing my cheek. I was ready before Jake was, I was being responsible and remembering that we still don't have rings, or told Jake's family that were getting married tomorrow onstage and they would be onstage with us. I waited on Jake, while I waited my phone vibrated non-stop. First was Jinxx:
Hey, I'll arrive soon with Sammi, if you want to go ring shopping.
I felt obliged to say yes but I also felt obliged to ask Jake. "JAKE, JINXX IS COMING SOON, DO YOU WANT TO GO RING SHOPPING WITH HIM?" I yelled to let Jake hear. "YEAH!" He replied. I then replied to Jinxx:
Yeah, thanks Jinxx.
Then my phone began to vibrate again, this time it wasn't Jinxx, but Andy:
Morning Buddy, can I come over to wait on Ashley's whore of an ass?
I replied instantly:
Yeah, bring Juliet, everybody's coming over.
I then text Ashley to make sure he was awake.
Hey Ash, you awake?
Ashley text back instantly:
I've been up all night, CC, I need to talk to you!
He seemed desperate. I had to comment:
Dude, get your ass over here and we'll talk on the bus.
Ashley wasn't himself, the last time I talked to him.

Jake was finally ready with his bag packed and his clothes on his body. We walked down to the bus and put our bags down on our bunks. Ashley ran onto the bus and dived at me, pushing me onto the floor. "AHHH, ASHLEY!" I screamed out of being startled and in pain. "Jake, can you give Ashley and I a minute please?" I winced from the pain. Jake walked off the bus, leaving Ashley and I alone. I tried to push Ashley off me, he got off me anyway. I picked myself up and sat on the bunk across from Ashley's, coincidentally it was Jake's bunk. Ash sat on his bunk and looked at the floor. "Ash, what did you want to talk about?" I asked concerned. "CC, I feel lonely seeing everybody else with a partner. I'm straight and would like your help to get me a girlfriend, I don't know how to treat a woman because I've always been a man-whore. I need your help please?" Ashley pleaded as tears ran down his unpainted face one by one. "Okay, Ash I'll help you." I said stroking his face lightly. He looked up at me and flung his arms around me. "Thanks CC." He replied. Jake stood at the front of the bus and coughed to get our attention. "CC, I don't want you cheating on me." He demanded. "I would try and explain this, but I'll have to let Ashley explain as it's his business he wanted to tell me." I commented. "Ash I'll help, but I need to go ring shopping with Jinxx and Sammi." I whispered, luckily Ashley understood. I left Ashley alone on the bus. "Andy could you keep an eye on Ash, he's not himself?" I asked pleadingly. "Alright CC, I'll do that." Andy seemed condescending. I left it and got in the car with Jinxx, Sammi and Jake.
Jake's POV
I knew that CC would never cheat on me, especially with a man that isn't gay. I wanted to make sure that CC wouldn't cheat, I tried to push my thoughts aside and start to think about rings. I remembered that we were playing the UK, then Warped Tour. We could fly my family out for Download. CC liked that idea, it was sorted, we needed rings today. I had an idea of a ring that I wanted, but not an exact idea. CC and I were silent, while Jinxx and Sammi were talking. I got lost in my thoughts and just watched the scenery pass by. The first thing I heard was Jinxx's voice, he'd stopped the car. "Well, this where Sammi and I got our rings." Jinxx said looking at CC and I, presumably to see if we were okay and alive. CC and I looked at him before reaching for the door handle and clambering out of the car. I waited for CC at the closed car door. We held hands as we followed Jinxx and Sammi to the shop. "Jake, I love you and I'm not having second thoughts but, I'm a bit nervous." CC whispered in my ear. I looked at him. "CC, I'll talk to you later, but now we need to catch up to Jinxx and Sammi." I replied kissing him. We began to walk quicker until we were behind, and almost touching, Sammi and Jinxx. We only caught up to them at the entrance of the shop. We slowly walked around the shop from right to left, until we found rings that we each liked. We got plain silver rings with each others name engraved and a heart either side of his name. Jinxx and Sammi were happy with our decision. It took two hours for the engravings to be completed, so we sat at Pizza Hut across the street and got a pepperoni, stuffed crust, BBQ pizza to share, and a salad bowl each. We sat in for an hour and a half before heading back to the shop. We had a look at other rings, even though we'd made our choice. We each paid $200 for a ring each. All that was left to do was to get our papers to sign and book a priest to marry us. The ride home was quiet, there were a few words exchanged, but not very many. When we reached our house, Jinxx parked the car and followed us onto the bus. I dragged CC through to the back room. "Jake, not here or now. People might hear us and Ashley is very sensitive right now." CC explained. "CC, I want just want to talk to you. No euphemism or sexual context used in that sentence. "NONE!" I said sternly. CC gave a loud sigh. I'm not sure I want to know what he envisioned. We closed the door behind us, to give us privacy. "What did you want to talk to me about?" I asked him as we sat down. "Jake, I...I don't know if your family will accept me." He held his head in his hands. I moved over to him and put my arm around him to hold him close. "CC, my family have already met you, they love you and they want what's best for us. If it means that we love each other, want to live together, then they'll live with our decisions in life. CC they've accepted you whether you're marrying me or not... Wait... You are still marrying me, right?" I asked really nervous. "I couldn't live without you, of course I'm marrying you Jake." CC reassured me. He began to kiss me and soon he was kissing me with all the passion he had. "CC, we should stop, no sex until our wedding, agreed?" I asked him curious and anxious to see his reaction. "Alright, a quickie before we enforce that rule?" He pouted. "A quick one, and I mean quick." I replied.
Andy's POV
"Hey, Ashley can you come out for a second please?" I asked, shouting up the bus so Ashley might have heard me. Jinxx leant on his car while he hugged Sammi, Juliet insisted that she stood in front of me and wrapped my arms around her, so that my hands met on her chest. Ashley came out with his cowboy hat covering his face. "Hey, Ash you okay?" I asked concerned. "Yeah." He snuffled. "Ash, do you want to talk?" I asked, my arms now leaving Juliet and snaking around Ashley's neck. "No I'm okay, thanks for the concern." He snuffled again. I knew there was something wrong and I wanted him to tell me. "Anybody know about Jake and CC's wedding plans?" I asked while Juliet wormed her way under my free arm. Ashley shook his head lightly. "Not a clue." Jinxx replied. "No." Sammi said quietly. Ashley ran onto the bus, abruptly. "I'm sorry Juliet, I must help him, he's my best friend." I explained before running after him. When I ran onto the bus I was greeted by voices of CC and Jake. "OH, FUCK CC!" "JAKE, I WON'T LAST!" I was creeped out, but was quickly pulled back into reality and focused on helping Ashley. As I neared Ashley's bunk, I could hear faint sobbing, CC and Jake were still going at it. I slowly opened the curtain to expose Ashley and his porn covered bunk. I exposed his bunk a third of the way before climbing up onto his bunk. "Ash, do you want to tell me what's going on?" I asked as he cowered in the corner, still covering his face. "Get in and close the curtain." He mumbled. I did as he said and sat closer, pulling him into my chest. "Andy, I'm lonely. I want to love someone like you love Juliet, but I'm SSS...scared." He whimpered. "CC is going to help me, but I want more." I was a little confused by what he meant, but soon realised he meant he wanted more help. I could hear sneakers on the hard flooring over Ashley's whimpers. "Hey, Ash, you okay?" CC asked concerned as he stuck his t-shirt over his head. "I've agreed to help, or I have know." I corrected myself. "Ash, we'll take you out tonight, we will explain how to get a girl. Hold up, you're not gay, right?" CC asked assuming he was straight. "I'm straight, so I will want a female lover." He snuggled deeper into my chest. "We'll go now, Ash, get yourself cleaned up and we'll meet you at the front of the bus." I ordered...
