My Prophet

Andy and I looked around the apartment while sitting on our couch. We had just gotten done decorating and it felt so cozy. We had laid out Chtistmas cookies I made on the table and put in Home Alone. We were spending Christmas Eve in, and tomorrow our friends would come over for a fun gift exchange.

I had gotten Andy's present a few weeks ago, well I guess I should say presents. We decided to get each other two, one for the morning and a little more private and the other during the party.

My parents wouldn't stop calling me. Mostly my mother, I picked up when my dad called me. They had apparently been at the Nutcracker, but didn't get a chance to speak with me. I was still pissed at my mother, so I learned all of this from my dad. I told him I was spending Christmas with Andy and our friends to clear my head. He was upset but he understood.

"Your phones ringing." Andy said, his eyes still locked on the screen. I heard my ringtone and shrugged.

"Probably my mom again." I cuddled into his side and he kissed the top of my head.

"I wish I grew up like Kevin Mcallister." He sighed, causing me to chuckle.

"I know, he has a sick ass house." I exclaimed.

"That's what I'm saying! He lived the dream for those few hours when people weren't trying to kill him." He smirked. I tilted my head back in laughter, which Andy took as an invitation to kiss my neck. "Your so pretty when you laugh."

"So are you." I said, rolling my eyes. He laughed and his fingers brushed against my collar bone, causing me to shiver.

"I'm serious, Corrie. How did I get so lucky?" He asked.

"You rented the right studio space." I smirked up at him and he shook his head, silently chuckling.

"What were the odds. You could have chosen any of us to like." He said.

"Correction. I could have chosen three of you. Jake and Jinxx have girls." I said. "My choice was pretty easy."

"I hope so."

"No need to hope. Though, I did hate you at first." I bit my lip, trying to hold back laughter.

"Did you really hate me that much?" He whined.

"Yes." I nodded fiercely, "I thought you were an arrogant prick."

"Wow. I need to change my attitude." He said.

"I need to change my judgement, because I couldn't have been more wrong." I kissed his cheek and then his lips. He pulled me into his lap and deepened the kiss. His hands planted firmly into my hip bones, and his lip ring dug into my lower lip. My hands trailed up to grasp his shoulders. "Though you are a little arrogant." I said against his lips.

Eventually we pulled away, leaving me out of breath. "I love you." He smiled.

"Your so good at that." I huffed and fell into his chest.

He laughed, "At what?"

"At making me swoon." I shook my head.

"It's a talent." He pretentiously flicked his hair back.

"Mhm." I slipped my eyes shut. "I love you too."
