Finding Help

Since my parent's divorce I have been living with Mother most of the time and life wasn't as stressful as it was with all the yelling. Jake loved that.
"How is your parents treating you now?" he texted me
"Dad is trying to be father of the year but..... whatever mother is leaving me alone a lot. If I don't get some new friends summer break is going to suck." I texted back.
"Why do you say that? he asked.
"I wont be doing anything, no partying, no hanging out, NOT EVEN HOMEWORK."
"WOW kid how about traveling with us?"
"us?"
"BVB bro!!!!! lol" i was hoping he wasn't joking.
