Some things are worth fighting for

"I like Marzia.."
"That's funny!" Andy began to laugh. oh thank god I though to myself.
Emily glanced at her phone, "I got to get going if I'm going to make it on time to cheer practice. "She stood up and smoothed her skirt out.
"Wait your a cheerleader, since when?" Marzia said with much confusion.
"Since last week." Marzia pretended to throw up, Emily rolled her eyes. "Andy will you drive me?"
"Yeah."
When they left Marzia walked over to me. "So, you like me."
"Oh you uh - you heard that."
'How couldn't I, you practic-" Not know what else you do I cut her off by kissing her.
I ended the kiss, "Marzia will you out with me?"
"If there's more of thing involved," she gestured to his lips, "Then definitely!"

Emily's POV
the next day

"Please Emily!" yelled my two twin foster brothers.
"No, no television!"
"Emmy please!" yelled Mike
"Face it Mike, Emmy is just too boring!" whispered Drake,
"I heard that you brat!"
the children flipped out and began to pull my hair. Thankfully my foster mother came home and ordered them to stop. I stormed outside refusing to talk to her. I hate babysitting I think to myself when I get a text from Andy:
- Hey xx-
wait kisses??
-meet me at the park!- I respond
-Its snowing, are you crazy?-
-yes-
-fine-
-xx-

I run to the park, thank god I live so close. Andy is sitting on a swing with his ear buds in. I run up behind him and throw a snowball at the back of his head.
"what the-" he took out his ear bud and turned around. "oh hey em."
teehee I love that nickname. He ran up to me and pulled me close. "you must be freezing!" He said looking at my thighs, I was wearing my cheerleading outfit. I blush as he continues to stare "Here take my jacket." he wraps it around me, I shyly look down. "Hey" He whispers as he lifts my chin with his index finder so our gaze meets. "Hey" I whisper back.
