Story Of The Wild Ones

Semi-serious Authors Note

Not too long ago, I gave you guys a choice. I said that - because of my long hiatus (which was entirely my fault) - I felt like I lost the majority of my subscribers. It was a feeling that really sucked and I kind of gave up on updating because of the lack of responses. I'm sure there were more people than I assumed reading the very few chapters that I did post but, I had no way of knowing that without my readers commenting afterwards.

Anyways, when I got a good amount of comments begging me not to delete I decided to keep my stories; under the assumption that I hadn't lost readers and that maybe I would gain new ones to make up for the lost ones. So I updated two of my three stories (The Mortician's Daughter and When Love Met Destruction) and unfortunately received less than a hand full of comments on both stories. It was really disappointing which resulted in me, once again, losing my inspiration to keep updating. I mean, what's the point of writing for less than 5 viewers? The comments kept me going. I'm not blaming any of you, just myself, but I wanted to further voice why I gave up on writing these stories (if any of you happen to care haha).

At this point I'm not really sure what I'm going to do. I've been neglecting my original writings for so long that when I do decided to update, I either have no inspiration or feel as if the chapter sucks. It's quite discouraging but if I had some support I'm sure that would help.

I feel like I might be taking me writing fan fictions too seriously but, hell, I got such an overwhelming response on TWAD that it sort of became a priority to update for you guys. On that story, I was told that it should get published or turned into a movie. I had people telling me to make Youtube videos (which was totally crazy, but I loved it). It was definitely not something I was expecting, considering TWAD was the second fan fiction I ever wrote; so maybe I expected too much from my other stories. I don't know.

I just wanted to share this with you guys, because I do love to write and the fact that I haven't been bums me out. But, with that in mind, I don't see a point in writing if I have no readers/only silent readers y'know?

thanks for bearing with me! ♥♥♥♥♥
