Cruel Cruel

"Why are you doing this?" I asked Andy, as he painted my ring finger red.
"It's something I do to remind myself to never give up." He said screwing the top back on the bottle.
"I never paint my nails.." I said, my voice trailing off.
"Well you do now!" He laughed, "Nobody else does this but me, so it's going to be our thing." He kissed my nose, and I giggled.
Andy looked so tuff on the outside, who knew he could be so...sweet?
"Alright." I sighed.
We were sitting on my bus, staying out of the heat for a little while. Both of us performed later today, and I kept getting texts from everyone telling us to come outside and drink with them.
Ever since I met Andy, he and I barely drink anymore. A glass of wine or in his case whiskey with dinner, and that's all we have anymore. I kind of miss it.
It's been two weeks since we met, and I could feel myself falling in love with him everyday. That scared me, because I haven't let anyone in since Max.
"Want to go back to the our tent?" Andy asked me. Our tents were right beside each other's now.
"Yeah sure." I said as Andy grabbed my hand, and we exited the bus. I pulled his sunglasses off of his shirt, and placed them on my face. I had on Andy's leather, studded vest with his Batman pin today. He kissed the side of my forehead, and slung his arm around my neck.
As the tents came into view I saw Jack, and Alex from All Time Low, Derek, Brooks, and Alex from Mayday Parade, and all of Sleeping With Sirens with my band in between the Black Veil Brides and Shameless tents.
"Hey guys." Derek said, as we walked next to them.
"Hey hey." I smiled, and he offered me a beer. "I haven't had a beer in like a week."
"No time like the present." He laughed.
"Eh." I said shrugging.
"Lee stop being a baby and drink the damn beer!" I heard Alex say.
I raised an eyebrow at him and took the beer from Derek's hand, and chugged it.
"OHHH!" Jack yelled, as I threw the can at Alex.
"Point taken." Alex said holding his hands up, and bending down to the throw the can away. Andy grabbed a beer out of the cooler, and popped the top on it. I took another one, enjoying the smooth feeling of it going down my throat.
Andy pulled me to a folding chair, and I sat on his lap. Kellin, and Justin walked over to us.
"Where have you two been all day?" Kellin asked, wiggling his eyebrows.
"It's hot as Hell out here," Andy said, "We were in her bus."
"Hah! Whimps were not even close to the hottest part of the summer!" Justin said, and Kellin laughed.
"Yeah yeah." Andy rolled his eyes. Suddenly two black haired figures walked into the tent. "Mr. Radke how are you doing?" Andy laughed, and I stiffened when I saw the man next to him was none other than Max Green.
"Great man!" He said shaking Andy's hand, "Hey Lee."
"Hey." I muttered looking at my lap. Andy worriedly brushed a piece of my hair back. A girl walked into the tent next to Max, and he put his arm around her. Andy's hand tightened around my waist.
"Hi." I heard that familiar voice that tickled my ear every night, after we had sex. The feeling of pain I felt whenever he got up, and left afterwards.
"Hey." Andy said a twang of irritance evident in his voice.
"How are you doing Lee?" Max asked. I felt his eyes lazily run over my body, scanning Andy and I's closeness.
"Amazing." I said rubbing Andy's back. He kissed my cheek, and I smiled at him. Max rolled his eyes. I didn't even think Escape The Fate was on Warped this year, "What are you doing here?"
"I'm on Falling in Reverse's bus for a few weeks." He shrugged.
"That's fun." I said stiffly.
"Well we just wanted to say hello." Ronnie said, "I'm having a party tonight. You two should stop by."
"We'll see if we can." Andy laughed, and they both walked away. "We're not going are we?"
"I don't know, it was kinda fun making him so jealous." Andy chuckled at me, and I rested my head on his chest.
"WHY DID HE TALK TO YOU?" I heard Derek yell coming towards us.
I rolled my eyes, laughing. "I have no idea."
"I'm gonna kill him." Derek said angrily.
"Derek it's fine." I said grabbing his arm.
"No it's not! He broke your heart, I hadn't seen you that sad since.." I shot him a look, and he trailed off. "Well not in a long time." Andy was looking confusedly at us, and I smiled falsely at him. That was a close call...
