“Cheers to an awesome day!” Danny said hoisting his drink up in the air. The day was done and it was time for the festivities. People from all of the bands were roaming around the tour bus area and we were outside of the Black Veil Brides bus with Danny, Ben and Matt.

“And an awesome first performance by Riley. Congratulations you rocked!” Ben added.

I laughed from my perch on Andy’s lap. We were sitting on one of those fold up camping chairs.

“Since you’re a rock star now you have to drink up.” Ben said handing me a plastic cup full of God knows what.

I sniffed it and made a disgusted face. It smelled of pure alcohol. “What the hell is this?” I asked.

“You’re induction drink. Come on drink up.” Ben answered with a smirk.

“You don’t have to if you don’t want to.” Andy answered sniffing the glass himself.

“I was already inducted, that’s how I got my piercing and tattoo.” I answered.

“But you haven’t had the Asking Alexandria induction.” Ben replied.

“I’m a BVB roadie not an Asking Alexandria roadie.” I was trying to procrastinate. I was tempted to drink it but I wasn’t sure if I absolutely wanted to.

“You’re friends with Ben and me so of course you’re an Asking Alexandria roadie.” Danny added.

“What’s in it?” I looked into the cup like I would be able to tell.

“Jack, some Seagram’s, Jose, Captain and a little bit of Pepsi.” Ben answered. “It’s called everything in the fuckin fridge.”

“Nice.” I said sarcastically and then looked up to see everyone staring at me. “What?”

“Chug, chug, chug.” Danny and Ben started and then everyone else followed.

Dear God what did I get myself into? I hadn’t drunk since senior year in high school. I finally decided to suck it up and drink it. When in Rome, right? I put the cup to my lips and started chugging it. It tasted nasty and burned on the way down. But I didn’t spit it out because I knew that I would be hearing shit about it all summer if I did. I drank three quarters of it and stopped. “I can’t drink anymore.” I said trying to catch my breath but it was hard with the burning in my throat.

Ben looked into the cup. “Come on, you’re almost done!”

I sighed looking in on it. Gave it a disgusted look and then upended the cup finishing up the drink. “Yeah!” Everyone one yelled, holding up their drink.

“Welcome to the Asking Alexandria, groupie club.” Ben said taking another drink from Danny and then handed it to me.

“There is no fuckin way I’m chugging this one.” I said as I started to feel the effects of the last drink.

“You don’t have to drink if you don’t want to.” Andy answered.

I shrugged my shoulders, “I know.” I kissed him on the cheek. “Thank you, my knight in black body paint.”

“Trespasser Bitch!” Ashley yelled and I looked up to see Juliet Simms walking into our little crowd.

“Like you’re much better Asshole.” She retorted.

“That’s Andy’s title.” I answered. “Ashley is the Perv.” I didn’t know what the guys had on her but they didn’t seem to like her. I never met her so I wasn’t going to judge. Though I did like her voice and music.

She smirked, “And from what I heard you’re the Queen Bitch.”

I laughed, “I believe it was Super Bitch but I like Queen Bitch so much better.”

She chuckled, “Well thought I would find you here. I wanted to congratulate you on the awesome job you did today.”

I smiled, “Thank you. I wish I could have seen your performance today but I had to watch these assholes’ show.”

“Yeah and she’s our roadie now so back off.” Danny retorted.

Andy laughed, “And Black Veil Brides.”

I pulled Andy’s arms from around my waist and stood up, stumbling a little bit. “Where are you going?” He asked looking surprised.

“You guys are being rude so I’m going to leave.” I answered stealing Andy’s jacket that was on the arm of the chair. I handed him my cup as I put his jacket on. “Want to go for a walk or whatever?” I asked Juliet.

She nodded, “Sure.”

“Babe.” Andy started talking to me.

“Don’t Babe me.” I interrupted, taking my cup back. “I’ll be back in an hour.” I kissed him on the cheek. “I love you but you’re being an asshole.” I said and then left with Juliet.

It was good to have some time away from the boys. And Juliet reminded me of Katelyn. She was energetic and crazy and was making me laugh. Though that could be partially because of the alcohol.

“You should do a song with me tomorrow!” She said excitedly.

“What?!” I said almost stumbling over a rock…or maybe it was my own feet.

“Yes it will be awesome and I know the perfect song!”

“Wait? Me singing with Andy was just a onetime thing. I wasn’t expecting it.” I answered nervously.

“But they got that nice mic especially for you. You don’t want it to go to waste.” She said trying to convince me.

“How come everyone knew about this besides me?” I said grumpily.

“Word travels fast around here. And when Danny started talking to Hayley the news spread like fuckin wild fire. And people were wondering why the hell Danny would be trying to find a mic like that for Black Veil Brides. Not really their style you know and it’s not like Danny is the type of guy to talk to Hayley.” She said. “And then bam we find out that Andy had a girlfriend. So is it true that you were a debutant?”

“There are rumors going around about me?” I asked surprised.

She shrugged her shoulders, “Well, Andy Biersack being with a girl like you was a big surprise to everyone. So is it true?”

I shook my head, “No. I was a cheerleader and on the dance team but that’s only because my parents wanted me to.”

She nodded her head, “I can totally see that. So what is Andy really like? I heard that he was a big asshole.”

I shrugged my shoulders, “He can be but he’s also sweet and romantic. Like last night we went on our first date like ever because he has kinda been bed ridden for the past few weeks. Any ways he set up a nice dinner on the top of the roof and sang me All or Nothing by Theory of a Deadman. And then took me to the zoo when there was nobody else there and we got to play with a baby gorilla.”

“Aww…that just raised all my expectations for a guy.” She said with a smile.

I nodded, “Yeah I know, it’s going to be hard for him to top.”

We were back around the guys’ bus now. “So are you up for singing tomorrow?”

I nodded, “Yeah I guess.”

She smiled, “Awesome, then I’ll see you at sound check at one at the Ernie Ball stage. I want to do Heart Song. Do you know it?”

I nodded, “Yep.”

“Good, well night.” She said and then left.

When Andy spotted me he smiled. He had a cup in his hand and he was talking with Jinxx. “Hey, babe.” He said when I walked up to him. He gave me a sweet kiss on the lips. “Did you have a good time?”

I nodded, “Yeah. I’m going to sing with her tomorrow.”

“That’s awesome!” He responded excitedly.

“She’s back!” Ben yelled. “Another round of shots!”

I was so hung over the next day it wasn’t even funny. “I’m dying.” I said after I dry heaved into the toilet yet again.

“No you’re not.” Andy said rubbing my back.

“Got the water, saltines and the ibuprofen!” CC said from the entrance of the extremely small bathroom. Of course he said it in his normal excited CC voice.

“CC, keep your voice down.” I complained, squinting at him. The lights were too fuckin bright. “Get me a pair of sunglasses, I can’t fuckin see.”

“Okay.” He whispered and ran back off.

“You held your liquor pretty good last night. I was impressed.” Andy said making handing me the ibuprofen and water.

I took them and then groaned. “I don’t want to hear anything about alcohol for at least the rest of the day.”

“Here, you go.” CC whispered and gave me a random pair of sunglasses. I’m pretty sure they were Ashley’s.

“I have a fuckin sound check in like two hours. And it’s fuckin hot out.” I said putting on the glasses.

“You need a greasy breakfast.” CC answered. “Best cure for a hangover.”

“Can you get her something from catering?” Andy asked.

“Yeah, no problem. I have to go get Ashley something anyways.” He said and then left again.

“Where the fuck are my sunglasses!” Ashley yelled and I winced. “CC!”

Oh this was going to be a wonderful morning.

I got to the sound check feeling a bit better but still sluggish. Andy came with me along with me. My mic was all set up and ready to go and Andy helped me with the ear piece thing.

“You’re looking fantastic this afternoon.” Juliet said coming over to us as Andy was taping my earpiece wire down.

“Well I feel like shit. I’m so hung over.” I answered.

Juliet laughed, “Yeah I can tell. You should’ve seen Ben and Danny, they look worse than you. I’m surprised that they made it through their sound check.”

“Well I guess that’s karma then.” I replied.

“Done.” Andy said. “I’m going to go test the mic.”

I nodded and took a sip of my water. “Thanks.”

“Aren’t you supposed to be his assistant?” Juliet asked as Andy climbed up onto the stage.

I shrugged my shoulders, “He insisted on helping.”

Andy took the mic off of the stand and started walking around. “Testing one, two, three.” Andy said into the mic and I could hear it come from the sound system and in my ear. I held up my thumb and Andy started going through some scales, testing the sound. “I LOVE YOU RILEY!” He screamed into the mic, making me jump.

“Jesus Christ Andy!” I yelled as everyone around laughed.

He smiled and jumped down from the stage. “Mic’s all good.” Andy said and walked over to us.

We ran through the song a couple times deciding that Juliet would do the first verse and the first chorus while I did backing on the chorus, then I would do the second verse and the second chorus while she did the backing on the chorus, then we would sing the third verse together and the final chorus together.

“We’re going to rock.” She said excitedly when we finished it the last time.

I smiled, “I’m going to admit I’m pretty excited.”

Hope you guys liked the chapter ^_^ the whole Juliet coming into the picture was a big surprise to me lol but I love her as a musician lol and I knew of her (totally wanted her to win the voice) before I even knew of Black Veil Brides. Thought she would add a little something more to the story ^_^
