We will brave this storm

Jade pov

I was so happy that I was moving in with my dad. I ran up stairs to my bedroom and pulled out my suitcase from the closet. I put in all my clothes, makeup, and other stuff that I'll need. I put my iphone, ipod, computer, and kindle in my backpack along with it's chargers. I walked into the bathroom that was connected to my bedroom and got out the box that had my blades in it. I stared at it for a while. I should keep it here but i know that i am going to need it to relive the pain of what happened. I just finished putting the box in my backpack where no one will find it when my dad walked in.

"Hey how's it going up here? Do you need any help?" "No dad i just now finished packing." I stated calmly. "Alright baby we need to go we don't want to miss the plain." He said. I just nodded my head.

We got our bags and walked down stairs to say bye to my grandparents. "We will miss you sweetie. Be good we love you so much." My grandmother said with sadness in her voice as i hugged her. We pulled apart and my grandfather took her place. "I love you monkey! We'll see you soon." He said. He always called me monkey because i would always be climbing on things.

I nodded and walked over to dad who already had our bags in the car. "Ready?" He asked. I nodded no longer wanting to talk. My depression was kicking in and it was kicking in fast. We got into the taxi and were off to the airport.

~Skip plain ride~
*At the house still Jade's pov*

We pulled up to the house and i have to say it is huge.We got out of the car and dad took my bags for me. I didn't protest because i would have lost anyways.

I hesitated on waking into the front door. "Jade it's ok. No one is going to hurt you." Dad started to walk in and I followed him in. He closed the door and led me to the living room where I heard laughter and loud noises. We waked into the living room and all eyes were on me. I started to feel very uncomfortable since i have never met them before and they didn't know i existed until today.

A tall hyper man jumped up and rushed over to me and grabbed me hugging me really tight. I flinched and immortally got really scared. "Clam down CC you scared the poor girl half to death." A really tall giant said. He made he's way over to me and hugged me gently, "Hey I'm Andy." I faked smiled weakly. Two more guys walked up to me. "I'm Ashley."He hugged me. Then the other one hugged me too, "I'm Jake."

I looked down feeling my stomach twist. Dad much of noticed because he he put his arm around me prospectively. "I'll show you to your room so you can settled down and get comfortable ok?" I nodded and followed him up stairs. He opened the door to my room and it was a black room with a black bed and carpet. I was loving my room, all i need to do now is put up band posters. "I'll leave you to unpack baby. I'll be down stairs if you need me." He smiled at me and left.

*Warning self-harm*

I pulled out my phone and called Kelsie and told her everything that has happened. She was the only one who knew that Jinxx was my father. After i told her everything and hung up i was crying again. I already put all my things away and i walked into the bathroom that was connected to my room and pulled out my razor.

He man's voice was repeating in my head as i put the cold metal blade against my wrist as my vision started to blur. 'You are a slut' one cut 'no one is going to help you' another cut 'you will forever be alone' twenty more cuts. I dropped the bloody blade that was in my hand and i went to take a shower to wash off the blood.

*End of self-harm*

I put on some sweat pants and a t shirt along with a hoodie. I fixed my makeup and walked down stairs to see all the guys watching tv on the couch. I walked over to dad and layed down on his lap. "Hey why don't you take off the hoodie it's hot in here." dad said. i shook my head and told him that i was cold. I saw the disbelief in his eyes but he didn't push it. We watched tv until my eyes started to feel heavy. I felt my dad start to stroke my hair and that sent me into darkness.
