We will brave this storm

Jinxx pov

I sat silently in the waiting room along with everyone eals. Ashley hasn't stop bouncing his leg nervously since we got here. The do toes won't tell us anything about Jade expect that it is bad. I knew I shouldn't of left my little princess alone. So many thought came back to me about when she was born. She was so little and so presious. Me and Sarah was going to be a little happy family when everything went wrong. Sarah died hours after she gave birth to Jade. She told me to protect our little girl but I faild. I am so sorry Sarah.

"Jade Ferguson"

I shot my head up and walked to the doctor. "Is she going to be ok?"

"Jade is in bad condition. She had a concision and bruises and cuts all over. She also has a few broken ribs but other than that she'll be fine. You may go see her now." The doctor said before walking back through the doors.

Everyone got got up and followed me to Jade's hospital room. Ashley was right behind me the whole time.

I opened the door a little bit to eagerly. We walked in and I just wanted to break down. She looks so broken and so weak.

Ashley walked led over and sat in the chair by her bed. He took her hand in his and intwinded his fingers with his while kissing her hand gentily. I smiled at the sight of Ashley and Jade. He really does love that little girl, doesn't he?

Her eyes fluttered open and she groaned before closing them tightly again. I chuckled softly and made my way over to her other side and took her and in mine.

"Jade?" I asked wanting her to be I safe in my arms again.

"Daddy?" Her voice is so soft.

"I'm here baby." I leaned over and kissed her forehead.

My baby is alright. I look down at her and smiled. I'm so happy my little princess is alright.
