Broken Bones and Rebel Love

Jake POV:“WAKE UP! WAKE UP! NOW!” I rolled over and hit my alarm clock. I really need to change it I mean having someone scream wake up like there is a fire is a bad way to wake up every morning. I rolled over one more time and fell off the bad.I was too tired to stand so I crawled all the way to the shower. It took half an hour to get ready that includes me having a shower, drying and styling my hair, brushing my teeth and having breakfast. I started to make coffee when I heard a laugh behind me. I jumped so bad that when I turned around I had coffee all down my shirt. “Sorry Jake didn’t mean to scare you I just found it funny that you were awake before 1.” CC said smiling and throwing me a towel. “It wasn’t you I’m just not used to having a roommate.” I say returning the smile.
CC and I have been roommates for three weeks now and I’m still jumpy. Mainly because I don’t know the guy very well and he always pops out of no were. He’s really fun and doesn’t mind me having my friends over. I never had a roommate before so it was kind of strange shearing a apartment with some guy I barely know but it’s been fun so far and my friends like him so I figured it was a good start.
I spent most of my day after school hanging with Jinxx and Andy. We went to a new shop where they sold awesome band tops and had some cool skinnies. After that we went to this new fair in the city and went on all the rides. Andy felt sick after the tea cups and some 5 year old girls gave us some weird looks when we were on the Margo round. We just laughed and waved. We also went on fun rides like the roller costar and the pirate ship. At around 8:46 we got back to my place and ordered pizza, CC wasn’t home so I texted just to see where he was.
Me: Hay mate were u at?
CC: my friends Y?
Me: just coz I got a few friends over and wanted to see if u would come hang out but if ur busy then that’s ok.
CC: well b there in a sec k. :D
I smiled at my phone then made my way to the lounge where Jinxx and Andy were setting up COD. We were half way throw a battle when someone knocked on the door. “I’ll get it I say and pause the game. I know where everything is so don’t try to kill me when I’m gone coz I’ll know.” I said with a serious face. I opened the door and the pizza guy was there, it took me a few seconds to get the money out of my pockets.” Dam skinny jeans I just want my pizza.” I said in frustration as finally the money slipped out. I took the pizza into the kitchen and opened the box. I waited and counted up to ten before Andy and Jinxx came running in. “Wait for CC and his friend to get here they won’t take long.” I said just as they reached the pizza. “Your mean and who’s CC bringing?” Andy asked pouting at me with puppy dog eyes. “No you can’t have the pizza Andy and I don’t know he didn’t say.” I sad shaking my head at Andy. Jinxx laughed and went back to the lounge, we both followed him laughing.
CC got here not long after I sat down. He introduced us to his friend Ashley and we all sat to have pizza. We all took turns playing Mortal combat and if you weren’t playing you were playing truth or dare. It was funny Andy went first and dared Ashley to do a hand stand but Ashley couldn’t. Ashley was next “Jake truth or dare?” he asked smiling at me. “dare.” I say kind of regretting it from the way the smile on his face seemed to grow. “ I dare you to go out into the street and run up and down it three times screaming I love you all” he said as he looked around the group. I didn’t hesitate I got up and walk out to the street everyone followed. I did at I was dare and everyone laughed their heads off as a old couple gave me a strange look and a big dude with huge muscles stopped it high five me which was weird. After I was done we went back inside.
