Saving Batman

Ronnie's POV

Ronnie spent most of every day sitting in-between the two unconscious people. He felt so guilty. As soon as he woke up in the morning he would head over to the hospital, he would only leave their side for food and bathroom breaks and didn’t leave until late at night.

There was a day towards the start were the whole room was filled with people. Famous people. Funny man, Jdog, Jonny 3 tears, Da Kurls and charlie sceen from Hollywood Undead. Marino, Eru and Jermaine from Jgeeks. The relapse symphony, Paramore and The rest of Falling in Reverse came to visit. They all knew Andy and they had heard about Lilac from Ronnie. They wrote cards and brought balloons and soon enough the room was covered roof to floor in some kind of get well soon memento.

Even while Ronnie felt bad for putting Andy and Lilac in this position, he felt even worse for Lilac who had no one who came to visit her specifically. We were the only people in her life, No friends, No family, just me, my girlfriend, Willow and Andy.

~a few days later~

The room was silent other than two machines imitating Andy and Lilac's heart beats. I hear a small moan but I think nothing of it expecting it to be one of the nurses.
"were am I?" whispers a soft voice next to me.
I quickly bring my head up from my hands causing a huge head ache, but I didn't care.

Lilac was awake.

I stand up and run over to Lilac. "It's ok, you'll be fine. Just wait a second" I quietly state before running out the door screaming my head off calling for a doctor. My hands up in the air flailing around while running up and down a few corridors.
I finally run into a doctor and dragged him to the room. Lilac was sitting up rubbing her head and examining her arm currently wrapped in a cast. She looked towards the door and gave a half smile to the doctor.

I walked over to Lilac while the doctor checked the clip board on the table beside her.
"How are you?" I asked Lilac
"what do you expect" She chuckled.
"What do you remember happening today?"
"uhhh… I remember going to the shops and Andy running into my in the bra and undies store. I remember walking around and laughing at Andy as he stole a boy's chips and watching him fan girl. I remember going back to your house and I remember Andy running towards me."
"awesome. You haven't forgotten a thing." I smiled and Lilac smiled back before the Doctor ushered me away from her bed side to do a few checks.

~an hour or two later~

After talking to Lilac we found she was in perfect condition other than her broken arm. She was told how to look after the cast and so on.

After a little while of sitting in that room silently, all you heard was a muffled moan and a huge plonk.
"FUCK" Andy screamed as a small girl and her mum walked past our room.
"Mummy what dose Fuck mean?" the little girl asked and Andy was given the death stare of his life from the mother.

I cover my mouth trying not to laugh but it failed. After my laughing fit I helped Andy back into bed and went off to get a doctor.

Andy's POV

After Ronnie left to get a doctor I looked over at Lilac and she looked at me. We exchanged smiles and being my smart ass self I whisper-
"I never got your phone number."
"why didn’t you just ask Ronnie?" Lilac replied with her sweet soft voice.
"He can be really mean some times." We both laughed at what I said and Lilac agreed.
"Hay what made you run into me like that?" Lilac asked not meaning to be mean.
I paused realising what had happened. I felt dreadful. I realised now that the body's was a prank, but still, I had broken Lilac's arm.
"I am so sorry, I didn’t mean to, Ronnie pranked me and I freaked out, I tried to stop I swear, I didn’t want to knock you over!" I blurted.
"Calm down Andy, I know you didn't mean to hurt me, and I'm feeling better than what I did earlier today." Lilac said trying to sooth me. I smile weekly at her and she stood up and walked up to the side of me bed.
"Move over a bit will ya" she smirked as I gave her room to lie next to me.

She climbed on beside me and faced me and our fore heads touching. We lay there just staring at each other for a while, and without thinking I lightly kissed her nose. She smirked and returned the kiss. Feeling a lot better, I cuddled up to her and she closed her eyes facing the other way. Not thinking, I started to nibble of her ear causing a cute giggle and a moan as I bit a little harder. I moved her hair way from her neck and started to place little kisses behind her ear and all over her neck. I pulled her closer to me and wrapped my arms around her waist.
"I want you so badly" I whispered in her ear.
Instead of pulling away she giggled "Well you'll have to wait until we get out of this place and until I can feel my arm" waving her broken arm in the air.

Not long after Ronnie returned with a doctor and he checked my head, gave us our medication and let us go home.
We walked out to Ronnie's car in the underground car park. Ronnie drove and Lilac sat next to me in the back seats. We he'd hands and Lilac rested her head on my shoulder. Ronnie started awkward conversations about the football which Lilac and I both had no interest in. When we got back to Ronnie's house I propped myself up on the couch thinking that was where I was going to sleep.
"I have a king sized bed in my room if you want to sleep there" Lilac whispered in my ear.
She lead me to her room and we cuddled underneath the blankets and soon fell asleep.
