The One You Have Come To Know

I jumped off his bike. I couldn't believe it. I thought I was going to crash but right before I hit the car behind us my wings sprouted by instinct and up I flew into the sky. The feeling was amazing!! The wind blowing through my feathers as I glided through the air. My hair billowing behind me with each gust of wind. I was on cloud nine, literally. I didn't know this but fallen angels could actually sit on clouds. They were so fluffy and soft like cotton.

I flew the rest of the way to the.. carnival? That's where they were taking me was to a carnival. I landed in the bed of my truck and climbed out of the back. And as soon as my feet touched the ground I was bombarded with the guys' voices. "why the fuck did you do that?" "are you stupid?!" You could have died!!" " Are you trying to get yourself killed?!" I couldn't take so I let out a low growl and they backed off but were still pissed. "Calm down all of you. I knew what the risks were but I also knew that my instincts would kick in. I am not dead so chill!" I finally let out. Their faces softened and sighed in unison.

Jinxx pulled me into an embrace "Please don't scare us like that again." I nodded and kissed his cheek. He put a hand on his cheek and blushed. I decided to keep my wings out just to fuck with people. I giggled and skipped towards the gates of the carnival.

JINXX'S POV

She kissed my cheek!! OH. MY. GOD. The heat built up in my cheeks and I placed a hand on the cheek where her lips once were. She giggled adorably and skipped away. Ashley brushed past me and murmured, "no fair". I smirked a little. He has never gotten a kiss from Anna but I did. HA! Take that Purdy boy! With a smile plastered on my face we caught up with Anna and paid for our tickets.

Her smile never left her face or faltered. She was happy to be here and I was happy to be here with her. I felt a fire start in my stomach. My heart skipped a beat at the sound of her laugh. She was the most perfect creature ever. I wanted to protect her with everything I had. I wanted her. All of her, Her body and love. I wanted nights where we could cuddle up and watch movies till we fell asleep. I wanted days were we just talked about everything.

I was falling for this girl , hard. I didn't know how to tell her and then my worst fear came crawling back up. She will reject you. Your nothing to her. How could she ever love something as despicable as you? That little voice that brought my worst fears back to life. But I couldn't let them take over just yet, I had to brave this day for her.

ASHLEYS POV

What the fuck?! Jinxx gets a kiss on the cheek and we get nothing. I looked at him and saw the love in his eyes for her. Oh hell no!! She can't be his. I won't it happen. I pushed past Jinxx and murmured "no fair" And walked to catch up to her. She was smiling and My worry's melted away just being near her. I smiled next to her as we all paid for our tickets and entered the carnival.

She bounced around like a bunny laughing and shit. People gave her stares for her wings but she didn't care. She just kept that damn smile on her face. We laughed at her as a mom was carting a child away from her like she was satan. It then hit me like a wall. Why I was so pissed about that kiss and her jumping off my bike. I was falling in love with this fallen angel. I think all of us were. Bu I wanted her. I wanted be selfish with her. I wanted to spoil her and give her whatever she wanted. I wanted to show her off to everybody that she was mine. To hold her hand and make guys jealous of me for having such a beautiful girl as mine.

I needed her and I was going to have her....
