“ANDY” I shouted trying to stop him from risking his life, it was no use. I knew how he was feeling, I would have done the same if it was ella being taken away. we all looked out of the gate at andy who had stopped in the middle of the battle field and was looking around. “dude! we cant let him be out there on his own! hes gonna get fucking killed!” said CC we all ran into the compound to grab whatever wepons we could find then we ran back out to the gate.
I nodded at Ashley and he opened the gate. we walked out slowly kinda like a scene from a film where the heros get ready to fight. imedietly a bullet is shot towards us, we all duck and separate. I head off to protect andy who is now running after Juliet. two F.E.A.R soldiers start running after him, it only too two bullets to kill them both. I was good at shooting, that was my speciality when it came to fighting just like Andy is good at running and Ashley is pretty handy with a knife. I saw andy sick his knife into the soldiers chest and watched as the masked figure fell to the ground, loosening his grip on Juliet.
I reached Andy and Juliet just before another group of solders did. I instructed Juliet to run back to the compound as fast as she could while me and andy stood back to back facing separate groups of F.E.A.R soldiers. I shot one bullet which took down two soldiers and pushed a couple over. andy ran towards the group of solders he was facing with his knife held like a dagger, he plunged it into a solders eye socket. there was about 5 solders in each group since I had shot down two I only had three to go, they were easy to kill just one bullet in each of their chests and they all fell to the ground. I turned to help andy who looked like his was struggling. one more bullet took out another solder so there was only one left. I tried to shoot but realised that I had no bullets left, I shoved my gun in my pocket and looked at andy for help, he wasn’t armed either, his knife was stuck in a dead soldiers leg.
the soldier was getting closer, andy stood in frount of me as if to protect me but I pushed him back. the solder was directly infount of us now and was aiming his dagger at my heart, I ducked out of the way but andy couldn’t move fast enough and the dagger plunged into his sholder. he let out a load moan and dropped onto his knees. “sorry mate” I said bending down and ripping the dagger out of his sholder, he groaned again only louder this time. I took the knife and killed the last soldier. CC and Ashley had taken care of the rest and were now safe inside the compound. I looked around to make sure we were alone then picked up andy to carry him into safety.
