Eve’s Fantasy Life
The Prophets POV
We stand outside of F.E.A.R.’s layer. Standing here, we can hear the screams of our army. When F.E.A.R.’s soldiers (also known as Shadows) appear, we just watch for a second. We are not afraid, for we have been training for this moment. Our youngest soldier runs out with his only weapon. He throws it at the Shadows, but they catch it. He runs away, as planned. We send The Destroyer in next. Punching the crust of the earth, he sends a wave so strong that it busts the door to the building down.
We run inside to free the others. I scream my rebel yell as they run, knowing it will empower them. We run in on the rebels being tortured and locked together in cages. We fight. We free them. But we are missing one soul. The one soul that caused us to fight back for a change. I can feel her spirit. It is being guarded by non other than F.E.A.R.’s finest.
Knowing we cannot save her at this time, we begin to make our way to the only exit. Right before we get there, we are stopped by the Shadows we have just fought. The other saviors and I all know what to do. We yell for the others to fight, and we go in ourselves. We give it all we can and defeat the Shadows. We let the Shadows die without a second thought. We have evolved from the shy and quiet rebellion. We have gained power.
