I Love You More Than I Can Ever Scream

Confrontation

After school, Andy, the group, and I all set out to post flyers all over town. We all walked over to his Land Rover, and Sandra's Black sedan. I was the first one to notice the large group gathered beside the cars, and next to a few others. Peter and Danielle amongst the group. Andy followed my gaze to the cars.
"God Damnit." Andy said, putting his arm around me. As we drew closer, the other group became silent.
"Look who it is." Peter said, Danielle behind him smirking.
"Look man, we really don't want any trouble." Chris said, beating Andy to any snide remark he was about to make.
"Well I do." Peter said walking to Andy, and pushing his shoulders. Andy pushed him back.
"If you could inform me what the hell I or any of us did to you, that would be greatly appreciated." Andy said, sarcastically. The worries in my gut only multilplied when Danielle walked over to the newborn fight.
"Nothing, you just irritate the shit out of me!" Peter said, laughing. His friends behind him began standing up straighter instead if leaning back on the cars. They looked ready to fight. "That's a great reason." Andy rolled his eyes. "All were trying to do is get to our cars so.." We all pushed past the group, and hopped in either Andy or Sandra's car.
"Whatever Biersack, this is not over." Peter said loud enough so we could hear him through the car. Andy, once again, flipped him off before backing out of his parking space. Sandra following his lead. Annabelle, and Danny were in Sandra's car and Chris was in the back of Andy's as we sped down the road.
"Hey Chris, text Matt, or Eve, and tell them to meet us downtown." Andy said looking at Chris in the mirror.
"Okay." Chris said from the back.
"Andy, seriously, why do they hate us so much?" I asked him, concern wavering in my voice.
"I honestly have no idea." Andy said, "Peter, and I have always hated each other but we just stayed out of each other's way. I don't know what's changed."
"I think he's pissed off your dating Andy, and not himself." Chris said.
"That's not true, he's dating my sister." I said plainly.
Chris shrugged, "Maybe he thought since he was dating your sister, you'd be friends with them instead of us."
"I think your right." Andy said, eyes on the road. I rested my head against the seat, and closed my eyes. My head was pounding from one of my infamous migraines. I opened my bag, and pulled some aspirin for my bag and swallowed two dry.
"Headache?" Andy asked. I nodded. He reached over, and grabbed my hand. He rubbed his thumb over my knuckles, before returning both hands back to the steering wheel. After about ten minutes we pulled over to the side of the street, where Matt, and Eve stood. Andy parked, parallel with Sandra behind us, and we jumped out of the car. Sandra had about a hundred flyers in her hands.
"Let's all split into groups to tack these up." Sandra suggested. Everyone nodded okay. Sandra, and Chris paired up, Annabelle, and Danny paired up, obviously Matt, and Eve paired up, and Andy and I paired up. We walked in opposite directions posters in all of our hands. Andy, and I walked towards the shopping district, hand in hand. I began taping flyers up on telephone poles, sides of buildings, basically anywhere that offered advertisement. Once our twenty five posters were gone we walked back to our meeting place. Everyone was back, so we decided to head to Andy's. Once we made it to Andy's house we all sat around in the basement. Andy placed his arm around my back, and pulled me onto his lap. I sighed in content, and layed my head on his chest.
"Andy, have you written any new songs recently?" Chris asked, excitedly.
"I wrote one last night, I'm pretty excited about." He said, smiling.
"What's it called?" I said looking up at him.
"The Mortician's Daughter." Andy said his baby blues focused into mine.
"I wanna hear it!" I exclaimed. Andy laughed, and got up to get his acoustic guitar. He came back, and immediately began strumming a soft, melodic tune.
"I open my lungs dear, I sing this song at funerals no rush...." Andy began singing the song. I immediately wondered if the song was about me, I pushed the thought out of my head until he got to the second verse, and the thought returned. His eyes were glued to mine. "I'm home again." Andy strummed the last chord.
"That was beautiful." I was the first one to say anything.
"I think we all know who that's about." Danny said laughing, as did everyone else. Andy pulled me back onto his lap and whispered into my ear:
"You."
