I Love You More Than I Can Ever Scream

A letter sat on top of our kitchen table. Jasey, and I were staring at it afraid of what it may contain. It was from a lawyer back in Cincinatti, and both of us were clueless as to what could be the contents.
"Just open it, Andy." Jasey placed her hand over mine reassuringly. I nodded, and tore the top of it open.
I scanned the letter, and I felt my head start to pulse.
"Bobby, and Mark.." I said.
"Andy what's wrong?" Jasey said, and I tore my eyes from the letter to stare into her shining blue eyes.
"Their going to sue the band, because they said we stole from them!" I said angrily. Jasey's mouth hung open in shock.
"What!?" She yelled. "But you wrote the lyrics, and you changed the guitar parts!"
"I don't know why they're doing this." I said putting my head in my hands. Jasey scooted her chair closer to mine, and rested a hand on my back. Her hands stroked my long hair, and I looked up at her.
"You have to fight this." She said.
"I'm going too." I said.
"You should call your parents, and see what they think you should do." She kissed my cheek.
"I will." I said pulling my phone out if my pocket. "Can you call the band, and get them over here, tell them what's going on." She nodded, and stood up, as did I.
I started walking to our bedroom to make the call.
"Andy?" I stopped walking and turned around.
"Yeah?" I asked the gorgeous girl behind me.
"Is Chris a part of this too?"
A sense of pride soared through me, because I was able to say, "No, he isn't. It's just Bobby and Mark." She nodded, a small smile on her face.
"That's good." She said. I smiled at her, and then turned around to make the call to my parents.

About twenty minutes later, I got off the phone with my parents, who were already on the phone with a lawyer, and the guys were seated in the living room of our apartment, extremely angry.
Ashley was pacing around, and Jinxx was staring at the ground. Jake looked pissed with his arms folded across his chest, and CC didn't really know what was going on, made obvious by the confused look on his face.
I had Jasey pulled close to my side, and my chin was resting on her shoulder.
"What are we going to do!?" Ashley said.
"My parents said this wouldn't be hard to fight." I said.
"When are we going to resolve this, we're going on tour again soon!" Jake said.
"I think we're going to have to pull from Warped." I said sighing, "There is always next year."
"But our fans have already bought tickets for Warped it won't be fair if we pull!" Jinxx said.
"I know, but we can't risk losing the band." I said.
"What exactly are they suing for?" CC asked.
"Lyrics, guitar parts, and the name of the band." I said, angrily because I thought of the name for the band, and they were my lyrics. We also changed a lot of the guitar parts, and the only three songs we used on our album were Knives and Pens, We Stich These Wounds, and The Morticians Daughter. All of those songs were written before Bobby and Mark even joined the band. If anything Chris should be the one suing, and he's not.
"That's so stupid." Ashley said crossing his arms over his chest. "Those dudes suck, I never liked them."
"I wish they'd never been in the band." I said sighing, but knowing we'd never have had this opportunity without them.
"Let's please keep this on the down low. We don't need this getting out right now." Everyone nodded, and we sat their in silence for a long time after that, wondering what was to happen next.
