I Love You More Than I Can Ever Scream

"Jasey baby, it's okay." I said stroking her hair. We were in our bunk, and Jasey was sobbing into my chest.
The previous events of today had taken a toll on her.
As soon as we were back on our bus, she had started sobbing. I carried her into our bunk, and held her to my chest.
"It's not okay." Jasey said sniffling, "They were our best friends and they just beat you up in an alley! We loved, and trusted them!" She clung to my chest tighter, and I pressed her closer to me. I kissed her forehead as her sobs racked my body. I felt tears of my own start to form in my eyes. She was right.
We did trust them. They were my other family, we hung out everyday. They were supportive of Jasey, and I. They didn't care that I just wanted to be with her literally every second. I loved them.
"I know," I cooed in my deep voice, which was thick with sadness, "I know, but aren't you glad we found out their true colors now rather than later?"
"I guess but I thought we were done with them, when they left the band. I thought we would be able to move past it, and love each other like a family again." She gasped.
"I guess love isn't always fair." I said shrugging. She nodded, and we sat their holding on to each other for a few minutes.
None of the other guys were on the bus yet, so Jasey and I were alone. I scooped her up in my arms, and took her to the front lounge, and I sat down on the couch still holding her bridal style. She cuddled deeper into my chest, and closed her eyes. I grabbed the remote, and clicked on the TV. I kissed her forehead, as I felt her fall asleep. I sighed focusing my attention on whatever was on. It happened to be the Batman cartoon.
I became invested until I heard CC, jump on the bus. I glanced at the clock on the wall to see it was already two in the morning.
"Hey dude." CC said whispering, due to the sleeping Jasey in my arms.
"Hey." I said sullenly.
"Why didn't you come to the meet and greet?" He asked, sitting beside me.
"Some of our old friends paid us a visit in the alley while I was smoking." I said, and noticed the bruises on my face. His expression turned to anger within a matter of seconds.
"Did they touch Jasey?" He asked. I cringed thinking of when Danny had his hands on her tiny arms. I looked down at them to see bruises on them from when he held her so tightly. I nodded slightly.
"Luckily Austin, Tino, and Alan ran out and got them off of us." I said.
"I want to murder them all! You don't touch a lady." CC said crossing his arms over his chest.
I nodded, "They used to be our friends." I said seriously, "They were the original Black Veil Brides."
"What!?" CC said.
"Yeah." Andy said, "They were the ones in the back of the club today. Some of them weren't even in the band, they didn't even have a reason to do it, but they did anyway." I rolled my eyes thinking of Matt and Danny.
"That's messed up man." CC said, "I'm sorry."
"It's whatever dude." I said resting my head on the back of the couch.
The rest of the band made it back on the bus, most of them drunk. Ella and Sammi were stumbling around, and clutching on to their boyfriends side. Everyone was being loud, so I clicked the TV off, and carried Jasey back to our bunk. I changed her into her pajamas, and I stripped down to my underwear. She curled up with the blanket in her sleep, and as soon as I got into the bunk she burrowed into my side. I didn't get much sleep that night, as our bus sped off towards Hollywood.
