I was so mad at him! How could he talk that way about Sammi?!

I knew her since we were teens! We are best friends since I was 14. We did everything together, but her family moved away. We had each other's number, but my phone cracked and I lost all contacts, including Sammi's. I used to call her "Doll" and she called me "Dragonfly". 10 years later, already working on my career, we found each other again. We took a break and spent a week together as we chatted and told each other all the news. She was in a band called IMAX where she played keyboards. She used my nickname for her as her artistic name and now she was dating a rock star. His name was Jeremy, but she called him Jinxx. He played rhythm guitar (and sometimes piano and violin) for a band called Black Veil Brides. She told me all about them and I got interested. The guy named Andy seemed a really kind person, but the recent problem evolving his ex-girlfriend and a girl named Hannah made me take a step back. Would this guy be just a player or not? I would have to met him and know by myself.

Suddenly, Sammi's phone went off and she quickly answered. It was her boyfriend, Jinxx. He invited her to a party with the rest of the band. She asked if she could take a friend with her and convinced Jinxx to say yes. I met Andy that day, and being very intuitive, I discovered that he really was an amazing person. She introduced me as 'Dragonfly'. We talked all night long and exchanged numbers. He called me the next day and we started going out. A week later he asked me to be his. And we've been happy since this and the nick 'Dragonfly' also glued by him. He even tattooed this on his left hand. In my right hand I tattooed 'White Rabbit' because the first movie we watched as a couple was Alice in Wonderland, and I told him that he was the white rabbit that guided me to my own land of wonders.

All the flashbacks were playing in my head as I walked to Sammi's. I needed the truth! I couldn't believe that she did what Andy told me, but I couldn't feel he's lying too. Just...exaggerating. I had feeling was that something was wrong.Very wrong.

I shiver run down my spine as I reached Sammi's door. I took a deep breath as knocked.

The only sound was my heart beating against my rib cage as I waited. The door opened and there stood Sammi, smiling softly.

"Dragonfly! That's unexpected! How are you doing, hun?" She jumped, hugging me.
"H-hey..."
"What are you doing here?" She asked still smiling.
"Samantha" using her full name means problems. "We need to talk"
"Ok. Come in"

I walked in and sat on her purple couch. She sat right by my side. I looked into her eyes and asked.

"Doll... What happened that night at the club?
"What do you mean?"
"Andy told me that last Friday night you found them at a club and had an argument with Jinxx. He told me that you said that I and Ella were jut dating them for fame and money. Is that true?" I asked with my eyes slightly wet.
"Of course not! I'd never do that! You are my best friend!" She exclaimed looking shocked.
"Sammi?"
"Yes, hun?"
"I've known you for a very long time... and I know you very well."
"So do I."
"So why are you lying?" I asked standing up, feeling betrayed.
"I'm not!" She stood up too, her eyes wide.
"Yes, you are. I can feel it, see it in your eyes."

She groaned, fisting her hair.

"Why do you still listen to him?" She asked angry. "Can't you see that he's just like Jeremy! He'll use you and get rid of you in a heartbeat!" She said snapping her fingers.
"You introduced me to him! I'm happy with him! I've been since we met!" Now I was shouting "I love him! And he loves me! Even if you are or were my friend, I'm done! You betrayed my friendship! Talked behind my back! What the hell is going on?! That's not you! You look like a hole new person! Jinxxn never ever did something to harm you! Never looked at any woman as he looked at you! He loved you with all his heart! He composed a melody on violin for you! But then you cheated! How could you Sammi?!" She looked taken aback and shocked, as if she had just woken up. As fast as her expression changed, it went back to that bitchy face. "I won't let you unhappiness and unlucky love choice or unfaithful hear to interfere in mine!"

I grabbed my back and started walking away, but she grabbed my arm and pulled me back with and impossible strength, sending me flying to the opposite wall. My hear hit a mirror on the wall and I felt a wetness spreading through my hair. The fragment buried itself in my skin. My arm was hurting furiously and bent in a strange angle. It was broken. Sammi broke my arm and cracked my head open!

She started walking to me as I ridiculously tried to escape somehow dragging myself away. She just smirked and held me by my neck easily lifting me up and cutting my air supply. As I gagged, she started laughing deviously. I was turning purple and my lungs burned. Black dots started to stain my vision and then numbness.

Suddenly the hand choking me disappeared. I fell to the ground coughing, but finally being able to breath, my head dizzy.

"What do you mean?" Sammi asked to someone. I rose my head and saw her looking at her laugh, talking to nobody. "Hummm… I see. I hadn't thought about this yet. It's an awesome plan!" She looked at me. "I'll make Andrew pay for taking away my friend!".

My eyes widened and I got desperate. No! Anything but Andy! She must have noticed my face 'cause she just smiled. A creepy innocent smile.

"Ahhh don't worry, Julie Nicky!" Another nickname, right now, really?! "I'll not lay a finger on him..." I sighed relived. She grabbed me by the neck again and I saw it. Her once green blue eyes were glowing a bright yellow. Behind her stood a smoked figure. A tall, tanned skin woman with raven black long hair, curved body, long red painted nails and a red dress that looked like Jessica Rabbit's. Her eyes were all black and the irises were blood red, her teeth were sharp and row, like a shark. She had a demoniac smile on her face.

Sammi tightened her grip around my neck and I looked at her pleading. "You will " She finished and stabbed my stomach with a fragment of the broken glass, making blood gushed from the wound. She let me go and I fell, feeling numb. I was going to die. I knew it. The last this I remember was the smoky woman turning real smoke and entering through my wound. A excruciating pain took over my body and then nothing...

Blackness surrounded me and a diabolic laugh echoed through my mind.
