Kelsey and her little sister always wanted to see Black Veil Brides. But when Kelsey's sister turned nine, a life changing thing happened to her. She was diagnosed with Leukemia and was given a year and a half to live. Kelsey does the unthinkable and sends in a video to the Make A Wish foundation to give her sister the final wish she wanted before her time was cut short.

When the Make A Wish Foundation answers, the call of plea from Kelsey. Kelsey soon finds her life changing and everything falling into place.
