I woke up, remembering Andy, and the events of the night before. I sighed, smiling. Suddely my dad ran into my room with a tray of breakfast for me. He placed it on the bed, and I sat up, pulling the tray towards me. "Come on darling eat up, today is a big day." I looked up at him with my green eyes. "What do you mean?" I asked, taking a bite of toast. "Today is the New years Eve! Today is the day that was fortold! Today is the day that the road to ou victory starts!" He said.I droppd the toast back onto the plate. Not now. Please not now.

"Dad why do we have to fight? Why can't everyone just get along?" I asked. The smile dissapeared off his face. "We have to fight because the wild ones don't care about anyone but themselves. They have no pitty for anone, and the follow no rules. I have told you this many times, When is it going to get into that brain of yours?" He asked, a stern look on his face. "But if yo just sar down and talked to them-"
"That would do nothing. They are animals, nothing more."
"You don't know that."
"And neither do you. Better to be safe than sorry. Now eat your breakfast and get ready. The celebrations need to be prepared." He said, leaving the room. I grew wide eyed. I was going to meet Andy tonight, and I had totally forgotten about the celebrations for new years day.

I groaned and pushed the breakfast off my lap. That whole ordeal had just made me lose my appetite. I got out of bed, and put on a nice dress that could cope with the heat. I backcombed my hair, and did my make up. I sat down on a chair that was nearbye, and sighed. I searched my mind for a method of how to get away to see Andy.

I was deep into my thoughts when I heard a helpless scream coming from the corridor outside my room. I opened the door, and looked out, trying to see what was going on. I saw two of the F.E.A.R, holding a girl, dragging her down the corridor. She was fighting, trying to make them losen there grip so she could run, but it was impossible. She had long blonde hair, and misty blue eyes. She was wearing the F.E.A.R prisioner clothes, and looked like she was a new member of there collection. She made eye contact with me. Her eyes pleaded with me for help. I closed my eyes, and wished for something to happen, anything so I could get her away form them.

Suddenly my eyes started to burn, and I opened them again, just as the lamps above us burnt up and exploded, leaving us in pure darkness. I ran forward, and grabbed the girl, pulling her down the corridor, and into a secret passage in the wall that my mother had shown me all those years ago. There was some daylight as we walked through the passage. "Thank you." the woman said, hot on my heels. "No problem. I hate it when they do that anyway." I said, taking her hand, giving her a grin. She grinned back at me, he eyes twinkling.

"How did you do that?" She asked, and I gave her a confused look. "Did what?"
"That thing with your eyes. You closed them, and when you opened them again, they were bright red, anf then everything exploded."
"I....I don't really know. Everything happened so fast and I've never done anything like that before. It might have not have been me, it might have just been a coincidence."
"Maybe....but it didn't seem like that to me." She said, causing scilence between us. "So anyway whats your name?" I asked, trying to make small talk. "Sammi Doll, whats yours?"
"Star."
"Nice name."
"Thank you, your to." I said, grinning at her.

We continued to walk, until we came to three different tunnles. "Where is your camp?"
"Near the stream."
"Go down this tunnel, and after a while it should come out straight to the stream. You should be able to make your own way from there." I said. She smiled at me, and started to walk towards the tunnel. She turned to me, smiling. "Thank you Star, your different for the other F.E.A.R, and I will always be here if you need help." I nodded at her, and she turned back, and walked down the tunnel. I turned, and walked back to the head quaters.


Sammis POV

After walking for what felt like hours, I finally came to an opening. I walked out, and came to the stream. I smiled, and walked over to the camp. I heard people yelling my arrival, and the gates opened, revealing the whole of the camp inside. I walked in, and Jinxx ran at me, scooping me up into a warm hug. He spun me round until placing me on the ground. "Oh my god are you hurt, what did they do to you? How did you escape?" Jinxx said, looking at me,looking for marks. "Jinxx I'm fine." I said. CC, Ashley, Jake and Andy had now walked over to us. How did you escape? It's impossible to escape." Ashley said, thinking so hard that his brain could have popped out of his skull.

"Well not if you have Star." I said, smiling. Andy stiffened. "Who?" CC asked. "Star. I don't know who she is exactly, but she was in the F.E.A.R head quaters. She saved me from them, and took me down a secret tunnel and told me where to go to escape. She's differnt."
"Is she one of us?" Jake asked. "No I don't think so, she was wearing a F.E.A.R neckless, but she seem's to be like one of us in her heart."
"And her names Star?" Andy asked me, his eyes growing softer by the minute. "Yes, why?"
"Oh no reason, just checking I got her name so we could save her when we take over." He said, I looked at him suspiciously. He wouldent look me in the eyes, and his cheeks started to turn ever so slightly rosey. "Well we better carry on with decorations. "

We need to have a celebration tonight so we can mark the say everything starts, the day that is the start of our journey to success." Andy said, walking of to help some of the wild ones with candles. I sighed, wondering why he was acting like this at the mentions of Star, and followed Jinxx off to help make streamers.
