Shadows Never Die

I awoke in a medow mid day. I looked around noticing Andrew just waking up. Beyond him I noticed the small clearing had a circle drawn deep in the ground about a foot deep and three inches wide. Three huge oaks towered spread equally around the circle towering over the circle blocking out the light. Andrew tried to stand up slowly stumbling and fell into a tree for support. I crawled over to a tree trying to stand and stepping on something sharp and metal. It punctuated me foot causing me to growl, pulling out a small dagger type thing I looked at Andrew. His face held fear and shock. Andy P.O.V. I stood up in a daze my head spinning I saw Ashley on the other side of this strange circle. I stumbled falling into the tree. 'Damn it' I cursed under my breathe. As I gain my balance I heard a growl spinning around to see Ashley with red eyes and fangs protruding from his teeth. I know my face held fear... why... what... "Ash...?" He looked up at me after ripping something covered in blood out if his foot. "What!" He spun his hed head around staring at me. "Ash.. calm down. Now please... its you your eyes theyre red and and... your teeth...." "what?" He calmed down a bit and his eyes went back to the chocolate brown they normally were. His teeth went back to normal also. "Ash where the fuck are we?" "Um... it it looks familiar." "Yeah it does. But where is it?" "Why your at Lucifer's Circle" a third voice called. We looked around frantic to find the source. Owner jumped down from the tree landing on his feet crouching ever so slightly. "Don't worry im not here to hurt you. I infact was the one who saved you." "Why'd you bring us here then?" Ash said hesitantly. "Well you were bitten and when you were they drank too much before I got there. This was the only place I could bring you that you would survive due to this places powers." "What do you mean powers?" This time I spoke up. "Only place in the world that has the power to heal or mend humans to live or carry on. Only a handful of people know about it but only one. Me. Knows how to used it to save and create." "Create?..." Ash whispered. "Yes create! Did I studder?!" He boomed all of the sudden. "Im sorry sir but he means what do you create?" I quickly jumped in. "Do you feel any different?" "My throat hurts, I need something... but I dont know what it is... what... whatd you do to me... us?" "I simply saved you and made you better but with a cost" "And the cost?" Ash asked. "You aren't the same. Your wont be able eat what you used to. You cant let your anger show to humans." "But we are humans...." Ash said again. "Ah but you aren't you crave blood. You need it to survive. You have better hearing, sight, you are unnaturally fast and strong. Youre not alive." "Like," gulp, "a vampire or something." "Ah you're catching on. Yes your a vampire." Ashley's P.O.V. Oh my... what am I going to do... I.. Elisabeth... OH FUCK ELISABETH! "Can can please tell me we could still try and lead a normal life?" "No I shall not lie. You cant your referring to your dear Elisabeth. Youd kill her. Your too young and by the time your not she will have already moved on or died." "NOOOOO!"I fell to my knees as did Andrew we wept and wept. "THIS IS NOT FAIR! WHY DID YOU SAVE US?! WHY DID YOU DESTROY US!" "Calm yourself. I'm sorry I know how hard this is-" I cut him off "NO YOU DON'T" I screeched. "YOU HAVE NO IDEA SHE WAS MY LIFE!!! I WAS GOING TI MARRY HER!!! SHE WAS MINE!!! AND YOU RUINED THAT!!!!!" My eyes turned a flaming red I wanted to rip him to shreds. My fangs protruded as I growled crouching down ready to spring. "ASHLEY!!!" Andrew yelled. I glanced over to see him in the same state as me. We both turned back to the man. He put his hands up backing away slowly before bumping into the tree he jumped out of before. As soon as his flesh hit the tree we pounced. Biting, clawing, and ripping away limbs and flesh. When there was nothing left Andy turned to me, nodded his head and we ran off. Seeing as he was telling the truth about our new found speed we made it to a small town. Hungry started to get the best of us. We saw one of the towns whores and one of her customers for the night walk into the alley. Mmmm even though she smells of sex and the man of shame their blood smells amazing. We ran up grabbing them by their necks. I grabbed to man, Andrew grabbed the whore we bit down on their necks while covering their mouths. We drained them completely the thirst quenched. Fearing that someone would find the bodies though we dragged the bodies easily out of town where nobody would ever find them. Now that we could think strait we desided to figure out if we should do what the man had said... or risk our loves safety...
