Chapter 12

Raven's POV

~Time Skip ahead a few weeks~
I've been dating Andy for almost 2 weeks, and we've managed to keep it from the guys this long. We wanted to make it really special for them, but weren't sure how to do it. Andy knew the guys would be really happy for him, that he didn't doubt. I, on the other hand, was scared of what they'd think of some girl dating their best friend, and lead singer. The last thing I wanted was for them to think I am dating him because I'm some crazed fan.

Since that morning, I've moved my stuff, and myself to Andy's bunk, and we've spent almost every available moment together. Sadly, tour is ending at the end of next month, and I don't know where that leaves me. But that's the last thing on my mind right now. Tonight is officially my first date with Andy. I've never been in love, nor on a date, so I have no idea what to expect, but since it's with Andy, I am sure it'll be a blast.

I'm on the bus hanging out when my phone vibrates. I pull it from my back pocket, and check the text. It's from Andy.

Andy: "Hey Beautiful, you might wanna get ready for tonight's date. Dress in something casual. ;)"
I don't respond, but I have the biggest smile on my face. I slide my phone onto the table, and head to my suitcase to find something cute.

I rummage through what clothes I do have, but nothing is feeling right. I know Andy will say he don't care what I wear, but I do! Sighing in defeat, I grab my phone, and call the only person I know who can help in this crisis.

"Sammi speaking, What's up Raven?!" She chimes excitedly. I can't help but to giggle at her over-enthusiastic demeanor. "I'm doing pretty good, thanks! Hey, I got a date tonight with Andy, and he said to dress casual, but I have nothing to wear. I was thinking we could go shopping or something?" I ask. Sammi is the only one who knows about Andy and I, but she promised she wouldn't tell. I know I can trust her.

"I would love too! I'll be there in like 10 minutes!" She answers back. I giggle, and roll my eyes playfully. "Okay, meet you outside the tour bus!" I reply before hanging up. I grab my Batman purse that Andy insisted he get me, and my money that I've earned from working the merch. tables. As I step off the bus, I grab a cigarette, and light it while I wait for Sammi.

Seconds later, she pulls up out front of the tour bus, and waves me over. I finish off my cigarette, and climb in her car where she crushes me into a hug. "Alright, let's go get you gorgeous for your man!" She squeals as she heads to the mall. I giggle, and nod my head.

Several hours, and outfits later, Sammi returns me to the bus, and follows me inside. "I texted Jinxx to keep the guys busy so I can work with you here. Let's do this!" She claps her hands together, and works her magic. When she's finished, she shows me in the full body mirror. I hardly recognize myself. I feel cute for once, like maybe Andy won't be ashamed to be seen with me in public. ( www.polyvore.com/born_to_run/set?... "You look amazing. Stop stressing. Andy's going to love it. Come on, let's take a picture!" I nod, and we both pose in the mirror before she takes several pictures of us. Finally we are done, and we pick out the best one. Uploading it to her Twitter, I glance over to see what is says.

"@RavenRebel: My girl, and I looking good!"

I stifle a giggle, and clean up our mess. Just as I finish zipping up my bag, I hear the tour bus door open, and in steps Andy. He's got ripped, black skinny jeans on, with a ripped up Motley Crue shirt on. His hair is really short, and cute, and I love it. He looks me over, and I blush as he smiles.


Andy's POV

Tonight's my first date with Raven, although we've been dating for 2 weeks already. I'm taking her to a theme park so we can relax, and just have some fun. I am dying to see what Sammi has done to her. I know either way that I'll love it, but still. I'm so nervous that I keep checking the clock every few minutes.

Jinxx is keeping us busy, and if I'm not mistaken, he's still the only one besides Sammi, that knows. I didn't tell him though, Sammi did, but made him promise not to tell the others yet. I finish my cigarette, and grab a beer from the fridge as we chill backstage for a while.

The next thing I know, Sammi is texting me, asking for me to come out to the bus. I pull the door open, and my mouth drops open. Raven looks stunning. I absolutely love it, and I don't have the words. "You like it?" She asks with that cute blush. I smile, and nod. "It's beautiful, babe. Just like you." I send her a wink, and she smiles. "Looks like my work here is done! I'm off to find my man, now, you two love-birds have fun! But not too much!" Sammi warns with a wink before running inside.

"You're still not telling me where we are going, are you?" She asks as she crosses her arms over her chest. I step forward, and place my hands on her hips. "Nope. I just hope you'll love it." I say with a smirk. Leaning down, I press my lips to hers, and pull her against me. Her arms are around my neck as her lips move in sync together with mine. Things are getting heated, and quick.Breaking the kiss, she smiles, and pulls away, and giggles. She gave me one more peck on the lips before I took her out to the car, and headed towards the carnival.
