Our first concert

Getting ready

Sally’s pov.

We all woke up at 6 to get started on the make up and stuff. Seeming as I don’t get hangovers I start on the ‘hangover repellent’ coffee which works a treat on the other girls. I also get all the make up and stuff out as I was the one doing make up and hair today. I decide to get Maize up first so I can get her done with and she can stay out of trouble. I tiptoe over to where Maize was sleeping and wake her.
“Come on Mai time to get up.” Maize was the flower girl. She has a pretty white dress, and her long hair is curled with flowers put into it. I love playing with Maize’s hair- for a baby of 1 and 3 months it was pretty long it came down to her waist. I put her cute little shoes on along with the arm band that still fits and sat her down in the living room and put on her TV.
I next wake up Megan as she would give me the less trouble. The theme for us girls was roses. We all had different colours but a rose hidden somewhere. Megan’s colour was blue and it really suited. She had a delicate baby-blue dress with heels to match. A beautiful necklace which had four little blue diamonds in it. Blue rose earrings and a blue rose bracelet. Her make up was plain but simple, light blue eye shadow, pale pink cheeks and lips. Her hair is took me a long time. I had to straighten it which took about an hour considering her hair is long and thick I then platted to plats down wither side of her head, then but the rest of the hair-with the plats- in to a messy-neat bun which was help with transparent hair bands and a jewelled comb. Megan goes and keeps Maize occupied while I make a move on Bex. Bex’s colour was pink. Her dress was strapless and looks amazing. She had Pink rose earrings and a pink flower necklace. On her left arm was a pretty bracelet and on her right hand was a pink bow ring. Her make up consisted of a white base with pink on the eyes. White-pink blusher and pink lip gloss. Her hair was just curled and left with a pretty flower headband in it.
“Wow!” Megan says looking back at Bex’s outfit, she was very shocked when she found I got all the dresses and planed it for Amber.
“Sally, will you plan me wedding” she asks I roll my eyes and laugh at her.
“ELLA GET YOUR ARSE UP NOW!” I scream for the dozens time and Ella drags her self in and sulks on to the stool. Ella’s colour was a cream white. Her outfit consisted of a short-ish white dress, high heels. Silver rose necklace, rose ring, and Rose corsage. Her make up was light with only creams on her eyes and pale pinks on the rest of her face. Her was put into a bun and was held my two white flower grips.
I now have to go wake up Caitlin this was going to be painful, I grab some water and spill it over her face
“GET UP” I shout. She moans and puts the pillow over her head.
“Now” I say using the same tone I use to tell maize off
Caitlin’s colour was green. This suited her amazingly well. A pretty green dress with heels to match. Bracelets going up her wrist and she like most of us had rose earrings. I love her necklace which simply completes her look. I put her hair up in a weird plat sort of thing around the back of her head. Her eyes were green with a little eye liner on and that was it for her make up.
I now had to get my self ready, my colour was peach. It didn’t take long for me to get ready, I was in a simple peach dress, I was wearing the ring Ashley got me when I gave birth. I had a rose bracelet, necklace and earrings. My hair was pulled back into a weird style which did actually look nice.
I now had to get Rose ready. I sat her down and started on her nails. I was putting grey nail varnish and Rose looked up at me and said,
“Thanks for all of this.” She says. I smile up at her.
“Anytime, hey I am a maid to day” I wink. She laughs.
“You’ve done really well, everyone looks beautiful.” She says.
“Why thank you.” I say cheekily and she laughs.
After the nails were done I order her to go get into her dress. She came out and she looked stunning. It was strapless and had a floral pattern all down it. Her heels were sparkly and high. I had to give her walking lessons in them which were very comical. On her left hand was a Black Hand piece which is borrowed. She then put white arm gloves on both arms- this covered the hand piece put you saw the ring. These were old. Her necklace was beautiful. I got her come earrings that went all the way up her ears on her right there was a black rose and on her left a white. I put her hair up in a typical wedding way and put a pearl and Diamond Head band.
“Right, check list.” I say.
“Something new” She says.
“Dress, check” I reply
“Something old”
“Arm gloves.”
“Something borrowed”
“Hand piece”
“and something blue”
“Ankle bracelet, we are good to go I say,”
We walk out and go sit into the white limo. Our bouquets were delivered. When we got a view of the venue we were amazed. It was BEAUTIFUL.
