Party Time!
"I can't belive how unfair your being Mr. Roberts! This wasn't Ruby's fault." I yelled at my boss.
"I don't care, she disturbed the peace here, and not to mention she damaged my kitchen! So unless you want to be unemployed too Ms. Fereguson, SHUT YOUR MOUTH AND GET BACK TO WORK!" I said nothing after that. I just went back to work. Ashley and Jake were still here helping some of the staff clean up.
"Hey, you ok?" Jake asked rubbing my back.
"Honestly, no. He's being so unfair to Ruby he has no idea what she's going through." I said holding back tears.
"I know its cruel what he did, but what's done is done. Maybe theres a better place for Ruby to find a job." Jake said.
He was right, Ruby did always talk about quiting, so being fired probably wont be as bad as it seems. Once my shift ended, Prue came to pick me up. Jake and Ashley rode with us since the rest of the guys were at the apartment with Ruby. The whole ride home was silent, no one said a word, and based on the look Prue had, I guess Jinxx told her what happened wih Ruby. We got to the apartment to find the guys hanging around in the kitchen, but Ruby was no where to be found. Jinxx came up to me and held me in a tight hug.
"Did you talk your boss into giving Ruby her job back?" He asked.
"No he said he has no good reason to give her the job back." I replied. The room was quiet except for the tv that had a game on it. "Where is she?" Prue asked.
"She's in her room." Andy pointed down the hall.
"I'll go talk to her." I said walking to her door.
I knocked on her door but there was no answer. I knocked a few more times then Ruby told me to come in. The room was pitch black. I made my way to Ru's bed and sat next her. She didnt's move over to look at me she just laid there on a pillow soaked in eyeliner.
"How are you feeling?" I asked. She didnt respond. I sat there in silence then soon realized that she was asleep so I left her room. When came back to the kitchen the guys were gone. Prue said that they left to get ready for my party.
"Whats the point in having a party when my best friend is so deeply depressed." I asked my sister.
"Its exactly what you need right now Bay. A party with people who care about you and want to celebrate you is the best thing for you, and Ruby." She said putting a hand on my shoulder.
She was right (hell, Prue was always right). I went back to Ruby's room this time she was awake.
"Hey you up for a party tonight?" I asked wiping the smeared eyeliner off her face.
"Why not, I'll just go get drunk and maybe wake up with some hungover hottie in my bed." She replied.
"Ruby, you don't mean that?"
"Dont I?"
"Come on, the guys are taking us to a club, you love going to clubs, we can have fun dancing, laughing, and getting drunk together."
Ruby laughed at my vission and agreed to go with. We had about two hours to get ready for my party so we rushed to get ready.
The boys showed up at about 9:00 and we were all ready to go. Ruby wore a knee length red dress with a back shawl/apron veil covering the skirt. She wore black tights and a set of black heels, straightened her hair and put a black headband with a bow in her hair, and finally a black cross necklace. As for me I wore a purple knee length dress that Jinxx brought me, said that it was a birthday present from Sammi. The dress was strapless with desins of black leaves and tree branches surrounding the skirt. I wore a pair of black heels like Ruby. I gave my hair some simple waves, then put on the the earrings Rubby gave me and the necklace I got from Prue. I also wore a silver bat necklace that Jinxx gave me for my birthday. When we were both finished Ruby and I walked into the living room to where Prue and the guys were waitin for us. As we walked in I noticed Jake was staring at me .
"Wow Bay you look beautiful." He smiled I blushed, then noticed something else. Ashley was staring at Ruby, and not in his usual pervertive way. Holy Shit! Does Ash have a thing for Ruby?! Well, if he does this night could get very interesting.
Just as we were about to leave for the club Prue's phone went off.
"Hello?" She anwsered I could barely hear who was on the other line.
"Ms. Fereguson, I need you to come to the university we are having an important meeting." It was Professor Marks the head professor at the university.
"Tonight?"
"Yes, is that a problem?"
Prue looked at Jinxx and I. Jinxx and I exchanged a glance then I mouthed 'go'.
"Ok sir I'll be there in half an hour." Then Prue hung up the phone and gave me a sad look.
"Prue it's ok I don't mind, go to your meeting." I said
"But I don't want to abandon you on your birthday." She whined
"It's ok Prue, I will be with her and get her home safely." Jinxx said reasuring her.
"Okay. Be safe." Prue said with a sigh.
She gave me a hug then left saying good bye to the others. I was a little upset that Prue wasn't coming with us but her job at the university is important to her so it was right for her to go.
"So who's ready to PARTAY!" CC shouted running out of the apartment. We all laughed. Andy was the first to walk out then I saw Ash extend his arm for Ruby.
"May I escourt you to the car?" He asked. Ruby smiled and took his arm and they walked out willingly. Then Jinxx and Jake stood on either side of me doing the same as Ash did for Ru,
"Shall we birthday girl?" Jake asked with a smile. Jinxx smiled and waited for me to say yes.
"We shall." I said taking both their arms, and we walked out of the apartment.
We got to the club about ten minutes later. It was insane, there was bright lights, loud music, and a huge bar lit up with neon lights. I couldn't belive this place honestly. Once we found a booth to hang out in I sat between Jake and Jinxx, Ruby sat next to Jinxx with Ashley on her other side. Then Andy sat next to Ashley on the end and CC sat next Jake on the other end. CC managed to get a waitresses attention, I found it a little wierd to have waitresses in a club but oh well, anyways, CC ordered 7 shots to start the party.
"Cheers to the birthday girl! Happy 24th Birthday Bay! Let's get drunk and wild tonight!" CC shouted as we clanked our glasses together, then devoured our drinks.
Then I felt something vibrating next to my leg. It was Jinxx's phone.
"It's Sammi, I'll be right back you guys." Jinxx said and walked out of the club. After he left ASh asked Ruby to dance with him and then they disappeared into the crowd on the dancefloor. Andy and CC headed to the bar to get more drinks, leaving me alone with Jake. We sat there for a few minutes and didn't say anything.
"So, um Bay, I got you a birthday present." Jake said cracking his voice. I laughed a little and saw him pull out a small bow out of his jacket pocket. He handed me the box and I opened it to find a necklace that had a black heart on it that said 'I love rock n roll'.
"I know that Joan Jett is your favorite rockstar so I thought of you when I saw it. He smiled
"I love it! Thank you Jake." I smiled. He helped me put it on then he asked if I wanted to dance. We walked onto the dancefloor right as a slow song started. I looked at Jake and he was looking at me nervously. He reached out his right hand to take my waist then took my right hand in his left. When we danced together I felt like the happiest girl in the world. I laid my head on his shoulder and he rested his head on mine. Then we broke apart when Jinxx walked back into the club and asked if we wanted more drinks. That was the last thing I remembered before I was too drunk to remember anything.

~Jake's POV~
"Jake would you mind taking Bay and Ruby home, I need to take Andy and CC back to the hotel before they pass out." Jinxx asked me. It was 3:00 in the morning and Bay and Ruby were really drunk, I agreed to take them home so Jinxx could handle Andy and CC. I went over to the booth where Bay, Ruby, and Ashley were sitting, Ash surprisingly was the only sober one there.
"Hey you guys I'm gonna drive you home, you guys are really drunk." I told the girls.
"What are you talking about Jakey, we're not Druuuuunk." Bay said with her alcoholic breath
"Hehe Ashley your Preeeeetty." Ruby said twirling a piece of Ash's hair.
"Ash will you help me get them into the car?" I shouted over the music.
"Sure, I just hope they don't rape us on the way." ASh says with a grin. I gave him a small glare then picked Bay up and ASh did the same with Ruby. When we got to the car we put the girl's in the back, and drove to their apartment. I decided to call Prue to see if she was awake. The phone rang twice then she picked up her phone.
"Hello?" She said tiredly
"Oh, Prue, it's Jake did I wake you up?" I asked
"No I'm still at the university, whats up Jake?"
"Ash and I are dropping Bay and Ruby off at your place."
"Why cant Jinxx do it?"
"He had to Andy and CC to the hotel, there were WAAAAY to drunk."
"Okay, just make sure they make it to their beds, last time they went out partying Ruby passed out ont the couch and puked all over it."
I chuckled a little." Ok Prue no problem."
"Bye Jake"

Once she hung up I pulled up to the apartment building. I parked the car and opened the back seat doors. Both Bay and Ruby were passed out. Ash picked Ruby up and carried her to the doors, I did the same with Bay. When we got to their apartment we carried them to their rooms, I laid Bay down, took off her heels then pulled the covers over her. I was at the doorway when I heard her sweet voice.
"Jakey? Where you going?" She asked
"Ash and I have to go back to hotel." I told her
"You're going to leave me here all alone?" She looked like she was going to cry then I walked over to her bed and held her in my arms to calm her down.
"I'll be right back I'm gonna go talk to Ashley." I told her
She smiled and I walked out to Ruby's room. I knocked softly
"Ash can I talk to you?" Ashley opened the door. He was shirtless and Ruby's lipstick was all ove his lips.
"Dude what the hell are you doing in there!"
"Ok I know this look bad but she came onto me."
"Shes drunk you're practically taking advantage of her."
"Ashley? How long are you gonna keep me waiting?" Ruby came up next to Ashley in nothing but her bra and panties.
"I'll be there in a second Ru." Ruby went back into the room. "What did you want to say Jake?"
"Umm well I was going to say that I think we should stay here with them since Prue is still at the university."
"Ok, see you in the morning bro."

I walked back into Bay's room and she was sitting there waiting for me.
"Jakey, you came back!" She said opening her arms. I walked over and hugged her
"Ash and I are going to stay here with you guys until Prue gets back."

"Whoa! Bay what are you doing."I asked shutting my eyes.
"Well I'm not gonna sleep in my new dress silly." She disappered into her closet then came out in a large Kiss tshirt.
"Umm, I'm gonna go crash on the couch." I was at the door way when she stepped in front of me and our bodies were up against each other.
"You dont want to stay in here with me." Bay started to sob.
"Oh Bay, umm... of course I do it's just.... uh" Before I could say something Bay pressed her lips against mine and pushed me back to her bed. I wanted to stop her but then again I didn't. For a long time I've dreamt about Bay and I being together and kissing her felt....WOW! But she did stop for a breath then rolled off me and fell asleep. Holy Shit! Bay is an amazing kisser even if she was drunk. What the hell is the matter with you Jake! She's Jinxx's little sister, he'd kill you if he knew about this, he told you to not go out with either one of his sisters! You're betraying him. All the thoughts raced through my head. Jinxx would be so angry if he found out that I liked Bay. I was about to get off Bay's bed when she rolled over and laid her head on my shoulder.
