*3 weeks later*

I sat up- eating soup as I waited for Jason to come and release me from the hospital and the calming effect of pain meds. "Mmmmmm... Chicken Noodle- my favorite," I murmured, savoring the taste that was warm on my tongue.

The door screeched open, a nurse stood with a clean pair of clothes in hand- courtesy of Jason. "Here you are sweetie, your friend brought these up for you."

I nodded, "Thank you, and could you tell me what today's date is? I haven't been able to keep track of time." She smiled, "It's been five weeks since you were found, do you remember what day you went to The River's Bend with your friend?"

"Yes, October 5th- so that means today is the 9th of November?" She nodded, "Correct, your pretty quick at math." "I'm in all honors classes." I replied.

"Yo, Ames, get your ass dressed and let's go, BVB is waiting for you." Jason poked his head through the crack in the door. "Alright, but you need to get out Jase-Jase." I teased; he's never liked to be called Jase-Jase- ever.

"Shut up." He said, rolling his eyes.

I was getting ready to go to the BVB concert here in Oregon. I am wearing a white BVB tank with a black camisole underneath, red ripped skinny jeans, black-and-white high tops, and a cropped side-zip leather jacket. I also had curled my hair, put on base, blush, mascara, and a coating of eye-liner; cherry lipgloss was a necessity.

Lastly I put a purple bow in my hair, and added my multi-chain cross necklace, cross-and-feather earring, stud and ear piercings. And my lip ring.

Jason cat-called when I walked down the stairs. I scoffed, "You'll never get some of this." He cracked up, and then I joined in.

"Mah milkshakes bring all the boys to the yard, damn right, they're bettah than yahrs!" Jason sang in a high-pitched girls voice. I was dying, tears almost spilt out of my eyes, luckily I remembered my newly-applied make up.

In the car- on the way to the concert- we rocked out to Three Days Grace, Pierce The Veil and Black Veil Brides.

We sang, playing air guitar at a stoplight.

I sang the harmony that a girl sang in the song- which was just vocal noises anyways.

"We are idiots," I giggle, my face beet-red from singing so loud. "Yep," Jason agreed, grinning. "I'm glad that we're friends." I say genuinely, smiling softly.

We got to the concert early, so we went to eat before the show. "I'm driving!" I yelled, grabbing his keys. "Where should we go?" I ask Jason, "Wendy's!" He screeches, and I swerve because he scared the living shit out of me. "Seriously? Don't scream like that when someone is driving!" I yell back, exasperated.

"Sorry," He smiles sheepishly.

We ate good food, and then decided to head back to the concert.

Jason drove- so I could scream while he was driving- "OH SHIT!" I screeched, he pissed himself. I know, 'cause I saw the wet spot, and he had to change his jeans. "Paybacks a bitch ain't it?"

"Ames! You bitch!" He yelled after me as I giggled and ran into the building for dear life.

I love having Jason as a best friend.
