Your'e not alone anymore

Ashley's POV

Jayy and Dahvie came back down. "No luck man. she wont come out"
i walked up the stairs and lightly tapped on kathryns door.
"sweetie come on... at least let me in. you dont have to go to school today if you just open the door"
i heard movement from inside her room, the lock clicked and her door opened about an inch.
"promise you wont make me go?" she asked
"i promise." i said
she opened her door more and allowed me inside.
i sat on the foot of her bed and she climbed back under the covers.
"why dont you want to go to school kat?"
she groaned from under the covers, then sat up.
"why dont i want to go?! look at me! they dont want me there! ive been bullied enough in my short lifetime for 100 kids. and you want to know why i really dont want to go?!" she said beginning to raise her voice. "because im stupid dad! because im just an orphan i miss alot of school. and social aspects of life. IM A L-O-N-E-R" she spelled out.
i looked at her shocked.
"i had no idea..." i said to her. patting her knee through her blankets
"please please dont make me go." she begged.
"well, you have to get schooling... its against the law if you dont... but maybe we could try an alternative, like a tutor or online school... thats probably better for the touring schedule anyway..." i said giving her a smirk.
she smiled back at me. "so i dont have to go to normal highschool??" she asked excitedly.
"no, i guess not" i smiled.
"AHHHH I LOVE YOU!" she screamed and wrapped her arms around me.
"i love you too kiddo"
