"[Your name]!! Let's go!" You heard Ashley yell from downstairs. "I'm coming!" You replied and grabbed your purse from the nightstand beside your bed. You ran down the stairs with a smile on your face. "So, where are we going?" You asked. A grin spread over Ashley's face. "You'll just have to wait and see." He said.You pouted and crossed your arms. "Can't you just tell me?" You whined. "No 'coz then that will ruin the surprise." He said and gave you a quick kiss. He grabbed your hand and led you to the car. Hopping in the passenger seat,you waited for him to get in the car. You saw Ashley then turn and run back inside. You raised your eyebrow and waited for him to come back. Ashley came back with something in his hands then he stuffed the object in his pocket. "What was that?" You asked curiously. From the quick movement, you only caught a glimpse of the object. "Nothing." He said and started the car. You looked out the window as Ashley drove you two to your destination. You glanced over at Ashley a few times during the trip before you closed your eyes and went to sleep. "[Your name], wake up. We're here." You heard Ashley say as he shook your shoulder. Grumbling a few incoherent things, you begrudgingly sat up and wiped your eyes. You looked around but saw nothing recognizable. "Ash, where are we?" You asked. "Our destination." He replied and helped you out of the car. It was a town you have never been in, but in front of you only about 30 feet ahead of you was a resturant. Glancing at the clock on your phone, you saw it was 8:30 at night. Ashley took your hand and led you inside the fancy building. "A reservation for 2?" Ashley said but it sounded more like a question. The man looked down at whatever was on his little podium and nodded. "Ashley Purdy, right?" Ashley nodded. The man motioned for you two to follow him. He led you to a table with a card on it that said 'reserved'.
