I Love You.. Dad.

Jay's POV

I looked down to see Eve was asleep. She rolled over onto me and was pressing down nto my bruised ribs. I hissed with pain and she bolted awake. "Jay what's wrong?!" She asked. I shook my head but she wouldn't let it go. She pulled up my shirt and saw the bruises. "Holy shit! What happened?!" She asked. "N-nothing." I said. "Jason David Todd don't you dare fucking lie to me." She said. "Ok... I get abused at home... It started a little bit after our moms died.." I replied. She gasped and ran downstairs. I got up and followed her to fin her in the living room talking with Andy. "Jay is it true?" He asked. "What?" I said trying to play it off. "Do you get abused at home?" He asked. I looked down at the ground and my eyes welled with tears. I nodded and he came over to hug me. "Jay it's gonna be ok. I have an idea." He said. "What is it?" I asked. "We're gonna go to the police. If we show them the bruises maybe they'lllet me adopt you then you and Eve can stay together." He said. I nodded and looked up at him. "Thank you Andy." I said. He smiled and hugged me then we went to the cops. After we showed them the bruises they said they'd take care of it. In the mean time I was aloud to stay with Andy.

3 Days Later

Andy's POV

I got a call and looked at my phone. It was the cops. "Hello?" I asked. "Hi yes is this Andrew Biersack?"They asked. "Yes it is." I replied. "Yes we have gotten the father of Jason in custody and he is being sent to prison for child abuse. Ifyou would still like to proceed with the adoption of the child then you may come down and fill out the paperwork." The cop replied. "I'll be down there in 10 minutes." I replied then hung up. "Kids come on and getin the car!" I yelled. I got my keys and the 3 of us piled into the car. "Where are we going?" Eve asked. "To the police station so I can officially adopt Jay."I replied. They smiled at me and then turned on some music. A few minutes later we pulled into the station.We got out and walked inside.

45 miutes later

Jay's POV

We walked out of the station smiles on our faces. I am now officially Jason David Biersack. We made the drive to my old house and I went upstairs to my old run down falling apart bedroom and packed the few things I had meaning some clothes, posters, cds,laptop, i pod, and batman bedset that I saved up for for an entire year. Basically everything I had I had to buy myself. Once that was done we went shopping to go get me some new stuff. I got a new bed and some new clothes then we went home. Eve and I decided we wanted to share a room so we put all of my stuff in hers. It wasn't hard seeing as she insisted and her closet was big enough to fit all of our clothes and we only needed 4 drawers for underwear and shit. After everything was done and I was laying on my bed Andy called me downstairs. I went down into the living room and sat across from him. "What's up Andy?" I asked. "Nothin' just wanted to go over some rues with you. Eve already knows them so now you need to." He replied. "Okay, what are they?" I asked. "1. No starting fights. 2. If someone starts a fight withyou lay them on there ass. 3. Curfew is 11. and 4. If you ever get a girl pregnant, you will get your ass kicked six ways fom sunday and you will support whoever the mother is no matter what." He said. I nodded and smiled. "Okay,and rule 4 won't have to apply at anytime. I'm not doin that shit for a while. Too much drama with that but all the other rules seem fair so I think we're good Andy." I said chuckling. "Good, and you know ou don't have to call me Andy. Eve doesn't and hasn't since the first day I got her. You can call me Dad too if you want." He said. I smiled and ran over hugging him. "Thank you so much.It's been so long since I've had an actuall Dad to care about me." I said. He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tight. "There's no need to thank me. You're Eve's biological brother and you needed help. I knew it would break both of you to get separated again and I already kind of thought of you as a son so it wasn't a hard desicion."He said. I nodded and pulled away from him. "Anyways, I'm tired and Eve and I have school tomorrow I'mgoing to bed. Night Dad." I said smiling and heading up the stairs. "Night Son." He said back. I walked up the stairs and went into mine and Eve's room. I looked over and saw Eve passed out on her bed. I walked over and pulled her shoes off then covered her with her blanket. Goodnight Evie." I said. She smiled in her sleep and snuggled into her penguin. I then turned away and grabbed a pair of pajama pants and went into the bathroom. I quickly did my buisness took off my clothes and puton my stewie pants and brushed my teeth then crawled into my bed the cold sheets hitting my shirtless chest making me shiver. I curled up into my blankets an quickly warmed up and fell asleep.

Sorry it's been so long since I've updated and I guess I had the idea that some of the stuff that I had writen in my journal for this was already here but I guess not so Jay got adopted later than I expected but oh well!! Anyways, I'm going to try to start updating this one more and my other 2 stories are going on hiatus for a while. As always you guys know what to do. Comment, rate, subscribe. I'm going to bed.
