Lexi's POV

I couldnt sleep wink. By this time it was 6:30 am, so I got up and silently plugged my headphones in and turned up music. I was quiet in each step of getting myself ready. Quietly I put my hair in a pony tail, shoved on some jeans and one of Andys hoodies that he left here weeks ago. I couldnt be bothered for mkeup today, so I walked down stairs quietly. after texting Andy and telling him i wsnt going to school today, I turned my phone on silent and went back to music on my iPod. Pops had put some boxes in the back yard so I went and got enough and then went back to my room.

I packed and pack until I noticed the time, it was 9:45 am. Grams had noticd I wasnt at school and so she had came up stirs to talk to me.
"Wow... dont you look like your mother..." grams said placing her hand over her mouth
"Ma never had green bits in her hair grams ," I replied
"yes she did dear, not that she was allowed it for long after your grandad saw it. anyways come down stirs, I made you some breakfast,"

Following her I sat at the table and ate in silence.
"So what time we over to the Biersacks tonight?" Pops started
"Andy said 6:30." I respounded bluntly
"Okay, I can drive," Pops said back
"Kay." I replied
"Alexis, whats wrong?" my grams said with a sad look on her face
"nothing." I answered
"Fine then, why are you being off with Andrew? Amy called and said he was in a bad mood too. Have you had a fight with him? She said he said that yours not answering his texts from today,"
"Im busy," I said coldly, "Look im sorry but I have to go pack Aunt Lou isnt gunn be happy if I dont hve all my stuff packed," With that i left and went upstairs. Checking my phone I saw that andy had left me about 12 texts. Scrolling through i was over welmed with guilt. Im being a bad friend...

After sending the text, I turned back to all the packed up boxes. I kept out a outfit for tonight and for tomorrow, a backpack filled with everything for my flight and had a suitcase out with everything I am gunna neeed between now and when I have to go. eventually I taped up the boxes and lided down on my bed. Time had went so fast. It was now 4:45... I must have fallen asleep or something.

I started to go into my bathroom to get ready for the party at the biersacks. Curling the ends of my hair, I sang along to the songs on my cd. After applying makeup and putting on my dress and shoes, I went down stairs and saw that grams was sat in her chair with pops opposite from her.
"You ready to go love?" Pops said, i nodded and then we got in the car and left. I guess its gram and pops wanting me to be happy or whatever but I feel very unwanted, unloved, invisable.

Pulling outside the biersack house, I took a deep breath knowing it maybe the last time I ever come here again. Taking a deep breath I walked behind my grandparents and went inside.
