A Melodic Sound

"She's beautiful isn't she?" Andy asked from behind me. "She is." I replied smiling. "Like you." Andy said wrapping his arms around my waist. I giggled and leaned into his chest. "You're gonna be a great mommy."

I woke with a smile on my face. Only a dream. I stood up and went to the bathroom. "Woah." I said looking in the mirror. My hair was frizzy and going in all directions. I tried to do everything to calm it down. But nothing was working. Finally I gave up, and hopped in the shower. I took probably a thirty minute shower. When I was done I didn't bother blowdrying my hair. The guys didn't have anything today until tonight. After I got dressed, I went to the kitchen and poured some cereal. I went to the fridge to get the milk. Of course we were out. I went to Andy and I's room and got some shoes and glasses. On the way back last night I saw a store not far from here. I wrote Andy and the guys a note, saying I'd be back soon.

It was nice today. I walked for about ten minutes to the store. I walked in and went straight to the dairy isle. I got the milk and some more snacks for the guys. On the way to the register I passed the diaper isle. I thought back to my dream this morning. I stood there looking at all the different baby supplies and diapers. "Excuse me miss." I turned to see the store manager. "Do you need help finding something." She asked sweetly. "Oh...uh no. No thank you." I said, smiling at her. I walked to the register and checked out. The whole way back to the bus, all I could think about was my dream. Andy and I both seemed so happy. I looked at my calendar. I was shocked to see it was only six days until our wedding.

When I got back to the bus, all the guys were sitting around. I set the groceries on the table. "Here ya go guys." I said quietly. "Uh thanks. What's wrong? You seem upset." Jinxx said, looking concerned. "Nothing. I'm fine." I lied, walking back to my room. I shut the door and sat on the bed. "What's wrong with me." I thought. "I can't put Andy through that right now. He has the band, tours, and his whole life ahead of him. I mean marriage is one thing...but a child. It wouldn't be fair to him." I told myself. Andy knocked. "Sweetie? Are you ok in there?" He said through the door. "Yeah, I'm fine." I said, wiping my eyes. Andy walked in. "Why were you crying? Did I do something?" He asked scared. "No...I'm just..just happy." I lied. "I mean we get married in six days." "Oh. Ok good." Andy said, pulling me into a hug. "I can't tell you how happy I am that you will soon be all mine." He said softly in my ear. I looked up at him and said "I already am."
